Politically correct racist (PC racist) Australia ignores a shocking reality: while 60% of Australians rightly support a Constitutionally-enshrined Recognition and Voice for Indigenous Australians, pro-Zionist MPs are advocating adoption by Australia’s 43 universities of the anti-Semitic International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) Definition of anti-Semitism that threatens the freedom of speech of academics and students in relation to the human rights of Indigenous Palestinians.
The irony of this bizarre and offending scenario is that the most resolute Australian supporters of the human rights of the sorely oppressed Indigenous Palestinians are indeed the Indigenous Australians (in addition to the decent Australian Greens and the Socialists). These contradictory realities are systematically summarized and documented below.
(1). Australian Aboriginal Genocide and Aboriginal Ethnocide.
At the time of the genocidally racist British invasion of Australia (26 January 1788) there were about 1 million Indigenous Australians (aka Aborigines, Aboriginals, Black Australians, First Nations Peoples, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders) whose occupation of Australia dates back over 65,000 years, the oldest continuous culture in the world. Within 100 years the Indigenous population decreased to about 0.1 million through violence, dispossession, deprivation and disease. The last massacres of Indigenous Australians occurred in the late 1920s in Central Australia. Of about 700 distinct languages and dialects in 1788 today only about 120 survive with all but about 20 endangered, one of the worst Ethnocides in human history. Aboriginal deaths in the over 2 century and continuing Aboriginal Genocides total about 2 million, with 0.1 million from violence (0.1 million) and the remainder from imposed disease, dispossession and deprivation. Forcible removal of about 100,000 part-European children from their mothers contributed massively to the Aboriginal Genocide and Ethnocide that from a qualitative perspective is one of the worst in world history [1- 6].
A Referendum in 1967 passed with 90.8% of the vote gave the Federal Government the power to make special laws for Indigenous Australians in states, and stipulated that population counts must include Indigenous Australians (they were previously counted under a Flora and Fauna Act) [7]. In 1974 the reformist Whitlam Labor Government abolished the notorious White Australia Policy (that excluded non-Europeans from Australia from Federation in 1901), and in 1975 passed the Racial Discrimination Act criminalized racism Federally (this was suspended to allow for race-based military Intervention into Aboriginal communities in the Northern Territory by the racist and war criminal Coalition Government in June 2007) [8]. On a personal note, I married my non-European, non-White and non-Indigenous Indian wife, Zareena née Lateef, in 1966 in Australia before the 1967 Referendum and these anti-racism Whitlam Government reforms. In 2018 about 24% of Australia was non-White and 76% White, but 95% of top executive positions in Australian government, business and universities were held by Whites [9, 10].
In 1770 Captain James Cook claimed ownership of the east coast of Australia on behalf of Great Britain and based on the concept of “terra nullius”, or land of nobody. Subsequently Indigenous Australians were dispossessed of a whole continent in the over 2-century and continuing Aboriginal Genocide, with many surviving Aborigines effectively used as slave labour. The walk-off from the Northern Territory Wave Hill cattle station (“owned” by Lord Vestey of England) by Gurindji people inspired the Whitlam Government’s 1973-74 Royal Commission into Aboriginal Land Rights which led to the passing of the Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) Act 1976 and return of the land to Gurindji people by Gough Whitlam in 1975 (immortalized by the image of PM Gough Whitlam pouring sand into the hands of Gurindji elder Vincent Lingiari) [11, 12]. The National Museum of Australia: “On 3 June 1992 the High Court of Australia recognised that a group of Torres Strait Islanders, led by Eddie Mabo, held ownership of Mer (Murray Island). In acknowledging the traditional rights of the Meriam people to their land, the court also held that native title existed for all Indigenous people. This landmark decision gave rise to important native title legislation the following year and rendered terra nullius [“empty land”] a legal fiction” [13]. Native title with restricted terms has subsequently been given to various Indigenous groups in remote areas of Australia. The famous “Sorry” declaration was made by PM Kevin Rudd over the “Stolen Generations” in 2008 (about 100,000 Indigenous children forcibly removed from their mothers) but Indigenous children are still being removed from their typically impoverished mothers at a record rate.
There are presently about 0.9 million Indigenous Australians who on average live in circumstances greatly inferior to that of White Australians in terms of health, housing, education, employment and incarceration. Thus the National Indigenous Australians Agency: “60% (7,366) of the deaths of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 0–74 were from avoidable causes in 2015–2019. The avoidable mortality rate was higher in Remote and very remote areas (329 per 100,000 population) than in Major cities (142 per 100,000) and Inner and outer regional areas (182 per 100,000) in 2015–2019. For Indigenous Australians in 2015–2019, coronary heart disease (21%), diabetes (12%) and suicide and self-inflicted injuries (11%) were the leading causes of avoidable mortality. The conditions contributing the most to the avoidable mortality gap between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians were coronary heart disease (26% of the gap), diabetes (18% of the gap) and COPD (13% of the gap). Indigenous Australians died from avoidable causes at 3.1 times the rate of non-Indigenous Australians in 2015–2019 (based on age-standardised rates)… In the period 2015–2019, there were 7,366 deaths of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 0–74 from potentially avoidable causes, this equates to a rate of 208 deaths per 100,000 population and represented 60% of all deaths of Indigenous Australians aged 0–74” [14]. The National Indigenous Australians Agency: “In 2015–2017, life expectancy at birth was 71.6 years for Indigenous males and 75.6 years for Indigenous females. In comparison, the non-Indigenous life expectancy at birth was 80.2 years for males and 83.4 years for females… This is a gap of 8.6 years for males and 7.8 years for females” [15].
In 2021 Indigenous Australian deaths totalled 4,081 [16] and 60% (2,449) were assessed as “avoidable”[14]. The Indigenous Australian population in 2021 was 881,600 noting that the median age (2016) was 23.0 years, compared with 37.8 for non-Indigenous Australians [17]. In 2021 avoidable Indigenous Australian deaths (2,449) as a percentage of Indigenous Australian population (881,600) was 2449 x 100/ 881,600 = 0.2778%. By way of comparison, in the sorely oppressed and impoverished Occupied Palestinian Territories (OPT), the Indigenous Palestinian avoidable deaths as a percentage of Indigenous Palestinian population was 0.0753% (2020) [1], 3.7 times lower than the figure for Indigenous people in rich Australia (the 2023 GDP per capita is $3,500 (Occupied Palestinian Territories), $55,500 (Apartheid Israel) and $64,964 (pro-Apartheid Australia) [18].
Despite being only about 3.5% of the population, at mid-2022 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander prisoners accounted for 32% of all prisoners, 91% (11,744) of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander prisoners were male, 9% (1,156) were female, the median age was 33.0 years, and 78% (10,025) had experienced prior adult imprisonment [19]. There have been 540 Indigenous deaths in custody since the 1991 Royal Commission into Aboriginal Deaths in Custody. Presently about 40% of deaths in custody are Indigenous [20].
(2). Presently about 60% of Australians rightly support a Constitutionally-enshrined Recognition and Voice for Indigenous Australians.
In 2017 Indigenous Australians from across Australia met at the huge monolith Uluru in Central Australia and issued the “Uluru Statement from the Heart” that asked fellow Australians to join them in tackling awfully differential Indigenous circumstances: “We call for the establishment of a First Nations Voice enshrined in the Constitution. Makarrata is the culmination of our agenda: the coming together after a struggle. It captures our aspirations for a fair and truthful relationship with the people of Australia and a better future for our children based on justice and self-determination. We seek a Makarrata Commission to supervise a process of agreement-making between governments and First Nations and truth-telling about our history. In 1967 we were counted, in 2017 we seek to be heard. We leave base camp and start our trek across this vast country. We invite you to walk with us in a movement of the Australian people for a better future” [21].
In short the Indigenous Australians are asking for Treaty, Truth-telling, and a Voice enshrined in the Australian Constitution. The representative Voice to Parliament and Executive Government would have no legal or legislative power but would simply advise the government on Indigenous matters. Since it is governments that legislate policy about Indigenous people, the simple hope is that properly Voice-informed governments will make better policy and hence improve parlous Indigenous circumstances.
After much consultation with voters, legal experts, Indigenous people and politicians, the Australian Labor Government has put forward a form of words for a Referendum on the Voice that will be approved by Parliament in June. The Referendum will be held in late 2023. In short, the Referendum question, if agreed to by a majority of voters and a majority of States, will change the Constitution to enshrine and protect an Indigenous Voice to simply advise Parliament on Indigenous matters and which cannot be abolished on the whim of successive governments [23]. Thus the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commission (ATSIC), established under the Hawke Labor government in 1990, was the Australian Government body through which Aboriginal Australians and Torres Strait Islanders were formally involved in the processes of government affecting their lives. However it was abolished by the racist and war criminal Coalition Government in 2005.
All Australian State and Territory governments – all but the Coalition Tasmanian Government being Labor – support the Voice. Presently surveys indicate that the Voice is supported by about 60% of Australian voters [23]. However the right-extreme right National Party-Liberal Party Coalition Opposition opposes and obfuscates the Voice. The extreme right National Party represents farmers whose genocidal and Nazi-style ancestors exterminated, dispossessed and enslaved Indigenous Australians for about 2 centuries. The right-extreme right Liberal Party has falsely obfuscated the Voice e.g. former Liberal PM Malcolm Turnbull incorrectly claimed as PM that the Voice would be a “Third chamber” and able to veto Federal Parliament decisions (a proposition belied by the purely advisory Voice proposition).
Given the appalling historical and ongoing circumstances of Indigenous Australians, good manners and good-will towards the sorely maltreated Australian First Nations peoples would dictate a Yes vote in the Referendum.
(3). Coalition and Labor MPs seek to constrain academic and student free speech re Palestinian human rights by imposition of the anti-Semitic IHRA Definition of anti-Semitism on Australia’s 43 universities.
The right-wing Labor Government, the economically and socially progressive Greens, and the ex-Liberal and socially progressive Teals [24] fervently support the Yes vote for the Voice. However the Coalition Opposition is opposed: The National Party is unequivocally opposed, and the Liberal Party is opposed in a dodgy, disingenuous, messy and “have your cake and eat it” fashion.
In the 2022 Australian Federal Elections the primary vote (first preference vote or number 1 vote) was as follows for the major groups: the right-extreme right National Party-Liberal Party Coalition (35.7%), centre-right Labor (32.6%), the educated, left, progressive and pro-environment Greens (12.2%), the racist, ignorant and extreme right One Nation (5.0%), the rightist party lavishly funded by multi-billionaire Clive Palmer, the United Australian Party (4.1%), and others, mainly economically conservative but socially progressive and pro-climate action ex-Liberals aka the Teals (Liberal Blue for capitalism plus Green for climate action gives Teal aka Turquoise )(10.4%). Australia has an excellent compulsory and preferential voting system which means that if a candidate does not get 50% of the vote, the second preferences are taken into account. With the Greens mostly giving their second preferences to Labor the election outcome was that the national 2-party preferred vote was 47.9% for the Coalition and a victorious 52.1% for Labor. This translated into 58 House of Representative seats for the Coalition, 77 seats for Labor, 4 seats for the Greens and 12 seats for Others (including 9 Teals) [25].
If support for the Yes vote follows the results in the 2022 elections one could guess at a Yes vote percentage of at least 32.6% (Labor) + 12.2% (Greens) + 7.8% (Teals assessed here as 75% of the Other vote) = 52.6% of the vote. However the defection of some decent Liberals from the Coalition No vote could conceivably bump the Yes vote up to the 60% that is presently indicated by voter surveys [23].
Indeed 2 present notable and praiseworthy Liberal defections to the Yes vote are the Coalition opposition’s shadow attorney-general and Indigenous Australians spokesman, New South Wales Liberal MP, Julian Leeser, and the Tasmanian Liberal MP Bridget Archer [26]. One notes that one of the last individuals solely of Aboriginal Tasmanian descent, Truganini, died on 8 May 1876 in the Tasmanian Aboriginal Genocide that commenced with British invasion of Van Dieman’s Land (Tasmania) in 1803 [1, 3, 5, 27-29] (I used to play as a child in the ruins of the Women’s Prison in Cascades, Hobart, where Truganini’s remains were buried before her skeleton was put on public display in the Tasmanian Museum). Former Liberal Indigenous MP, Ken Wyatt, the former Coalition minister for Indigenous Australians, resigned from the Liberal Party over its opposition to the Voice [26].
(4). Via the false International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) Definition of anti-Semitism some Australian VCs and MPs seek to threaten the Voice of Australian academics and students supporting Indigenous Palestinian human rights.
Three Australian Federal MPs associated with the “Federal Parliamentary Friends of the IHRA” have written to the Vice Chancellors (VCs) of all 43 Australian universities urging them to adopt the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) Definition of anti-Semitism. These 3 MPs – Josh Burns (Jewish pro-Zionist, Labor, Victoria), Julian Leeser (Jewish pro-Zionist (Liberal, New South Wales), and Allegra Spender (Teal MP for the extraordinarily pro-Zionist electorate of Wentworth, Sydney, New South Wales) – all support the Voice for Indigenous Australians but have regrettably associated themselves with the IHRA that is conducting a global “campaign to suppress speech about Palestine and Israel”. Fortunately the University of Melbourne is the only leading Australian university to adopt the IHRA Definition so far. The top-ranking Australia National University (ANU) has declined to adopt the IHRA Definition [30].
Australian academics Peter Slezak, Larry Stillman and Martin Munz (scholars variously associated with UNSW, and Monash and Sydney Universities, respectively) have criticized the move by the Federal Parliamentary Friends of the IHRA to get Australian universities to adopt the IHRA Definition: “The International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance definition on Antisemitism that has been shown to suppress discussion about Israel/Palestine and intimidate critics is being promoted internationally by Israel and pro-Israel organisations as a benchmark with a quasi-legal status. After the key professional Zionist lobbying organisation, the Australia Israel and Jewish Affairs Council, called for the adoption of the IHRA definition in August 2021, the peak Jewish communal organisations followed suit. Not unsurprisingly, the Zionist Federation of Australia welcomed the establishment of the Federal Parliamentary Friends of the IHRA weeks before it was publicly launched in late October 2022. At that launch its first order of business announced was lobbying Australian universities to adopt the definition… Universities should not bind themselves to something with quasi-legal force such as the partisan IHRA definition. There is already a plethora of legislation and university guidelines dealing with racism that Vice-Chancellors have referred to when responding to the Open Letter. Critically, free speech is still important in universities. Unfortunately, the campaign to suppress speech about Palestine and Israel is likely to continue” [30].
A large number of Jewish and non-Jewish Australian academics (and some overseas academics) wrote a well-documented Open Letter to University Vice-Chancellors: “Dear Vice-Chancellor, Opposing the Adoption of the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) Guidelines on Antisemitism in Australian Universities. We, Jewish and non-Jewish current and former academic and university staff, write to you concerned for the preservation of research autonomy, teaching and free speech in Australian higher education. The campaign1 by the recently convened federal Parliamentary Friends of the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA)2 for Australian universities to adopt the Working Definition on Antisemitism3 is regrettable. The IHRA definition, if adopted by universities, as demanded by the Parliamentary Friends group in their letter to you of 30 November last, will have far-reaching implications for academic teaching, research and publications, and will interfere in student politics. The claim in their letter that adoption of the definition will not interfere with free-speech in higher education is either disingenuous or naive. The IHRA Definition at Work4 report of 4 March 2022 reports on the negative effects adoption of the definition has had on universities, amongst other institutions, internationally. Significant other criticism of the international IHRA campaign is presented below… “
I wrote the following letter to all the major Australian newspapers but it was not published (de rigeur for Zionist-subverted, US-beholden, and Murdoch media empire-dominated Australian media): “I support the Yes vote for the Indigenous Australian Voice and praise Coalition MP Julian Leeser for doing likewise. However paradoxically pro-Zionist Leeser is a co-chair of the Parliamentary Friends of the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) that is urging all Australian universities to adopt the IHRA Definition of anti-Semitism that is seen by numerous anti-racist Jewish and non-Jewish academics as a serious threat to academic and student free speech re the sorely oppressed Indigenous Palestinians. In my informed view as an anti-racist Jewish Australian scholar with a sole allegiance to Australia, the IHRA Definition of anti-Semitism is anti-Jewish anti-Semitic and anti-Arab anti-Semitic (by falsely defaming anti-racist Jewish, Palestinian, Arab and Muslim critics of genocidal Israeli Apartheid as “anti-Semitic”), and holocaust-ignoring (by ignoring all WW2 Holocausts other than the Jewish Holocaust, and indeed ignoring some 70 holocaust and genocide atrocities).”
(5). PC Racist Australia, the Australian Labor Government , and the Coalition Opposition support an anti-Jewish anti-Semitic, anti-Arab anti-Semitic and holocaust-ignoring IHRA.
Australia belongs to the set of 35 countries that are members of the anti-Semitic and holocaust-ignoring International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA). Of these 35 soiled, pro-Apartheid countries : (1) all are European; (2) the 5 located outside Europe (Argentina, Australia, Canada, Apartheid Israel, and the US) were all created based on the genocide of the Indigenous People; (3) 9 members were part of the genocidal WW2 Nazi Germany Alliance; (4) 4 (the US, UK, France and Apartheid Israel) are nuclear terrorist states; (5) 28 belong to the 30-member nuclear-armed NATO that accepts mass incineration of billions of men, women and children as an acceptable military strategy; (6) 14 were notably involved in the brutal conquest and genocide of Indigenous non-European people over 5 centuries; (7) only 2 (Austria and Ireland) have had the moral decency to sign and ratify the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW); and (8) all but 4 shockingly voted No to the annual UNGA Anti-Nazi Resolution in 2022 that condemns Nazism, neo-Nazism and related racist obscenities [32-35].
Zionist-subverted Australia supports the IHRA Definition of “antisemitism” that lists 11 false examples of assertions (e.g. criticism of Apartheid Israel, Nazi-style Israeli policies and hugely disproportionate Zionist influence) which it regards as anti-Jewish anti-Semitic. All 11 examples can be shown to be utterly false assertions designed to damage and defame anti-racist Jewish and non-Jewish critics of genocidally racist Zionism and of Apartheid Israel and its ongoing Palestinian Genocide. The IHRA Definition of anti-Semitism is anti-Jewish anti-Semitic (by falsely defaming anti-racist Jewish critics of genocidal Israeli Apartheid as “anti-Semitic”), and anti-Arab anti-Semitic (by falsely defaming anti-racist Palestinian, Arab and Muslim critics of genocidal Israeli Apartheid “anti-Semitic”) [32-35].
The IHRA Definition of “antisemitism” is also genocide-ignoring and holocaust-ignoring by ignoring all WW2 Holocausts other than the Jewish Holocaust (5-6 million deaths from violence and deprivation) [36-38], notably (deaths from violence and deprivation in brackets) the WW2 Polish Holocaust (6 million) [1], the WW2 European Holocaust (30 million) [1], the WW2 Soviet Holocaust (25 million) [1], the WW2 Chinese Holocaust (35-40 million)[1] and the WW2 Bengali Holocaust (WW2 Indian Holocaust, WW2 Bengal Famine; 6-7 million Indians deliberately starved to death for strategic reasons in Bengal, Odisha, Bihar and Assam by the British with food-denying Australian complicity) [1-4, 38-41]. Indeed the anti-Semitic and genocide-ignoring IHRA Definition of anti-Semitism ignores some 70 genocides and holocausts [2, 3, 42]. This genocidal killing has continued in the 21st century with the US-imposed post-9/11 Muslim Holocaust and Muslim Genocide in which 32 million Muslims have died from violence, 5 million, and imposed deprivation, 27 million, in 20 countries invaded by the US Alliance since the US Government’s 9/11 false flag atrocity [1-4, 42-45]. The egregiously racist IHRA dismisses this horrendous catalogue of WW2 and other holocaust atrocities and refers to the WW2 Jewish Holocaust as The Holocaust.
Not surprisingly, the racist and mendacious IHRA Definition has been condemned by scholars around the world and by over 40 anti-racist Jewish organizations [46].
However the IHRA has made great strides in Zionist-subverted Australia. The Australian Labor Government, the Coalition Opposition, the Labor Government of South Australia, the Labor Government of Victoria, Melbourne University, and several lesser universities have all adopted the egregiously false, racist, anti-Semitic and genocide-ignoring IHRA Definition of Anti-Semitism. In the UK the mendacious and racist Zionist IHRA has been used to politically destroy Jeremy Corbyn, the most anti-racist UK Labour leader ever, who has now been excluded from standing as a Labour candidate [47].
Melbourne University initially started falsely defaming anti-racist Jewish and non-Jewish students critical of Apartheid Israel as “anti-Semitic” [33], a position that was thence also adopted by Sydney University [48]. However Melbourne University has now done the full Monty and adopted the anti-Semitic and holocaust-ignoring IHRA Definition Of Anti-Semitism [30, 31, 35. 49-51]. Fortunately only several Australian universities have dirtied their reputation by following suit [30].
Back in 2001 in a conference paper entitled “Current Academic Censorship and Self-Censorship in Australian Universities” I stated: “The core academic ethos involves commitment to truth, reason and free speech and these elements are operationally intimately intertwined in the concept of academic freedom… Academic freedom is presently under attack in Australia and paradoxically this constraint is coming from within our universities. This situation must be urgently reversed.” I concluded that “Finally, we should publicly insist that universities that constrain free speech are not fit for our children” [52]. 22 years later the situation is far worse with the corporatizing of Australian universities, Codes of Conduct limiting academic free speech, extensive government interference, secret corporate and military research, defence- and security-related constraints on free speech, and now the adoption by Melbourne University of the false, racist, defamatory, anti-Semitic and holocaust-ignoring Zionist IHRA Definition of anti-Semitism, a move that threatens the free speech of academics and students at Melbourne University and potentially at all Australian universities [35].
Via the anti-Semitic and holocaust-ignoring Zionist IHRA, the pro-Zionist Australian Labor Government, the Coalition Opposition, Mainstream media, and some university VCs threaten academic and student free speech about Palestinian human rights.
(6). What the Zionists and their politician, media and academic supporters want to hide: serial war criminal, genocidally racist and grossly human rights-violating Apartheid Israel’s ongoing Palestinian Genocide.
Since 2020 The WW1 onwards Palestinian Genocide has been associated with 2 mass expulsion events (800,000 or 57% of the Indigenous population in the 1948 Nakba or Catastrophe, and 400,000 more in the 1967 Naksa or Setback), and 2.2 million Indigenous Palestinians killed by violence, 0.1 million, and by imposed deprivation, 2.1 million, since the British invaded the Middle East in 1914 for oil and imperial hegemony [53, 54]. On average each year this century Apartheid Israel has violently killed about 500 Occupied Palestinians (active mass killing) and has killed a further 4,000 Occupied Palestinians through imposed deprivation (passive mass murder). In the 21st century alone, Zionists have violently killed about 10,000 Palestinians and killed a further 110,000 Indigenous Palestinians through imposed deprivation. Poverty kills [1], and today the GDP per capita is a deadly $3,500 for Occupied Palestinians versus $55,500 for the Occupier Israelis [18].
Of about 15.5 million mostly impoverished Indigenous Palestinians today, there are 7.0 million Exiled Palestinians (excluded from their own country by genocidally racist Zionist colonizers), and 7.5 million Indigenous Palestinian Subjects of Apartheid Israel (representing about 50% of the population whereas as Jewish Israelis represent only 47%) [53, 54]. The 5.5 million Occupied Palestinians are 73% of 7.5 million Indigenous Palestinian Subjects of Apartheid Israel but are excluded from voting for the government ruling them i.e. they are subject to egregious Apartheid. The 5.5 million mostly impoverished Occupied Palestinians are deprived of all human rights specified by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights [55, 56], and are highly abusively confined to ever-dwindling West Bank ghettoes (3.3 million) and the blockaded and bombed Gaza Concentration Camp (2.2 million). The 2 million Israeli Palestinians can vote for the government ruling them, albeit as Third Class citizens under 60 Nazi-style, race-based laws [57, 58].
The Awful Truth is that Zionism is genocidal racism and Nazism without gas chambers but with 100 nuclear warheads and one of the biggest high technology armed forces and war industries on the planet. For over a century Zionist leaders have been explicitly expressing clear genocidal intent of the kind that was common in Australia before the 1960s but which would see offenders immediately excluded from public life in politically correct Australia today. Nevertheless many right-wing , politically correct racist (PC racist) Australians will fervently declare that “I am not a racist, but…” . Indeed apart from the extreme right of the Coalition, most Australians want an Indigenous Voice in the Constitution but when it comes to the human rights of the horribly abused Indigenous Palestinians there is typically just a blank stare in Australia, as in the rest of the Zionist-subverted West.
Further, war is the penultimate in racism and genocide the ultimate in racism. US lackey Australia has been involved in all post-1950 US Asian wars, atrocities associated with 40 million Asian deaths from violence and war-imposed deprivation (the Coalition supported all these wars, Labor supported all except for the Vietnam and Iraq wars) [1]. Indeed a former US ambassador to the UN and to Apartheid Israel, Tom Pickering, stated that the Israelis would only concede about 20% of Occupied Palestine (i.e. about 4.4% of Palestine) for a Palestine state and has predicted eventual total ethnic cleansing ethnic cleansing of the Occupied Palestine Territories [59]. The genocidal racism of Zionism and Apartheid Israel has prompted Nazi comparisons [60].
Shockingly the Zionist-subverted US and Zionist-subverted and US lackey Labor-ruled Australia now refer to the “Palestinian Territories”, implicitly falsely denying the horrendous 56-year reality of the “Occupied Palestinian Territories” [61]. Australia under Labor or the Coalition is second only to the US as a supporter of nuclear terrorist, racist Zionist-run, genocidally racist, serial war criminal, grossly human rights-abusing, child-abusing, mother-abusing, women-abusing, democracy-by-genocide and neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel.

Before the 2022 Federal elections the Australian Labor Party membership after 75 long years finally supported recognition of the State of Palestine, and also supported signing and ratifying the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW) as official Labor party policy. However once elected the cowardly, dishonest, unprincipled, Zionist-subverted and US lackey Labor Government flagrantly refused to adopted these Labor Party policies and pre-election promises out of fear of offending the neo-Nazi Zionists and neo-Nazi, Zionist-subverted America.

Apartheid is a racist and indeed genocidally racist ideology like Nazism, and is condemned as a crime against Humanity by the “International Convention on the Suppression and Punishment of the Crime of Apartheid” [62-64]. Indeed many of Apartheid’s South African proponents were imprisoned as Nazi sympathizers during WW2 [1]. Dr Hendrik Verwoerd, the “architect of Apartheid”, was pro-Nazi and in 1943 South African judge Justice Mallin stated that Verwoerd “did support Nazi propaganda, he did make his paper a tool of Nazis in South Africa, and he knew it” [65]. In 1960 Dr Hendrik Verwoerd stated: “Israel, like South Africa, is an apartheid state” [64]. Neo-Nazi America? Since Israeli acquisition of nuclear weapons in the mid-1960s the US became increasingly Zionist-beholden and a supporter of Nazi-style Israeli Apartheid (indeed today over 30% of Biden’s Cabinet are Jewish Zionists and the remainder are Christian Zionists). In the 1930s major US corporations of the “hidden government” of the US played a crucial role in the rise of Hitler and German re-armament, the ultimate goal being the destruction of Russian Communism [66]. These same corporations and the “hidden government” (in Corporatocracy America Big Money buys votes, influence and power) are still there but from the mid-1960s on have strongly supported Apartheid Israel.
The Labor Government has shockingly betrayed Palestinians and Humanity in 85 ways in a comprehensive rejection of the core human ethos of Kindness and Truth (for a detailed analysis of this shocking catalogue see [34]). Labor is indeed marginally better than the similarly mendacious, corrupt, racist, anti-environment, anti-science, pro-war, pro-Zionist, pro-Apartheid and US lackey Coalition – but that is not good enough by far. Labor is strong on humanitarian rhetoric and pretends to work for the poor and disadvantaged but is content to see millions of Australians living in poverty and intends to give A$250 billion in tax cuts to the rich, and spend A$368 billion on US/UK nuclear submarines to lock Australian in to genocidal US imperialism for ever.
Climate change and nuclear weapons are the 2 key existential threats to Humanity and the Biosphere but Labor is set to approve over 100 new coal and gas extraction projects, engages in fervent anti-China war-mongering, is making Australia a nuclear target, and making Australia a weapons base for American nuclear-armed B52s and warships under the AUKUS Alliance. Yet a comprehensively evil and mendacious but PC racist Labor hides behind the meritorious Constitutionally-enshrined Voice for Indigenous Australians to cover its rotten misdeeds. However as set out above, in awful reality Australian Zionists and their Labor and Coalition supporters are conversely attacking the free speech (Voice) in our universities (the heartland of free speech) by attempting to constrain academic and student free speech about Palestinian human rights.
One swallow doesn’t make a summer, but a ray of decency recently appeared on the ABC (Australia’s taxpayer-funded equivalent of the UK BBC) that has been running a promo for its Q&A TV public affairs panel program involving an edited video showing UK playwright Sir David Hare stating in relation to Zionists and pro-Zionists demanding censorship of Palestinian writers at the Adelaide Writers’ Festival: “Not to allow Palestinians to speak in this country is just repellent” [67].
At some point Australians will wake up to the obscene realities of pro-Apartheid Australia. Back in 1600 under Queen Elizabeth I people working for the interests of a foreign country were tortured, hung, drawn, and quartered with their heads stuck on pikes as a public warning. In 1946 US-born German citizen Lord Haw Haw (William Joyce) was hanged by the British for treason over his broadcasting for Nazi Germany in WW2. These days civilized people oppose capital punishment but demand at the very least the public exposure of crimes. The Zionist-subverted Coalition, Labor and Australian media are soiling Australia in the interests of several nuclear terrorist foreign powers, namely Apartheid Israel, pro-Apartheid America and pro-Apartheid UK, serial war criminal neo-Nazi states with appalling records of subverting Australia and violating Australians and Australian institutions. Just one example: world hero Julian Assange has now been imprisoned for nearly 11 years in London for truth-telling about US Alliance war crimes.
Decent humanity must act by (a) informing everyone they can about the US Alliance commitment to nuclear terrorism, war, occupation, racism, genocide, Apartheid, human rights abuse and lying, and (b) urge and apply Boycotts, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) against Apartheid Israel and all people, politicians, parties, collectives, corporations and countries supporting genocidally racist Zionism (Zionazism). Decent Australians will refuse to vote 1 for either Labor or the Coalition in Australia’s preferential voting system. Because the Coalition is worse than Labor they will put the Coalition last and put Labor second last.
Zionist-subverted, war-mongering, Sinophobic and US lackey Labor has utterly betrayed Australia and Humanity, and as a pro-war, pro-Apartheid, and traitorous entity is probably now well beyond redemption. The ongoing Apartheid Israel-imposed Palestinian Genocide is intolerable [68, 69]. Decent Australians hope that the present Australian voting trend will accelerate to see the Coalition and Labor eventually end up as minor, extreme right wing, traitorous, Zionist and US lackey parties, with future Australian Governments composed of decent, pro-environment Greens, Socialists and Teals.
The Zionist-subverted Coalition and Labor fervently support Zionists who are hell bent on perverting public life, our universities, and free speech in Australia. Those like the Australian Coalition and Labor – and indeed the Mainstream politicians and media of the Sinophobic Australia-UK-US (AUKUS) Alliance – who support Apartheid Israel are pro-Apartheid, and as supporters of neo-Nazi Apartheid utterly beyond the pale for decent anti-racists around the world. One recalls the universal global condemnation of neo-Nazi Apartheid in the 1960s onwards that led to the ultimate downfall of Apartheid in South Africa in 1993. Australia needs de-Nazification, and urgent action on climate change and nuclear weapons that existentially threaten Humanity and the Biosphere [70].
