Narmada water is rising in feet and meters as the gates of the upstream dams are opened up, thousands of cusecs of water are reaching the most downstream of the dams, Sardar Sarovar, filling the reservoir, partly formed.
At Rajghat, when Satyagrahis are sitting in batches, teams from 4 villages from 4 tehsils every day, water level is rising. Samarpit Dal is formed and while prayers deliberation on power policy, land acquisition.
Satyagrahis planted 30 trees around Ghandi Samadhi yesterday and are to take the number to 100. Children on Rajghat, on the other hand, are to count the number of trees which are decades old, if not centuries. Today these trees if demanded can’t be compensated.
