BJP-Modi’s Undeclared Emergency (2014-20) Is More Dangerous Than Declared Emergency (1975-77) Of Indira Congress

Bhubaneswar, 25th June, 2020: On the eve of Anti-Emergency Day (25th June, 2020) a Mass Protest Against Undeclared Emergency by Modi-BJP Regime was organized today at Bhubanewar, Odisha & also condemned the Declared Emergency (1975-1977) by Indira- Congress Regime.

The Major  Demands was  Immediate Release of all Political Prisoners, Withdraw all False and Fabricated Cases Against Political, Social and Human Right Activists as well as against Anti- CAA Protesters, Repeal  all Anti-People laws like UAPA , AFSPA, Sedition, Stop State Repression on Dissenting Voices, Stop interfering in Judiciary and Constitutional bodies with others demands.

Various organizations like All India People’s Forum(AIPF), Jan Adhikar Manch, Campaign Against Fabricated Cases(CAFC),  Basti Surakha Manch(BSM), Odisha Dalit Adhikar Manch(ODAM), Chasi Mulia Sangh(CMS), Campaign for Survival & Dignity(CSD), Indian Social Action Forum(INSAF), People’s Union for Civil Liberties , Sambidhan Banchaa- Des Banchaa,Trade Union Coordination Centre(TUCC), Committee for Release of Political Prisoners(CRPP), ISCUF and others participated in that protest.
