Kamala Harris gave an impressive Democratic National Convention (DNC) speech that was sensible and humane on Domestic policy but totally ignored existential climate and nuclear threats and unforgivable US complicity in genocide in Gaza. Nevertheless sane Americans will vote for Harris because Trump will reverse decades of humane Domestic progress, is a pathological liar, and like his extremist religious supporters is anti-science and insanely disconnected from reality.
As systematically summarized below, the full transcript of Kamala Harris’ DNC speech [1] reveals her utter moral failure through ignoring the key existential issues of (A) climate change, and (B) nuclear weapons while also ignoring (C ) the horrific extent of the ongoing Gaza Genocide and her appalling complicity in the unforgivable genocide in Gaza.
(A). Existential climate threat.
Humanity and the Biosphere are existentially threatened by man-made climate change and nuclear weapons. One of the World’s greatest minds, Stephen Hawking, has succinctly stated the problem facing Humanity (2018): “We see great peril if governments and societies do not take action now to render nuclear weapons obsolete and to prevent further climate change” [2]. World Governments finally collectively recognized the seriousness of the problem when they set a target of ideally no more than a plus 1.5 degree Centigrade (+1.5C) in global warming and pledged to avoid a catastrophic +2C in warming. Indeed the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) estimated that 97% of corals would die at +1.5C and 99% at +2C [3, 4]. Due to an El Nino phenomenon global warming reached +1.5C in 2023 [5-7].
Professor Hansen and colleagues in a key 2023 paper radically revised the upwards the equilibrium climate sensitivity to increased atmospheric CO2 and concluded: “However, decline of aerosol emissions since 2010 should increase the 1970–2010 global warming rate of 0.18°C per decade to a post-2010 rate of at least 0.27°C per decade. Thus, under the present geopolitical approach to GHG emissions, global warming will exceed 1.5°C in the 2020s and 2°C before 2050. Impacts on people and nature will accelerate as global warming increases hydrologic (weather) extremes. The enormity of consequences demands a return to Holocene-level global temperature”[8]. Critically, Professor Hansen and colleagues also argued for a Third Party alternative to the present Republican/Democrat political duopoly mis-ruling America [8].
The atmospheric levels of CO2, CH4 , N2O and SF6 are at record high levels and increasing a record rates i.e. for all the global rhetoric and significant shifts to renewable energy, atmospheric greenhouse gas levels are maximal and still increasing at record high rates [9, 10]. However we are all obliged to act – and to act now. Indeed my huge book “Climate Crisis, Climate Genocide & Solutions” (2020)[11] concludes: “A plus 1.5C is inevitable in the coming decade and in the face of remorselessly increasing CO2 and CH4 in the atmosphere one concludes that a catastrophic plus 2C is effectively unavoidable. Nevertheless we are inescapably obliged to do everything we can to make the future “less bad” for our children, our grandchildren and future generations” [11]. Already global warming is already massively impacting Humanity through increases in temperature, heat stress-related deaths, sea level, storm surges, high energy storms, precipitation, floods, droughts and forest fires. The direst scientific predictions are that in the absence of requisite urgent action there will be a worsening Climate Genocide in which 10 billion people will perish this century en route to a sustainable human population of about 1 billion in 2100 [11, 12].
Despite the acute and worsening seriousness of the climate crisis, the only mention Kamala Harris made of the existential threat that climate change poses for the US, Humanity and the Biosphere was this: “The freedom to breathe clean air, and drink clean water and live free from the pollution that fuels the climate crisis” [1].
There was no mention by Kamala Harris of man-made greenhouse gas (GHG) pollution that is heating the planet nor any mention of what must be urgently done to reverse this terracidal process that is already severely impacting the US and the World through worsening environmental damage, irreplaceable biodiversity and ecosystem loss, and catastrophic, warming-exacerbated heat waves, floods, droughts, storms and forest fires. Kamala Harris’ only concession to this greed-driven disaster is the 2-word mention of a “climate crisis” [1]. In contrast, anti-science Donald Trump disputes that there is any “climate crisis” at all, and promises via his exhortation “Drill, baby, drill” to mindlessly and criminally engage in massive fossil fuel expansion [13].
Indeed Kamala Harris seems to show similar ignorance to that of Donald Trump by apparently incorrectly equating the toxic pollutants in the atmosphere (e.g. nitrous oxide (N2O), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), and PM2.5 carbon particulates) with the greenhouse gases (GHGs) causing global warming (CO2, CH4 , N2O and SF6). The US is a major GHG polluter but for all the rhetoric and significant actions (notably more renewable energy and electric vehicles) global atmospheric GHGs levels are at historical highs and are increasing and at an ever-increasing rate. “Tackling climate change” means decreasing and not increasing atmospheric GHG levels. Kamala Harris appears to have failed on the existential issue of climate change before she is even elected president.
(B). Existential nuclear threat
Nuclear weapons represent an existential threat to Humanity and the Biosphere. Whereas the Climate Crisis is already upon us and will steadily worsen this century, the nuclear threat may catastrophically materialize at any time due to human error. Already there are several instances in which Russian officers courageously disobeyed protocols and chose not to initiate a nuclear exchange. A nuclear winter arising from a global nuclear exchange would stop photosynthesis (on which nearly all life depends) for months and consequently decimate Humanity and the Biosphere [14].
The only mention – albeit extremely indirect – that Kamala Harris made of the existential nuclear threat to the US, Humanity and the Biosphere was in this oblique reference to US power: “And know this: I will never hesitate to take whatever action is necessary to defend our forces and our interests against Iran and Iran-backed terrorists.” [1]. There was no mention of nuclear weapons or the existential threat from nuclear weapons that is extremely high at the moment e.g. (a) from direct involvement of NATO forces in Ukraine leading to possible use of tactical nuclear weapons by Russia in the Ukraine War, and (b) from possible Apartheid Israeli nuclear strikes against Iran.
The part of Kamala Harris’ speech dealing with American strength is as follows: “And America, we must also be steadfast in advancing our security and values abroad. As vice president, I have confronted threats to our security, negotiated with foreign leaders, strengthened our alliances and engaged with our brave troops overseas. As commander in chief, I will ensure America always has the strongest, most lethal fighting force in the world… I will make sure that we lead the world into the future on space and artificial intelligence. That America, not China, wins the competition for the 21st century and that we strengthen, not abdicate, our global leadership. Trump, on the other hand, threatened to abandon NATO. He encouraged Putin to invade our allies. Said Russia could “do whatever the hell they want”. Five days before Russia attacked Ukraine, I met with President Zelensky to warn him about Russia’s plan to invade. I helped mobilize a global response — over 50 countries — to defend against Putin’s aggression. And as president, I will stand strong with Ukraine and our NATO allies… And know this: I will never hesitate to take whatever action is necessary to defend our forces and our interests against Iran and Iran-backed terrorists. I will not cozy up to tyrants and dictators like Kim Jong-un, who are rooting for Trump. Who are rooting for Trump. Because, you know, they know — they know he is easy to manipulate with flattery and favors. They know Trump won’t hold autocrats accountable because he wants to be an autocrat himself. And as president, I will never waver in defense of America’s security and ideals, because in the enduring struggle between democracy and tyranny, I know where I stand and I know where the United States belongs” [1]. One assumes that Kamala Harris is following the US doctrine (under Obama and Trump) and Apartheid Israeli doctrine that they will “not allow Iran to acquire nuclear weapons” [15].
(C). Gaza Genocide
Lying by omission is far, far worse than repugnant Trump-style lying by commission. Thus Trump told an astonishing 30,000 lies during his administration [16, 17] whereas the George W. Bush Administration “only” told 935 lies about Iraq between the 9/11 atrocity (3,000 killed ) and the invasion of Iraq (Iraqi deaths from violence and imposed deprivation from 2003 onwards totalled 3.6 million [18], noting that the US still has forces in Iraq and there are now 5.0 million Iraqi orphans [19, 20] ). However weasel words Kamala Harris made just the following comments about Palestine that variously involve egregious lying by omission and lying by commission: “With respect to the war in Gaza, President Biden and I are working around the clock, because now is the time to get a hostage deal and a cease-fire deal done. And let me be clear. And let me be clear. I will always stand up for Israel’s right to defend itself, and I will always ensure Israel has the ability to defend itself, because the people of Israel must never again face the horror that a terrorist organization called Hamas caused on Oct. 7, including unspeakable sexual violence and the massacre of young people at a music festival. At the same time, what has happened in Gaza over the past 10 months is devastating. So many innocent lives lost. Desperate, hungry people fleeing for safety, over and over again. The scale of suffering is heartbreaking. President Biden and I are working to end this war, such that Israel is secure, the hostages are released, the suffering in Gaza ends and the Palestinian people can realize their right to dignity, security, freedom and self-determination” [1].
I have numbered and analysed the successive parts of this utterly disingenuous statement as set out below: :
(1). “With respect to the war in Gaza, President Biden and I are working around the clock, because now is the time to get a hostage deal and a cease-fire deal done.”
Comments: (a) The Biden/Harris Administration has had nearly 11 months to get a hostage deal and ceasefire deal done, and during that time the US has supplied the bombs and weaponry enabling Jewish Israelis to kill 186,000 Palestinians by violence and imposed deprivation in the Gaza Concentration Camp according to The Lancet [21-33];
(b) in addition to 250 Israeli hostages of concern to Kamala Harris, ignored by racist Kamala Harris and the West in general there are about 10,000 Palestinian hostages highly abusively imprisoned in Israeli military prisons variously being starved, beaten and sexually abused [34], and 5.6 million severely impoverished Occupied Palestinians highly abusively imprisoned without human rights under the now 57-year duration Apartheid Israeli military rule [35];
(c) what is needed is an immediate and permanent ceasefire to stop the genocide and the occupation and to permit entry of life-saving water, food and medicine, restoration of normal society, shelter, sanitation and health and education services, and to permit entry of forensic teams to determine exactly how many and how several hundred thousand Palestinians have been killed by neo-Nazi Jewish Israelis;
(d) the war criminal Joe Biden/Kamala Harris Administration must be held responsible for its horrific complicity in genocide through supplying the bombs and weaponry involved in the utterly unforgivable Jewish Israeli-imposed Gaza Genocide (186,000 Palestinians killed so far, including an estimated 136,000 children, 17,000 women and 33,000 men)[24-26];
(e ) “now is the time” begs the question: when was the time? 7 October 2023 after “only” 1 Palestinian child had been murdered in “reprisals” by Jewish Israelis? 11 months into the killing and 136,000 Palestinian children killed by Jewish Israelis in Gaza? Wonderful Jewish Palestinian humanitarian Jesus was moved to uncharacteristic intemperance over unforgivable harm done to children: “But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea” (The Holy Bible, King James Version, Matthew 18:6).
(2). “And let me be clear. And let me be clear. I will always stand up for Israel’s right to defend itself, and I will always ensure Israel has the ability to defend itself.”
Comments:
Racist and mendacious Kamala Harris, Joe Biden, the Democrat/Republican duopoly, and the US-beholden Western political duopolies (e.g. the UK Labour/Conservative and Australian Labor/Coalition duopolies) falsely support “Israel’s right to self-defence” and falsely reject the right to self-defence of the cruelly subjugated Indigenous Palestinians. Perhaps the most critical Zionist/Western lies from a legal perspective are the false assertions that “Palestinians do not have the right of (violent) resistance to Israeli Occupation” and that “Israel has a right to defend itself” (from Occupied Palestinians). The Preamble to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights [36] and Article 51 of the UN Charter [37] permit self-defence and rebellion by cruelly and oppressively occupied people such as the Occupied Palestinians and other colonial subjects. Zionist-subverted West falsely spouts the false narrative of the genocidally racist and egregiously mendacious Jewish Israelis and defends belligerent war criminal Apartheid Israel’s non-existent “right to defend itself” while opposing the legitimate right of Indigenous Palestinians to resist invasion and genocide [38]. According to International law expert and UN Rapporteur for Palestinians, Francesca Albanese, a belligerent occupying power (Apartheid Israel) has no right to self-defence in the territory it violently and illegally occupies (the Occupied Palestinian Territory) [39]. Conversely, as set out in the Preamble to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) [36] and the UN Charter [37], Occupied People (such as the Occupied Palestinians) are permitted to defend themselves from brutal and deadly occupation by a war criminal invader and oppressor (genocidally racist Apartheid Israel).
Kamala Harris, the US and the West rightly recognize the right of Ukrainians to defend themselves against the war criminal Russian invasion but reject the right of the Occupied Palestinians to defend themselves against invasion and 57 years of brutal occupation by genocidally racist and neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel [40]. Sadly, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky (a Jewish Ukrainian) has fervently supported aggressor Apartheid Israel but recognizes the State of Palestine, has expressed concern over the suffering of civilians in Gaza and is concerned over Apartheid Israeli neutrality over Ukraine and the closeness of Benjamin Netanyahu and Vladimir Putin [41] (Syria-violating, Syria-occupying and Syria-bombing Apartheid Israel needs pro-Syria Russian cooperation to avoid accidental conflict in Syria). This politically-derived Ukrainian ambiguity is also reflected in Jewish Ukrainian Zelensky’s praise for WW2 Nazi collaborator, mass murderer of Jews, Stepan Bandera, now resurrected as a national hero in Ukraine after the 2014 US-backed anti-Russian coup: “There are indisputable heroes. Stepan Bandera is a hero for a certain part of Ukrainians, and this is a normal and cool thing. He was one of those who defended the freedom of Ukraine” [42]. Unfortunately there is now massive commemoration of Bandera in Ukraine and corresponding demolition of monuments honouring WW2 Red Army liberators and Russians such as General Nikolai Vitutin (under whom the Red Army liberated Kyiv from the Nazis in 1943) and other famous Russians (notably the great writers Alexander Pushkin and Maxim Gorky) [43-45].
(3). “because the people of Israel must never again face the horror that a terrorist organization called Hamas caused on Oct. 7, including unspeakable sexual violence and the massacre of young people at a music festival”.
Comment: The 7 October Breakout of lightly-armed Occupied Palestinian fighters from the Gaza Concentration Camp was to acquire Israeli hostages to swap for 10,000 Occupied Palestinian hostages held by Israel. The Israel Defence Force (IDF) responded with tank shelling and missiles from helicopter gunships, killing about 1,500 Palestinians in Israel and a substantial number (perhaps 600) of the 1,200 Israelis killed in Israel. However lying Western media falsely report a Hamas terrorist massacre [46].
The US ABC News reported that about 1,500 Occupied Palestinian fighters were killed along the Israel-Gaza border, and initial reports were of 1,400 Israelis being killed inside Israel, although this was later revised to 1,200. Eye-witness testimonies, evidence of many charred and mangled bodies, and photographs of twisted car wreckage, and buildings reduced to charred rubble, all indicate damage inflicted by high explosive shelling from Israeli tanks and high explosive missiles from Israeli helicopter gunships that were deployed to the scene in the hours following the Occupied Palestinian Breakout. The huge death toll and evidence of mangled and incinerated cars, buildings and people suggested that the IDF was actually responsible for most of the Israeli deaths in Israel after the Palestinian Breakout [46].
Analysis of the Israel dead from detailed photographic and statistical data provided by the Israeli newspaper Haaretz yields the following breakdown of Israelis killed: Of the 1,200 Israelis killed 84.2% (1,010) were 18-39 years old (i.e. were current Israeli military, conscripts or reservists), 13.3% (160) were 40 and older (with most being former or existing military), and 2.5% (30) were aged under 18 (children) i.e. about 97% of those killed were legitimate military targets as past or serving Occupying forces [47]. Further, the firepower of the IDF (shells and missiles) vastly exceeded the firepower of the lightly-armed Palestinians. If deaths in the fire zone are proportional to firepower then most of the Israeli deaths on or about 7 October were due to the Jewish Israeli IDF.
Nevertheless the pathologically mendacious, US-beholden and Zionist-subverted Western Mainstream media (MSM) overwhelmingly ignore these realities and instead endlessly regurgitate Apartheid Israeli propaganda, notably the false claim that Hamas terrorists massacred 1,200 Israelis on 7 October. Indeed if you Google the phrase “Hamas massacre” you get about 1,300,000 results whereas if you Google the phrase “IDF massacre” you get about 2,000 results.
Terrorism is as terrorism does. Nazism is as Nazism does. Hamas fled to Gaza in 2006. As determined by the UN the average Occupied Palestinian/Occupier Israeli reprisals Death Ratio for 1 January 2008 – September 2023 was 6,407/308= 20.8 [48–51] which predicted 20.8 x 1,200 = 25,000 Palestinian deaths in the present atrocity. One notes that an Occupied/Occupier Reprisals Death Ratio of 10 was ordered by Nazi leader Adolph Hitler in 1944, his order being effected with the execution of 335 Italian men and boys in the Ardeatine Cave Massacre, Rome, in reprisals for the ambushing and killing of 30 German soldiers by Italian Partisans [52]. At 11 weeks after the 7 October Breakout, the Occupied/Occupier Reprisals Death Ratio in the current atrocity was 30,294 Occupied Palestinians killed/ 1,360 Israelis killed = 22.3 (this ignoring the likelihood that many of the now estimated 1,200 Israelis killed on 7 October were killed by IDF shells and missiles). Nazi is as Nazi does.
However 10 months after the Palestinian Breakout the leading medical journal The Lancet published an expert estimate that Palestinian deaths from violence and imposed deprivation could total 186,000 [21]. Palestinians killed by Apartheid Israel in Gaza total 6,407 (1 January 2008 – September 2023) + 186,000 (7 October 2023 – July 2024) = 192,407. Generously assuming that immense firepower of the Jewish Israeli IDF was responsible for only 50% of the Israelis killed on 7 October 2023, then Hamas was responsible for 600 (7 October) + 308 (1 January 2008 – September 2023) = 908 Israeli deaths. Accordingly the Occupied/Occupier Reprisals Death Ratio for Gaza (1 January 2008 – July 2024) = 192,407/908 = 212 or 21 times greater than the Occupied/Occupier Reprisals Death Ratio of 10 ordered by Nazi leader and mass murderer Adolph Hitler in 1944 [52]. Nazi is as Nazi does.
In terms of body count in Gaza, Hamas resistance to illegal and genocidal Occupation has been over 200 times less deadly than Jewish Israeli state terrorism. Terrorism is as terrorism does. Nazi is as Nazi does. Racist and mendacious Kamala Harris fervently supports (with bombs and other weaponry) Apartheid Israeli state terrorism and hence supports the vile crime of Apartheid and the genocidal Nazi-style Apartheid Israeli mass murder of Occupied Palestinians. State terrorist Kamala Harris is complicit in genocide, a punishable crime under Article IIIe of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide [53].
(4). “At the same time, what has happened in Gaza over the past 10 months is devastating. So many innocent lives lost. Desperate, hungry people fleeing for safety, over and over again. The scale of suffering is heartbreaking”.
Comments: Palestinian protesters were excluded from the Democratic National Convention (DNC). However anger over the US-backed Gaza Genocide from anti-racist Jewish, non-Jewish, Palestinian, Arab and Muslim voters (notably in the key swing state of Michigan) forced non-Jewish Zionist politician Kamala Harris (significantly married to a Jewish Zionist) to mention “what has happened in Gaza”, referring to its “devastating” impact (on her, on Gazans or both) but not to quantitatively detail the horrific magnitude of the devastation of Gaza. The despicably racist conduct of Kid-Killing Kamala (KKK) and Kriminal Koconut Kamala (KKK) reveals her as a coconut (Brown on the outside, White on the inside). Lawyer Kamala Harris inadvertently refers to things that violate the Fourth Geneva Convention (the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War) [53] and the UN Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide [54], specifically “Desperate, hungry people fleeing for safety, over and over again” – translated from racist and mendacious Kamala Harris’ despicable Minimalese this means the sorely oppressed people in Gaza are severely deprived of life-sustaining food and are being repeatedly expelled from safer locations, their homes having already been destroyed.
Articles 55 and 56 of the Fourth Geneva Convention unequivocally demand that an Occupier must provide the conquered subjects with life-sustaining food and medical requisites “to the fullest extent of the means available to it” [53]. Indeed genocidally racist Occupier Apartheid Israel put densely populated Gaza under siege and devastating bombing from 7 October 2023 onwards, substantially depriving 2.3 million impoverished Gazans of water, potable water, food, shelter, sanitation , medicine, medical supplies, and medical care for 11 months. Articles 55 and 56 of the Fourth Geneva Convention basically demand that an Occupier is inescapably obliged to the “fullest extent of the means available to it” to try to keep its conquered Subjects ALIVE. However Kamala Harris-, Genocide Joe- and US-backed and Jewish Israeli-run Apartheid Israel has so far in 11 months actually killed 186,000 Gazans and wounded a further 100,000, this representing 286,000 x 100/2,300,000 = 12.4% of the pre-Gaza Massacre population of 2.3 million.
From estimates in The Lancet [21] 186,000 x 100/2,300,000 = 8.1% of the pre-Gaza Massacre population of 2.3 million in Gaza have been killed so far by Jewish Israelis in what must be unambiguously described as a Jewish Israeli-imposed Gaza Genocide. By way of comparison:
(a). WW2 Soviet Holocaust: 26.6 million Soviet citizens were killed by the German Nazis in WW2 out of a pre-war population if 170.6 million i.e. 26.6 million x 100/170.6 million = 15.6% of the Soviet population was killed by Nazi Germany [55].
(b). WW2 Polish Holocaust: 5.5- 6.0 million Poles were killed by German Nazis in WW2 out of a pre-war population of 35.1 million i.e. 15.7- 17.1 % of the pre-WW2 population [56].
(c). WW2 Jewish Holocaust: 5.1-5.8 million Jews were killed by German Nazis in WW2 out of a pre-war Jewish population in Nazi-occupied territories of 8.7 million i.e. 58.6-66.7% of the pre-war population [57-59].
(d). WW2 Jewish Hungarian Holocaust: 0.2 million Hungarian Jews (my people) were killed by Nazis in WW2 out of a pre-WW2 Jewish population of 0.71 million i.e. 28.2% of the pre-WW2 Jewish population [57-59].
(e). WW2 Bengali Holocaust: 4 million Bengali were starved to death by the British with food-denying Australian complicity in WW2 out of a pre-war population of 60 million i.e. 6.7% of the population [60-67].
(f). WW2 NE Indian Holocaust: 6-7 million Indians were starved to death by the British with food-denying Australian complicity in Bengal, Assam, Bihar and Odisha (my wife’s people; 1941 population 106.8 million) i.e. 5.6-6.6% [60-67].
(g). WW2 Chinese Holocaust: 35-40 million Chinese perished under the Japanese in 1937-1945 out of a 1939 population of 513 million i.e. 6.8-7.8%
By way of post-WW2 comparison, nearly 30% of the North Korean population was killed by US bombing in the 1950-1953 Korean War [68] and the genocidal US, US Alliance and US-backed killing thence continued from the 1945-1975 Indo-China War , through the 1990 onwards US-imposed Muslim Holocaust and Muslim Genocide in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria and elsewhere [21, 69-75] to the 2023-onwards US-, UK-, Australia-, neo-Nazi Germany- and Western-backed and Jewish Israeli-imposed Gaza Genocide [21-28, 76, 77 ].
Given Kamala Harris’ complicity in genocide in the Gaza Concentration Camp it is fitting therefore to consider Article 2 of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide which states: “In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:
(a) Killing members of the group;
(b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
(c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
(d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
(e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group” [54].
More specifically, given Kamala Harris’ complicity in genocide in Gaza, Article 3 of the Genocide Convention states: “The following acts shall be punishable:
(a) Genocide;
(b) Conspiracy to commit genocide;
(c) Direct and public incitement to commit genocide;
(d) Attempt to commit genocide;
(e) Complicity in genocide” [54].
(5). “President Biden and I are working to end this war, such that Israel is secure, the hostages are released, the suffering in Gaza ends and the Palestinian people can realize their right to dignity, security, freedom and self-determination” [1].
Comments: (a). This is a confession of Kamala Harris’ complicity in the Gaza Massacre that is not a “war” but a Jewish Israeli-imposed Gaza Massacre and Gaza Genocide in the Gaza Concentration Camp.
(b). Apartheid Israel is “secure” in having one of the world’s biggest high technology armed forces including a modern navy, air force, army, world-leading surveillance, incarceration and intelligence systems, a 99% effective Iron Dome anti-missile system, and 90 nuclear weapons with missile delivery systems [79-82]. However one asks: what about the security of the Indigenous Palestinians? The besieged and starving Occupied Palestinians merely have light arms and ineffectual rockets – since 2001 they have fired several thousand home-made rockets that have killed several dozen Israelis [83]. In contrast, using US-supplied high explosive bombs delivered by drones and planes, in the last 11 months the Jewish Israeli Occupiers have killed about 260 Occupied Palestinians each day. Mendacious Kamala Harris makes no mention about Occupied Palestinian security – deprived of all human rights over 57 years under highly abusive military rule, in the last 11 months 2.3 million Gazans have been substantially deprived of safety, water, food, shelter, sanitation, medicines, medical supplies, and medical care in a Jewish Israeli-imposed the Gaza Massacre in which 186,000 Gazans have died, with this including 136,000 children, 17,000 women and 33,000 men.
(c). The suffering will end when geriatric child killer, Genocide Joe, and his deputy Kid-Killing Karmala (KKK) stop supplying the bombs to genocidally racist Apartheid Israel and order the child killing Zionazis out of the Occupied Palestinian Territory to permit (a) urgent restoration of life-sustaining water, food, shelter, sanitation, medicine, medical supplies and medical care, and (b) entry of specialist forensic teams to determine exactly who have been killed and how they have been killed.
(d). It is not just that “the suffering in Gaza ends” but that the century-long suffering of all Palestinians must end. Of about 15 million mostly impoverished Palestinians, (a) about 7 million are Exiled Palestinians (forbidden on pain of death by mostly non-Semitic, Turkic Khazar convert-derived Ashkenazi Jews [84] from returning to their homes and the land continuously inhabited by their Semitic forebears for thousands of years to the very dawn of the Agrarian Revolution and settled civilization in the Fertile Crescent [85], (b) 5.6 million are Occupied Palestinians (now reduced to 5.4 million by the Gaza Genocide, and highly abusively confined without human rights, democratic rights, and property rights under Jewish Israeli Zionazis to ever dwindling ghettoes in the increasingly bombed and beleaguered West Bank and to the now devastated Gaza Concentration Camp, one of the world’s most ancient and populous cities now reduced to rubble), and 2 million are Israeli Palestinians (able to vote for the government ruling them albeit as oppressed Third Class citizens under 65 race-based, Nazi-style discriminatory laws, including utterly repugnant constraints on who they can marry without persecution ) [86, 87].
(e). Crucially, “freedom and self-determination” will follow after Occupied Palestinians are immediately given equal and full human rights, something that is normal and unexceptional for decent societies (and indeed for nearly all countries except for genocidally racist Myanmar, extreme misogynist Afghanistan and genocidally racist and neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel) but which genocidally racist Jewish Israeli Zionazi fanatics absolutely reject. Equal and full human rights for all Indigenous Palestinians can be granted immediately by the stroke of a pen. As it did to Apartheid South Africa and its racist Western supporters, the World must respond to neo-Nazi Israeli Apartheid and its racist US and US Alliance supporters with comprehensive Boycotts, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) [88]. However the cruel and racist reality is that the genocidally racist settler-colonialist Zionazis want all of the Land of Palestine (plus land of its neighbours) but not the Indigenous Arab inhabitants who the Zionazis will continue to cram into West Bank and Gaza concentration camps or ghettoes without human rights and proper sustenance.
(f). Further to equal and full human rights for everyone, before 7 October and the Gaza Genocide, Indigenous Palestinians represented about 52% of the Subjects of Apartheid Israel and the ruling Jewish Israelis about 47% [76-78]. The human rights and security of the non-Indigenous Palestinians must be respected in any secular and democratic One State in Palestine as were the rights and security of White South Africans in post-Apartheid South Africa. While the genocidally racist US and US-beholden West argue for a “2 State Solution” (long rendered impossible by the Zionazi ethnic cleansing of 90% of Palestine) the only humane and just solution is a secular and democratic One State in Palestine (for a compendium, of expert and humane advocacy in this respect see [[89]). My view: “The “two-state solution” has been a convenient fig-leaf for pro-Apartheid Western dishonesty and inaction over Palestine. The ethnic cleansing of 90% of Palestine has rendered the “two-state solution” dead but the continuing obscenity of a grossly human rights-abusing Apartheid Israel is intolerable to decent people around the world. However the racist Jewish Nation-State Law makes it abundantly clear that the racist Zionists running Apartheid Israel are resolutely committed to a neo-Nazi Apartheid State and endless, deadly subjugation of the Indigenous Palestinians with the ever-present threat of 100% ethnic cleansing of Palestine. The world must act over Apartheid Israel as it did over Apartheid South Africa. A clear, humane solution to the continuing human rights catastrophe in Palestine is a unitary state (a “one state solution”) as in post-Apartheid South Africa that would involve return of all refugees, zero tolerance for racism, equal rights for all, all human rights for all, one-person-one-vote, justice, goodwill, reconciliation, airport-level security, nuclear weapons removal, internationally-guaranteed national security initially based on the present armed forces, and untrammelled access for all citizens to all of Palestine. It can and should happen tomorrow” [89, 90].
(g). Generally ignored by nearly everyone is the right of all Jews to their history including approbation for a wonderful 3 millennial humanitarian Jewish history from the Ten Commandments, the “love thy neighbour as thyself” of the wonderful Jewish Palestinian Jesus, through great Jewish thinkers (notably Baruch Spinoza, a Father of the Enlightenment) to wonderful present era Jewish humanitarians from Hannah Arendt to Howard Zinn. However the US-backed genocidally racist Zionazis have unforgivably soiled Jews, Judaism and that wonderful Jewish contribution to Humanity just as the genocidally racist German Nazis unforgivably soiled the wonderful German contribution to Humanity from Johann Wolfgang von Goethe to Günter Wilhelm Grass and from Johann Sebastian Bach to Johannes Brahms. Zionism is genocidal racism and Nazism without gas chambers and mass killings of thousands of people at a time, but with a world-leading high technology military and arms industry together with 90 nuclear weapons and missile delivery systems.
(h). Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are anti-Arab anti-Semitic (resolute complicity in the genocide of Semitic Arab people in Gaza and elsewhere ) and also anti-Jewish anti-Semitic (by falsely conflating genocidally racist Apartheid Israel and its horrific crimes with all Jews, including a huge body of anti-racist Jews resolutely opposed to the genocidal crimes of neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel). Thus an expert 2021 US poll established that 25% of US Jews say Israel is an Apartheid state, with 38% of under-40 Jews agreeing with this proposition [91, 92]. An April 2024 US poll established that “Jewish adults under 35 are more likely than older Jews to say that Hamas’ reasons for fighting arevalid: 31% of younger Jews take this position, compared with about one-in-ten of those ages 35 and older… 45% of Jews under 35 have a favorable view of the Israeli government, while 53% have an unfavorable view. Jews ages 50 to 64 are the only age group in which a majority express a favorable opinion of the Israeli government (64%)’ [93].
(i). The core ethos of Humanity is Kindness and Truth but this is grossly violated by Genocide Joe and Kid-Killing Karmala (KKK) who are (a) deeply complicit in the Jewish Israeli-imposed genocide in the Gaza Concentration Camp, and (b) remorselessly espouse some 35 utterly false propositions in support of genocidally racist, egregiously mendacious, and neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel [94, 95].
(j). All those like Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and the overwhelming majority of Mainstream US, US Alliance and Western journalists, editors, and politicians who also fervently support Apartheid Israel and hence the vile crime of Apartheid are utterly unfit for decent company, public life and public office. In Zionist-perverted and US lackey Australia decent people simply cannot support the genocide-complicit Labor Government or the even worse far right Coalition Opposition and will put them last in Australia’s compulsory and preferential voting system in which voters must list all candidates in order of preference (if no candidate gains 50% second preferences are considered). Decent Australians are torn over who to put last: Labor is in government, is complicit in genocide in Gaza [94, 95] and must be punished but the neo-fascist far right Coalition is even worse but is in opposition. In the US the Democratic Biden/Harris Administration must be punished for its complicity in genocide in Gaza but the Republican opposition is lead by anti-science and pathological liar Donald Trump whose mendacity (30,000 lies in his 4 year presidential term [16, 17]) borders on dangerous insanity i.e. risk-averse Americans will be compelled to vote for child-killing Kamala Harris on this sanity issue alone.
Final comments and conclusions.
Deeds speak louder than mere words. The US has hugely supported the Jewish Israeli-imposed Gaza Massacre since 7 October 2023 with about $4 billion of military aid (out of the $38 billion in a decade of military aid promised by Obama just before he left office) and a further $14 billion in military aid for the Gaza Massacre [96]. In addition, in August 2024 after about 200,000 Gazans had been killed and 100,000 injured, the US via Jewish Zionist Secretary of State and pretend peacemaker Antony Blinken approved $20 billion in arms salesto neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel including scores of F-15 fighter jets, Advanced Medium-Range Air-to-Air Missiles, or AMRAAMs, 120 mm tank ammunition and high explosive mortars and tactical vehicles [96-98]. Kamala Harris’ evil complicity in genocide in Gaza was reinforced by the refusal of the Gaza protesters’ demand to allow a Palestinian to address the DNC [99].
On 19 July 2024 the International Court of Justice (ICJ) handed down an expert opinion on Israeli actions in the Occupied Palestinian Territory in response to a request from the UN General Assembly in 2022. The President of the ICJ, Nawaf Salam: “The court considers that the violations by Israel of the prohibition of the acquisition of territory by force and of the Palestinian people’s right to self-determination have a direct impact on the legality of the continued presence of Israel, as an occupying power, in the occupied Palestinian territory. The sustained abuse by Israel of its position as an occupying power, through annexation and an assertion of permanent control over the occupied Palestinian territory and continued frustration of the right of the Palestinian people to self-determination, violates fundamental principles of international law and renders Israel’s presence in the occupied Palestinian territory unlawful” [100]. Likewise Human Rights Watch has reported (19 July 2024): “The International Court of Justice (ICJ) issued an advisory opinion on July 19, 2024, with significant consequences for human rights protections in Palestine under Israel’s 57-year occupation. The opinion stems from a December 2022 request by the United Nations General Assembly to the court to consider the legal consequences of Israel’s policies and practices in the Occupied Palestinian Territory… Tirana Hassan, Human Rights Watch Executive Director: “In a historic ruling the International Court of Justice has found multiple and serious international law violations by Israel towards Palestinians in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including, for the first time, finding Israel responsible for apartheid. The court has placed responsibility with all states and the United Nations to end these violations of international law. The ruling should be yet another wake up call for the United States to end its egregious policy of defending Israel’s oppression of Palestinians and prompt a thorough reassessment in other countries as well” [101].
Kamala Harris was a prosecutor before being elected attorney general and thence senator for California. Donald Trump is technically a “felon” after being prosecuted for victimless breaches in a process that he and his supporters regard with some justification as a politically motivated witch-hunt. Kamala Harris has couched her present presidential campaign as “the prosecutor versus the felon” (this eliciting hilarity and drawing applause from her supporters): “As many of you know, before I was elected as vice president, before I was elected as United States senator, I was the elected attorney general, as I’ve mentioned, of California. Before that I was a courtroom prosecutor. In those roles I took on perpetrators of all kinds. Predators who abuse women, fraudsters who ripped off consumers, cheaters who broke the rules for their own gain. So hear me when I say, I know Donald Trump’s type” [102].
No, this presidential race is between Kamala Harris (an un-prosecuted war criminal guilty of complicity in genocide and the mass murder of children, women and mothers in Gaza) and Donald Trump (a populist blabber-mouth who endlessly lies to suit his political campaigning at any given moment). War is the penultimate in racism and genocide the ultimate in racism. Harris is un-prosecuted for “complicity in genocide” a punishable crime under Article IIIe of the Convention for the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide [54] and for complicity in gross violation of the Fourth Geneva Convention [53]. However for all his victim-less sins Donald Trump is against war, preferring that the wealth involved in foreign wars being instead distributed through tax breaks to the endlessly needy billionaire and multi-millionaire One Percenters who run Corporatocracy, Lobbyocracy and Dollarocracy America in which Big Money purchases public perception of reality and hence votes, more power and more wealth. Indeed Trump talked with North Korea, China and Russia, negotiated an end to the 20-year Afghan War (7 million Afghan deaths from violence and imposed deprivation [69-78]), and has declared that if elected he would stop the Ukraine War in 24 hours. Indeed while Donald Trump is the first convicted felon former US President, 45 war criminal US presidents and 45 war criminal Vice Presidents remain un-convicted [103].
What can Americans do? Until the US Republican/Democrat political duopoly is overthrown (unfortunately the wonderful Dr Jill Stein for the Greens will probably get only a few percent of the vote) the horribly deceived American voters will remain disempowered under successive neoliberal Democrat or Republican administrations devoted to protecting the dominant One Percenters. Both the Democrats and the Republicans are fervently committed to neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel and hence to Apartheid and to Apartheid Israeli state terrorism [104]. In a real-life cartoon tens of millions of impoverished American workers will vote for a billionaire, Donald Trump, committed to further widening of the wealth inequity gap. Despite her dishonest rhetoric and the horrible reality that Kamala Harris is complicit in the horrific Gaza Genocide (186,000 killed so far, including 136,000 children, 17,000 women and 33,0000 men), sensible Americans will be forced to vote for Kamala Harris on the basis that Donald Trump’s extraordinary, high-volume, and anti-science lying is akin to lunacy.
In his 2005 Literature Nobel Prize Acceptance Speech anti-racist Jewish British writer Harold Pinter wrote of the unfolding, US-, UK- and Australia-imposed Iraq War: “We have brought torture, cluster bombs, depleted uranium, innumerable acts of random murder, misery, degradation and death to the Iraqi people and call it ‘bringing freedom and democracy to the Middle East’. How many people do you have to kill before you qualify to be described as a mass murderer and a war criminal? One hundred thousand? More than enough, I would have thought. Therefore it is just that Bush and Blair be arraigned before the International Criminal Court of Justice” [105]. 186,000? Surely enough, I would have thought.
