    Many parts of north Africa and middle east war ravaged countries are facing the problem of starvation, disease and death. Some kind of agency with human rights activists, international organisations and volunteers from the affected nations as well as foreigners must start functioning immediately to supply some necessary food articles, medicines, clothing and other essentials to the people. As summer heat makes difficult in the tropics, water problem may also arise in countrues like Somalia. Hence, clean drinking water should also be a priority in providing assistence to the drought hit nation
