On 5 July 2024 the prestigious medical journal The Lancet reported an expert estimate of 186,000 Palestinian deaths from violence and imposed deprivation in the ongoing Gaza Massacre and Gaza Genocide. Not content with complicity in this genocide, US Government – and Zionist-perverted Australian and Western journalist, editor, politician, academic and commentariat presstitutes have largely removed this shocking information from public perception.

The core moral messages from the WW2 Jewish Holocaust (5-6 million Jews killed violently and through imposed deprivation) [1-3] (and indeed from some 70 genocide and holocaust atrocities [4-12]) are “zero tolerance for racism”, “zero tolerance for lying”, “bear witness” and “never again to anyone”. Further, the core moral precepts of Humanity are Kindness and Truth. However these fundamental moral imperatives  are grossly violated by serial war criminal and Zionist-subverted America and the US-beholden and Zionist-perverted West in general in the interests of genocidal US imperialism and of genocidally racist and egregiously mendacious Apartheid Israel in particular. Driven by the obligation to “bear witness”, as  a scientist I have been researching deaths from violence and violently-imposed deprivation for 30 years  and my findings are published in hundreds of typically large and exhaustively referenced articles and 9 huge books (this including several massively updated editions) [4-6, 13-17].

War is the penultimate in racism and genocide the ultimate in racism. Lying by omission is far, far worse than repugnant lying by commission because the latter at  least permits public refutation and public debate (subject to  censorship by Mainstream media gate-keepers). Western complicity in the Gaza Genocide and  Western lying about the horrendous human consequences (about 200,000 Palestinians killed by violence and violently-imposed deprivation [18-20]) grossly violate Humanity’s  core ethos of Kindness and Truth. At the end of WW2 many Germans said that they didn’t know of the genocidal Nazi atrocities. After nearly 80 years of US and US Alliance atrocities can Westerners claim the same excuse? For 30 years I have been relentlessly researching and reporting horrific Western-imposed  but Western-ignored atrocities that have occurred over the last 80 years (i.e. within living memory) from the WW2 Bengali Holocaust (WW2 Indian Holocaust, WW2 Bengal Famine; 6-7 million Indians deliberately starved to death for strategic reasons in Bengal, Bihar, Assam and Odisha  by the British with food-denying Australian complicity) [4-8, 21-23] to the ongoing Palestinian Genocide in the Gaza Concentration Camp (about 200,000 killed so far through Jewish Israeli –imposed violence and violently-imposed deprivation) [18-20].

Dr Rasha Khatib, Professor Martin McKee, and Professor Salim Yusuf in a Letter in the prestigious medical journal The Lancet estimated 186,000 Gazan deaths from violence and imposed deprivation (5 July 2024): “By June 19, 2024, 37, 396 people had been killed in the Gaza Strip since the attack by Hamas and the Israeli invasion in October, 2023, according to the Gaza Health Ministry, as reported by the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs… Collecting data is becoming increasingly difficult for the Gaza Health Ministry due to the destruction of much of the infrastructure… Armed conflicts have indirect health implications beyond the direct harm from violence. Even if the conflict ends immediately, there will continue to be many indirect deaths in the coming months and years from causes such as reproductive, communicable, and non-communicable diseases. The total death toll is expected to be large given the intensity of this conflict; destroyed health-care infrastructure; severe shortages of food, water, and shelter; the population’s inability to flee to safe places; and the loss of funding to UNRWA, one of the very few humanitarian organisations still active in the Gaza Strip. In recent conflicts, such indirect deaths range from three to 15 times the number of direct deaths. Applying a conservative estimate of four indirect deaths per one direct death to the 37,396 deaths reported, it is not implausible to estimate that up to 186 000 or even more deaths could be attributable to the current conflict in Gaza. Using the 2022 Gaza Strip population estimate of 2,375, 259, this would translate to 7·9% of the total population in the Gaza Strip” [20].

In exposing Western genocide complicity and genocide denial I have been inspired by Polish hero Jan Karski  who tried to inform  a disbelieving West about  Nazi German atrocities in Eastern Europe. This present J’accuse takes the form of Letters about the Gaza Genocide  and variously sent to Australian MPs and to media, academics and activists in Australia and World-wide (A) before and (B) after I was aware of the 5 July 2024 report in The Lancet [20].

6 July 2024 – Gaza Genocide complicity: Australians will put Labor last. Impelled among other things by 16,000 children, 10,000 women, 19,000 men, 500 health care professionals and 152 journalists  killed in Gaza so far (46,000 in total) as of Day 250 of the Gaza Massacre and Gaza Genocide in the Gaza Concentration Camp by unforgivable US-, UK-, West- and Australia- backed Apartheid Israel, I have been writing numerous Letters to the editors of Australia’s major Mainstream media but they are very rarely published and nor are the facts therein reported. 26 June 2024: “I just emerged from a week in  our brilliant if underfunded  hospital  system involving  a 3-hour operation by skilled surgical and anaesthetic specialists, severe postoperative complications requiring an emergency ambulance trip to another hospital, and  further expert care by wonderful doctors and nurses. Yet on 31 May according to the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA): “Only 14 of Gaza’s 36 hospitals are functional, all of them partially, facing critical shortages”.  As of Day 250 of this latest Gaza Massacre and including the  dead under rubble, 45,000 Palestinians have been killed, including 41,000 civilians, 16,000 children, 10,000 women, and 500 health care professionals (Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor). 12 July 2024 re Orwellian Mainstream media managers censoring 186,000 killed in Gaza: “In Orwellian Australia the ABC  has prohibited using  “genocide” and “apartheid” in describing the ongoing Palestinian  Genocide by Apartheid Israel. The ABC, like the UK BBC and all but 6 Western Mainstream media, has not mentioned the estimate of 186,000 Palestinians killed by violence and violently-imposed deprivation as reported by the top medical journal The Lancet and thence by 100 Alternative and Global South media. **16 July 2024. US & Western anti-Arab anti-Semitism, genocide denial and holocaust denial – Zionist-perverted Western Mainstream Media Ignore 186,000 Gaza Deaths

Readers of about 110 progressive Alternative and Global South media are familiar with the shocking revelation on 5 July 2024 in the top medical journal The Lancet of an estimated 186,000 Gaza deaths from violence and violently-imposed deprivation. This huge news was spread globally at the speed of light (186,000 miles per second) but a week after publication only 4 Western Mainstream media have unequivocally reported this horrific estimation.

Several further Western Mainstream media have equivocally reported and criticized The Lancet report.  Jewish Zionist media in Apartheid Israel and around the world have savagely attacked The Lancet report and have engaged in fervent genocide denial, holocaust denial and the routine false accusations of “libel”, “blood libel” and “anti-Semitism”.

Of course those denying the reality of  massive avoidable deaths from war-, occupation- and hegemony-imposed deprivation are simply lying. Global avoidable deaths from deprivation have totalled 1,500 million since 1950 and in 2020 global avoidable deaths from deprivation totalled 7.4 million with 70% being of under-5 year old infants as set out in my huge book “Body Count. Global avoidable mortality since 1950”.

The Lancet estimates 186,000 killed in the Gaza Genocide, with this including (a) 37,000 killed violently (ignoring the circa 8,000 dead buried under rubble) and (b) 149,000 dying avoidably from imposed deprivation. Euro-Med Human  Rights Monitor has estimated that by Day 250 of the Gaza Massacre (7 October 2023 – 12 June 2024 or about 8 months and including 8,000 killed in the rubble) 45,000 Gazans had been killed,  including 16,000 children (35.6%), 10,000 women (22.2%), and 19,000 men (42.2%), 500 health professionals, and 152 courageous, truth-telling journalists.

Children killed in Gaza include (a) 0.356 x 37,000 = 13,172 (children killed violently) + (b) 0.356 x 8,000 = 2,848 (children killed under the rubble) + (c ) 0.7 x 149,000 =104,300 (under-5 deaths from deprivation) + (d ) 0.356 x (149,000 – 104,300) = 15,913 (5 years and older avoidable deaths) = 136,233 or about 136,000 children in total or 136,000 x 100/1,500,000 = 9.1% of the 1.5 million Jewish children killed by the Nazis in the WW2 Jewish Holocaust.

The rate of killing of children by Zionazi Jewish Israelis in Gaza over 8 months  = 136,000 children / 8 months = 17,000 children killed per month, whereas the rate of Nazi German killing of Jewish children in WW2 (74 months) = 1,500,000 children/74 months = 20,270 children killed per month). Nazi is as Nazi does. Terrorism is as terrorism does.

In 2021 I published “A shocking list of 52 Zionist- & Apartheid Israeli-Nazi Germany comparisons”. The utterly unforgivable Jewish Israeli mass murder of over 136,000 children in Gaza  makes a 53rd shocking comparison.

However there is a further horrible dimension to this appalling Zionist child abuse. Thus it has been expertly determined that 50% of Israeli children suffer physical, psychological or sexual abuse, with 18% suffering sexual abuse. Pro-Apartheid Israel and hence pro-Apartheid Australia is second only to the similarly pro-Apartheid US as a supporter of Apartheid Israel. 25% of Australian children and 18% of US children suffer child sexual abuse. Children were about 47% of the pre-7 October 2023  Gaza population of 2.3 million (now about 2.1 million) and all must be horribly traumatized by the bombing, starvation, privation, and violent deaths and deaths from deprivation totalling 7.9% of the population.

The US-dominated and Zionist-perverted Western Mainstream is utterly damned for its silence and complicity in the ongoing Gaza Genocide. Silence is complicity. “Complicity in genocide” is a punishable crime under Article 3e of the Convention on the Punishment and Prevention of the Crime of Genocide. The subtitle of the book summarizes what has to happen: End Apartheid Israel, human rights denial, Gaza massacre, child killing, occupation and Palestinian Genocide.

Of course the only way the World can accurately determine the total number of Palestinians killed in the Gaza Genocide is to order the child-killing Jewish Israeli state terrorists  out of the Occupied Palestinian Territory that has been highly abusively ruled by genocidally racist and egregiously mendacious Apartheid Israel for 57 years. Apartheid Israel out would enable rapid  entry of life-sustaining water, food, shelter, medicine and medical care for the 2.1 million survivors and forensic teams to accurately determine who were killed, how they were killed and the intactness of the bodies (Apartheid Israel has an appalling record as a  major player in the global illegal organ transplant industry).

The key step that can be taken immediately is the World according equal and all human rights to the 7 million Exiled Palestinians (forbidden from returning to their homes in Palestine) and the 52% majority Indigenous Subjects of Apartheid Israel, the 5.6 million Occupied Palestinians (excluded from voting for the government ruling them and deprived of all human rights under highly abusive Jewish Israeli military rule) and 2.1 million Israeli Palestinians (able to vote but subject to 65 Nazi-style, race-based discriminatory laws).  However genocidally racist,  egregiously mendacious and Western-backed Apartheid Israel fervently opposes human rights for the Indigenous  Palestinians, and thus grossly violates Kindness and Truth,  the core ethos of Humanity.  

Meanwhile the mass murder continues while the world looks on. The deaths of 69 Africans in the 1960 Sharpeville Massacre led to the immediate global response of boycotts and sanctions that ultimately led to the fall of South African Apartheid in 1994 with the formation of a united, non-racist, multi-racial, secular democracy. Surely the unforgivable mass murder of 186,000 Palestinians (mostly women and children) will elicit a massive global response. The World must impose comprehensive Boycotts, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) on mother- and child-killing  Apartheid Israel and on all people, politicians, parties, collectives, companies and countries supporting this genocidally racist and neo-Nazi pariah state.

**17 July 2024. US & Western anti-Arab anti-Semitism, genocide denial and holocaust denial – Zionist-perverted Western Mainstream Media Ignore 186,000 Gaza Deaths

Readers of about 110 progressive Alternative and Global South media are familiar with the shocking revelation on 5 July 2024 in the top medical journal The Lancet of an estimated 186,000 Gaza deaths from violence and violently-imposed deprivation. This huge news was spread globally at the speed of light (186,000 miles per second) but a week after publication only 4 Western Mainstream media have unequivocally reported this horrific estimation.

Several further Western Mainstream media have equivocally reported and criticized The Lancet report.  Jewish Zionist media in Apartheid Israel and around the world have savagely attacked The Lancet report and have engaged in fervent genocide denial, holocaust denial and the routine false accusations of “libel”, “blood libel” and “anti-Semitism”.

Of course those denying the reality of  massive avoidable deaths from war-, occupation- and hegemony-imposed deprivation are simply lying. Global avoidable deaths from deprivation have totalled 1,500 million since 1950 and in 2020 global avoidable deaths from deprivation totalled 7.4 million with 70% being of under-5 year old infants as set out in my huge book “Body Count. Global avoidable mortality since 1950”.

The Lancet estimates 186,000 killed in the Gaza Genocide, with this including (a) 37,000 killed violently (ignoring the circa 8,000 dead buried under rubble) and (b) 149,000 dying avoidably from imposed deprivation. Euro-Med Human  Rights Monitor has estimated that by Day 250 of the Gaza Massacre (7 October 2023 – 12 June 2024 or about 8 months and including 8,000 killed in the rubble) 45,000 Gazans had been killed,  including 16,000 children (35.6%), 10,000 women (22.2%), and 19,000 men (42.2%), 500 health professionals, and 152 courageous, truth-telling journalists.

Children killed in Gaza include (a) 0.356 x 37,000 = 13,172 (children killed violently) + (b) 0.356 x 8,000 = 2,848 (children killed under the rubble) + (c ) 0.7 x 149,000 =104,300 (under-5 deaths from deprivation) + (d ) 0.356 x (149,000 – 104,300) = 15,913 (5 years and older avoidable deaths) = 136,233 or about 136,000 children in total or 136,000 x 100/1,500,000 = 9.1% of the 1.5 million Jewish children killed by the Nazis in the WW2 Jewish Holocaust.

In 2021 I published “A shocking list of 52 Zionist- & Apartheid Israeli-Nazi Germany comparisons”. The utterly unforgivable Jewish Israeli mass murder of over 136,000 children in Gaza  makes a 53rd shocking comparison.

However there is a further horrible dimension to this appalling Zionist child abuse. Thus it has been expertly determined that 50% of Israeli children suffer physical, psychological or sexual abuse, with 18% suffering sexual abuse. Pro-Apartheid Israel and hence pro-Apartheid Australia is second only to the similarly pro-Apartheid US as a supporter of Apartheid Israel. 25% of Australian children and 18% of US children suffer child sexual abuse. Children were about 47% of the pre-7 October 2023  Gaza population of 2.3 million (now about 2.1 million) and all must be horribly traumatized by the bombing, starvation, privation, and violent deaths and deaths from deprivation totalling 7.9% of the population.

The US-dominated and Zionist-perverted Western Mainstream is utterly damned for its silence and complicity in the ongoing Gaza Genocide. Silence is complicity. “Complicity in genocide” is a punishable crime under Article 3e of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide. I recently published a huge book entitled “Free Palestine”. The subtitle of the book summarizes what has to happen: End Apartheid Israel, human rights denial, Gaza massacre, child killing, occupation and Palestinian Genocide.

Of course the only way the World can accurately determine the total number of Palestinians killed in the Gaza Genocide is to order the child-killing Jewish Israeli state terrorists out of the Occupied Palestinian Territory that has been highly abusively ruled by genocidally racist and egregiously mendacious Apartheid Israel for 57 years. Apartheid Israel out would enable rapid  entry of life-sustaining water, food, shelter, medicine and medical care for the 2.1 million survivors and forensic teams to accurately determine who were killed, how they were killed and the intactness of the bodies (Apartheid Israel has an appalling record as a  major player in the global illegal organ transplant industry).

Meanwhile the mass murder continues while the world looks on. The deaths of 69 Africans in the 1960 Sharpeville Massacre led to the immediate global response of boycotts and sanctions that ultimately led to the fall of South African Apartheid in 1994 with the formation of a united, non-racist, multi-racial, secular democracy. Surely the unforgivable mass murder of 186,000 Palestinians (mostly women and children) will elicit a massive global response. The World must impose comprehensive Boycotts, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) on mother- and child-killing  Apartheid Israel and on all people, politicians, parties, collectives, companies and countries supporting this genocidally racist and neo-Nazi pariah state. 

In my country, fervently pro-Apartheid Israel and hence pro-Apartheid Australia, the Australian Labor Government is racist, militarist, anti-Arab anti-Semitic, anti-Jewish anti-Semitic, holocaust-denying, genocide-complicit, cowardly, ignorant, mendacious,  corrupt, traitorous, child-abusing, mother-abusing, women-abusing, anti-Indigenous, nuclear terrorist, climate criminal, ecocidal, speciescidal, Humanity-betraying, and thus utterly unfit to rule – in Australia’s preferential voting system decent voters will put Labor last.

Ditto my circa 1,000-word Letters to English-speaking journalists, academics and activists  around the World. The Silence is Deafening. Silence is complicity and those not speaking out about the Gaza Genocide – the Australian, US and Western Mainstream journalist, editor, politician, and academic presstitutes – are  “complicit in genocide,” a punishable offence under Article 3e of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide [24].

The civilized World is utterly revolted by the Jewish Israeli-imposed Gaza Genocide and the utterly unforgivable mass murder of 136,000 Palestinian children. The civilized World will impose comprehensive Boycotts, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) upon women-  and child-killing Apartheid Israel and upon all people, parties, companies and countries supporting this mass murdering Zionazi state (notably Gaza Genocide-complicit America, UK,  Australia and neo-Nazi Germany that are all variously involved in arming and otherwise assisting Apartheid Israel ). Decent, anti-racist Australians will put Gaza Genocide-complicit  Labor last in  Australia’s preferential voting system (the Coalition Opposition is even worse but Labor is actually in government  Federally and in all states and territories except for Tasmania [25, 26]).  The World contains 2 kinds of people, those opposing the mass murder of children, and the utterly unforgivable others.
