Aung San Suu Kyi,
take the flowers out of your hair
and place them on a Rohingya mass grave
to show you care.
Or better yet, offer all Rohingyas
safe passageway back to their homes
and build better homes for those whose houses
were destroyed by Buddhist mobs and Myanmar troops.
Aung San Suu Kyi,
guarantee returning Rohingyas full protection
and full citizenship
because your Buddhist outlook embraces fairness, tolerance, equality, and peace
and you are not an ignoble Nobel Peace Prize winner.
You have the backbone
You have the nerve
You have the integrity
to stand up to the generals.
Kindly do this today, Aung San Suu Kyi,
do the needful, urgently
or else take the flowers out of your hair.
They don’t belong there.

Follow the tenets of Budhism
Not your neighbor’s pseudo- nationalism
Caring rohingyas and providing them safety
Will prove your concern for humanity! Suu Kyi!
