Mainstream reportage of Gaza deaths has climbed since 7 October 2023 to a present widely-reported 40,000 killed (50,000 including  those dead under rubble). However consideration of deaths from imposed deprivation led to an estimate of 186,000 (The Lancet) and now 335,500 (Professor Devi Sridhar, chair of global public health at the University of Edinburgh). A report by Ralph Nader of this huge Western Mainstream Gaza deaths undercounting  is now on the US Congressional record. 

I have been researching and writing about avoidable deaths from imposed deprivation for 3 decades and published my findings in hundreds of large and exhaustively referenced articles [1-3] and in 9 huge books (including massively updated editions) [4-9]. My initial impetus was discovering how successive generations of British historiographers had blatantly ignored or grossly minimized British-imposed famines in India from the 1769-1770 Great Bengal Famine (10 million killed)  to the 1942-1945 WW2 Bengali Holocaust (WW2 Indian Holocaust, WW2 Bengal Famine; 6-7 million Indians deliberately starved to death for strategic reasons in Bengal, Bihar, Assam and Odisha by the British with food-denying Australian complicity) [4, 6, 10, 11]. This led me to consider deaths from violence and imposed deprivation in wars and occupations in the post-1950 era [4].

Whether a child is killed by bullets and bombs or from imposed deprivation, the death is just as final and the perpetrator culpability the same. Avoidable mortality (excess mortality) from deprivation can be readily assessed from UN Population Division data as the difference between the actual deaths in a country and the deaths expected for a peaceful and decently governed country with the same demographics. In the 2007 and 2021 editions of “Body Count. Global avoidable  mortality since 1950” I documented  annual avoidable mortality and under-5 infant mortality for every country in 2003 and 2020, respectively, and also documented total avoidably mortality and under-5 infant mortality for the period 1950-2005 [4]. For humanity as a whole under-5 infant mortality is about 70% of the total  avoidable mortality, this permitting rapid assessment of avoidable mortality [4]. Usefully, the 2007 and 2021 editions of “Body Count. Global avoidable  mortality since 1950” also contained succinct, avoidable mortality-related histories of every country [4].

I used this methodology to estimate deaths from violence and imposed deprivation in the 2003-2011 Iraq War (2.7 million) and in the 2001-2021 Afghan War (6.8 million). Violent deaths in Iraq were estimated from expert epidemiological surveys [12] and violent deaths in Afghanistan were assessed on the basis that the Afghan War was 4 times less violent than the Iraq War [13, 14]. The estimated deaths from violence and imposed deprivation in the Iraq  plus Afghan wars totalled 9.5 million, this being similar  to the estimate of over 4.7 million deaths made by the team of 35 expert scholars  of the Costs of War project of the Watson Institute for International & Public Affairs at prestigious  Brown University [15] (en passant, my pacifist great uncle, world-famous Jewish Hungarian mathematician George Pólya, worked there in the early 1940s before moving to Stanford). In stark contrast, Establishment-perverted Mainstream media typically under-estimate Iraq War deaths at about 300,000 [16]. Indeed on the occasion of the withdrawal of most US forces from Iraq, the taxpayer-funded Australian Broadcasting Corporation  (Australia’s equivalent of the Establishment-beholden UK BBC) estimated “tens of thousands” of Iraq deaths [17]. One notes that there are now 5 million orphans in Iraq [18] – go figure.

Set out below are some estimates of deaths in the 7 October 2-23 onwards Gaza Massacre and Gaza Genocide, together with amplifying comments.

(1). Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor (6 October 2024): “Since the start of the genocide in Gaza, more than 50,000 Palestinians have been killed by the Israeli army, including around 42,000 recorded by the Gaza Ministry of Health, the majority being women and children. In addition, approximately 100,000 have been injured, with thousands of bodies still lying under the rubble and in the streets, unreachable by rescue and medical teams. An estimated 10 per cent of Gaza’s population has been killed, injured, reported missing, or detained as a result of Israeli military assaults. Of the 50,292 Palestinians killed—including those still buried under the debris—33 per cent were children [16,596 children], and 21 per cent were women [10,561 women and hence 23,134 men]. Thousands more have been forcibly detained, with 3,600 still languishing in various Israeli prisons and detention centres” [19].

Comment:  However as amplified below, these estimates do not take into account massive deaths from imposed deprivation. For computational utility we will assume that the 50,292 Palestinians estimated to have been killed approximate to the violent deaths.

(2). Professor Devi Sridhar (chair of global public health at the University of Edinburgh) (29 December 2023): “An estimated 85% of Gaza’s inhabitants are already displaced according to the UN Relief and Works Agency [UNWRA]. Experts analysing previous refugee displacements estimate in the Lancet that crude mortality rates (that is deaths per 1,000 people) were more than 60 times higher than when each conflict began, on average. Extrapolating this to the current situation in Gaza, where the crude death rate before the conflict was 3.82 in 2021 (relatively low because of its young demographic), mortality rates could reach 229.2 in 2024if the conflict and displacement continue at the current level of intensity, and Gazans continue to lack access to sanitation, medical facilities and permanent housing. Ultimately, unless something changes, the world faces the prospect of almost a quarter of Gaza’s 2 million population – close to half- a million human beings – dying within a year. These would be largely deaths from preventable health causes and the collapse of the medical system. It’s a crude estimate, but one that is data-driven, using the terrifyingly real numbers of deaths in previous and comparable conflicts” [20]

Comment: Before the present horrific Gaza Massacre and Gaza Siege the Gaza Concentration Camp was already subject to severe blockade for over 16 years (from June 2007), as well as several massive bombing and killing episodes, although none as horrendously lethal as the present Gaza Massacre [21, 22]. Before 7 October 2023 the Jewish Israeli-imposed blockade was designed to permit bare survival of the Gaza population. Before 7 October 2023 the GDP per capita was about $52,000 for Occupier Apartheid Israel, $3,400 for the Occupied Palestinian Territory  [23] and a mere $l,000 for the Gaza Concentration Camp [24]. UNWRA (2020): “Looking back at the last 15 years of blockade and repeated cycles of violence bringing death and destruction in their wake, Gaza has experienced momentous de-development, severely impacting normal daily life for all residents and restricting their basic human rights. The statistics are staggering. Today, 81.5 per cent of individual in Gaza, 71 per cent of whom are Palestine refugees, live below the national poverty line. Sixty-four percent are food insecure.  The unemployment rate in 2021 stood at 47 per cent, with the overall youth unemployment rate at 64 per cent. In 2020, the per capita GDP stood at US$ 1,049, which is four times lower than in the West Bank and Jordan. As a consequence, today, 80 per cent of the population depends on humanitarian assistance. Among them are 1.1 million Palestine refugees receiving food assistance from UNRWA, up from just 80,000 in 2000. That is a shocking 1,324 per cent increase!   Between 2007 and 2022, 292 of the water wells in Gaza used for both domestic consumption and farmlands were damaged or destroyed by Israeli Security Forces. Eighty-one percent of water extracted from Gaza aquifers does not meet WHO water quality.  While the economic consequences are obvious and disastrous, this is not just about economics; there is also a tremendous societal cost that is seeing the social fabric of Palestinians lives in Gaza unravel and the mental health of its residents, particularly children and youth, decline at an alarming rate” [24].

Before the 7 October 2023 Palestinian Breakout from the Gaza Concentration Camp, and horrendously more so since,  Occupier Apartheid Israel has been grossly violating Articles 55 and 56 of the Fourth Geneva Convention (the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War) that unequivocally demand that an Occupier must supply its conquered Subjects with life-preserving sustenance and medical services “to the fullest extent of the means available to it” [25]. Imposition of siege and massive bombing meant that Gazans were substantially  deprived of water, food, shelter, sanitation, electricity, medicine and medical care to the point that the World demanded entry of aid and the Zionazis thence permitted a trickle. Presently the northern third of the Gaza Strip is under total siege and being bombed and starved to death. The Jewish-Israeli plan already being implemented is to deny any aid to the northern third of Gaza and anyone remaining will be exterminated [26]. This is genocide as defined by Article 2 of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide: “In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such: (a) Killing members of the group; (b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group; (c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part; (d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group; (e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group” [27].

(3). Zeina Jamaluddine, Zhixi Chen, Hanan Abukmail, Sarah Aly, Shatha Elnakib, Gregory Barnsley, Fiona Majorin, Hannah Tong, Tak Igusa, Oona MR Campbell, Paul B. Spiegel, Francesco Checchi and the Gaza Health Impact Projections Working Group (medical epidemiology experts variously from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and Johns Hopkins) (7 February 2024):  “Table 3 presents projected numbers of excess, crisis-attributable deaths by cause, period, and scenario. Over the six months until early August, including epidemic infections, we estimate that with the ceasefire scenario there would be approximately 11,580 excess deaths, with the status quo scenario there would be approximately 66,720 excess deaths, and with the escalation scenario there would be approximately 85,750 excess deaths in total. When excluding epidemic infections, for which confidence intervals are very wide, we estimate 6,550, 58,260 and 74,290 excess deaths under the ceasefire, status quo and escalation scenarios, respectively. The largest numbers of projected excess deaths are due to traumatic injuries, followed by infectious diseases. These estimates include civilians and combatants. Additional details for each module are provided below, including details of specific causes of mortality” [28].

Comment: This large and expert group of UK and US medical epidemiologists  estimated 85,750 excess deaths over 6 months in the “escalation scenario” or 170,000 over 1 year i.e. 7.4% of the pre-Gaza Massacre Gaza population of 2.3 million which is  similar in order of magnitude to the % of the pre-WW2 Jewish population killed in Italy (7.5%), France (21.7%), Hungary (28.2%) and the Nazi-occupied  Soviet Union (30.0%) [29, 30].

(4). Rasha Khatib, Martin McKee  and  Salim Yusuf in The Lancet (10 July 2024): “Collecting data is becoming increasingly difficult for the Gaza Health Ministry due to the destruction of much of the infrastructure. The Ministry has had to augment its usual reporting, based on people dying in its hospitals or brought in dead, with information from reliable media sources and first responders. This change has inevitably degraded the detailed data recorded previously. Consequently, the Gaza Health Ministry now reports separately the number of unidentified bodies among the total death toll. As of May 10, 2024, 30% of the 35 091 deaths were unidentified. Some officials and news agencies have used this development, designed to improve data quality, to undermine the veracity of the data. However, the number of reported deaths is likely an underestimate. The non-governmental organisation Airwars undertakes detailed assessments of incidents in the Gaza Strip and often finds that not all names of identifiable victims are included in the Ministry’s list. Furthermore, the UN estimates that, by Feb 29, 2024, 35% of buildings in the Gaza Strip had been destroyed, so the number of bodies still buried in the rubble is likely substantial, with estimates of more than 10,000. Armed conflicts have indirect health implications beyond the direct harm from violence. Even if the conflict ends immediately, there will continue to be many indirect deaths in the coming months and years from causes such as reproductive, communicable, and non-communicable diseases. The total death toll is expected to be large given the intensity of this conflict; destroyed health-care infrastructure; severe shortages of food, water, and shelter; the population’s inability to flee to safe places; and the loss of funding to UNRWA, one of the very few humanitarian organisations still active in the Gaza Strip. In recent conflicts, such indirect deaths range from three to 15 times the number of direct deaths. Applying a conservative estimate of four indirect deaths per one direct death to the 37,396 deaths reported, it is not implausible to estimate that up to 186,000 or even more deaths could be attributable to the current conflict in Gaza. Using the 2022 Gaza Strip population estimate of 2,375,259, this would translate to 7·9% of the total population in the Gaza Strip. A report from Feb 7, 2024, at the time when the direct death toll was 28,000, estimated that without a ceasefire there would be between 58,260 deaths (without an epidemic or escalation) and 85,750 deaths (if both occurred) by Aug 6, 2024” [31].

Comment.  The core ethos of Humanity is Kindness and Truth. However a shocking testament to the genocidal racism and egregious mendacity of anti-Arab anti-Semitic, Zionist-subverted, Zionist-perverted and US Establishment-beholden Western Mainstream media is that while over 100 Alternative and Global South media reported this shocking report published in the leading medical journal The Lancet, all but a few Western Mainstream media refused to report the estimated 186,000 Gaza deaths [32-34] (genocide denial and holocaust denial).

(5). Professor Devi Sridhar (chair of global public health at the University of Edinburgh) (5 September 2024): “Having some kind of accepted and reliable process for estimating the true number of deaths from afar is important. For several decades, methods have been developed to build up datasets in situations with poor or damaged health and monitoring systems: the Global Burden of Disease study, funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, is the gold standard here. The goal is to create a process to estimate deaths, and then triangulate across research groups and various methods to see whether a robust, universally accepted number can be agreed upon. This is a process of peer review and consultation among scientists. The Lancet medical journal recently published an estimate of deaths in Gaza from several respected scientists, who outline their process of estimation (comparison with similar conflicts) and final numbers. They estimate that about 186,000 total deaths could be attributable to the current conflict in Gaza, which is roughly 7.9% of its population, by mid-June 2024. This high number is despite various ceasefire agreements over the past six months. If deaths continue at this rate – about 23,000 a month – there would be an additional 149,500 deaths by the end of the year, some six and half months from the initial mid-June estimate. Using the method, the total deaths since the conflict began would be estimated at about 335,500 in total. Similarly , I made a crude estimate last winter by looking at other conflict situations and assessing how many fatalities there would be if fighting continued without international intervention. In December 2023, my estimate was about half a million deaths without a ceasefire. This roughly aligns with the Lancet estimates – they used a very conservative estimate, but allowed that the number could easily be much higher. It also shows what could have happened had the international community not acted, and taken advantage of the brief windows available to deliver aid and medical care. Many have been saved by these various pauses in fighting and humanitarian interventions, even if patchily enforced” [35].

(6).  Ralph Nader (famed humanitarian, consumer advocate, corporate critic,  public interest analyst and former presidential candidate) (August-September 2024): “One way that the annihilator – Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu – flipped off the meek urgings of President Joe Biden and Secretary of State Anthony Blinken to “minimize civilian casualties” in Gaza was to say – Don’t lecture me – look at what you did to civilians in Hiroshima (140,000 dead), Nagasaki (70,000 dead) and Dresden (25,000 dead) to crush your enemies. That’s 235,000 dead in two nations with a population at the time of 150 million. In Gaza, a tiny enclave of 2.3 million long besieged and impoverished people, nearly half of them children, the Israeli regime, a military nuclear superpower, backed unconditionally by the United States government and its demanding lobbies, has far exceeded that three city devastation. The following probative evidence and professional assessments point to a death toll of over 300,000 Palestinians in Gaza with that number at least doubling by end of the year. Why then is the reviled Hamas’ official death count now at about 41,000, accepted by the mass media and most governments, regardless of their view for or against the genocide in Gaza? Hamas is vested in an undercount to temper accusations by their own people that it has not protected them. (Hamas badly underestimated the total savagery of the Israeli response to its October 7 attack through a mysteriously collapsed multitiered Israeli border security complex.) The Israeli government also prefers an undercount to temper the rising level of international condemnation and boycotts…

Against this background, the mass media ditto heading the Hamas undercount would have people believe that 98 percent of the Gaza population has survived the Israeli onslaught. This is lethally impossible. In July, the prestigious UK medical journal The Lancet put out a study of the Gaza undercount conservatively concluding that “it is not implausible to estimate that up to 186,000 or even more deaths could be attributable to the current conflict in Gaza.”. Finally, there is eye witness clinical evidence by western physicians, nurses and medical support staff returning from their tours of duty in the remaining badly damaged hospitals. Their accounts offer more probative evidence. In a largely ignored, documented letter to Joe Biden, Dr. Jill Biden and Kamala Harris, dated July 25, 2024, 45 of these doctors recounted their clinical observations. Here are a few of them: “I’ve never seen such horrific injuries, on such a massive scale, with so few resources. Our bombs are cutting down women and children by the thousands. Their mutilated bodies are a monument to cruelty.”–Dr. Feroze Sidhwa, trauma and critical care surgeon. “Gaza was the first time I held a baby’s brains in my hand. The first of many.”–Dr. Mark Perlmutter, orthopedic and hand surgeon. “Specifically, every one of us on a daily basis treated preteen children who were shot in the head and chest,” the doctors wrote in the letter to the Bidens and Harris. “With only marginal exceptions, everyone in Gaza is sick, injured, or both.”’ “President and Dr. Biden, we wish you could see the nightmares that plague so many of us since we have returned–dreams of children maimed and mutilated by our weapons, and their inconsolable mothers begging us to save them,” they wrote. “We wish you could hear the cries and screams our consciences will not let us forget. We cannot believe that anyone would continue arming the country that is deliberately killing these children after seeing what we have seen.” “Israel has targeted our colleagues in Gaza for death, disappearance, and torture,” the doctors wrote. “We believe that the death toll from this conflict is many times higher than what is reported by the Gaza Ministry of Health.” “We urge you to end this madness now.” Ironically, in December 2023, Dr. Jill Biden told spouse Joe Biden: “Stop it, stop it now, Joe.” (Source: Joe Biden). The doctors who signed the letter are asking for a personal meeting with the Bidens and Kamala Harris” [36].

Ralph Nader in interview with Amy Goodman ( 10 September 2024): “Amy, this is a horrifying undercount, and it has political rationale for it. If the true count was known, it would devastate the mythology that the Biden administration and Congress are furthering, that the Israeli government does not purposely target civilian populations and, therefore, violate all kinds of U.S. laws, conditioning the shipment of weapons to Israel, and international laws. So, I put together in this article in the Capitol Hill Citizen — people can go to CapitolHillCitizen.com and get it — the various probative evidence that shows that experts, who are blocked from getting additional data that the State Department has and is keeping secret — that the evidence shows that it’s well over 300,000. And it may double by the end of the year. In an article in The Guardian by the distinguished chair of global public health at the University of Edinburgh titled “Scientists are closing in on the true, horrifying scale of death and disease in Gaza,” she estimates over 300,000 before the end of the year, pointing out, with The Lancet report that you mentioned, that The Lancet people used a very — quote, “used a very conservative estimate, but allowed that the number could easily be much higher.” And so, why is this happening? Why are all sides, the anti-genocide side, the Israeli, the Hamas — why are they always using these figures? Because, for different reasons, it serves their political purposes. Hamas doesn’t want the true count to be known, because it will be assailed by its own people and its international allies as unable to protect its own people and provide shelters. Netanyahu, of course, wants it lowballed for obvious reasons, and Biden for the same reason. So, what do these scientists see? They see a tiny enclave the geographical size of Philadelphia with 2.3 million people, crowded, already sick and destitute from years of Israeli illegal embargoes, high levels of anemia among the children before October 7th, and then, starting October 8th, the Israeli military issued the genocidal orders of no food, no water, no medicine, no electricity, no fuel, and they proceeded accordingly. And so, what these scientists are seeing are what’s called the empirical evidence, that people on social media are seeing and others. With over 130,000 bombs and missiles, plus daily tank shelling, ruthless sniper fire, there’s been massive destruction of apartment buildings, congested marketplaces, refugee camps, hospitals, over 150 health clinics, masses of families huddled in schools being blown up, ambulances being blown up, bakeries destroyed, schools, universities, mosques, churches, roads, electricity networks, critical water mains — just about everyone and everything” [37].

Comment. On Tuesday 1 October 2024 Congressman John B. Larson put Ralph Nader’s Capitol Hill Citizen article on the Congressional Record [38].

Final comments and conclusions.

Put bluntly – who are we to believe, top medical experts or mendacious, Zionist-perverted Western Mainstream journalist, editor, politician, academic and commentariat presstitutes? The core ethos of Humanity – and most clearly of  medical professionals –  is Kindness and Truth yet the Zionist-perverted Western Mainstream presstitutes ignore humane expert advice and propagandize for genocidally racist and egregiously mendacious Zionists and the child-killing Jewish Israelis they so fervently support.

What does it take to shock the World into action? The killing of 69 Africans by Apartheid South African police in the 1960 Sharpeville Massacre precipitated global sanctions against the neo-Nazi Apartheid regime that were ultimately successful by 1994 [39].  What will be the global response to the Jewish Israeli killing of an estimated 335,500 children, mothers, women and men in Gaza over the last year? The Global South overwhelmingly objects but the deeply racist US and the US-beholden West (notably the UK, neo-Nazi Germany and Racist White Australia) still fervently support serial war criminal and mother- and child-killing and quintessentially Nazi-like Apartheid Israel. Indeed the UK, US, neo-Nazi Germany and Racist White Australia (RWA) actually voted No to the  annual UN General Assembly anti-Nazism resolution [40].

Despite the disingenuous and duplicitous support for a temporary ceasefire by geriatric child-killer Genocide Joe Biden and Kid-Killing Kamala (KKK) Harris, the US continues to supply all the bombs being used to destroy Gaza (and in the last year  also all the explosives used against the West Bank, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Iran and Yemen). Indeed before 7 October 2023 neo-Nazi Germany supplied 30% of the Apartheid Israeli weapons imports, the US 69% with the remainder mainly from the UK and Australia [41]. Indeed Racist White Australia (RWA) is second only to the US as a fervent supporter of neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel [42],  and there is a shocking list of 52 Zionist- and Apartheid Israeli-Nazi Germany comparisons [43].

The Zionist-perverted and US lackey Australian Labor Government  is complicit in the Gaza Genocide in 20 ways [44], and lies for Apartheid Israel in 35 ways [45]. Indeed an Australian legal firm Birchgrove Legal has filed a  case (co-signed by over 100 lawyers) for Australian complicity in  genocide to the International Criminal Court (ICC): “Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has been referred to the International Criminal Court as an accessory to genocide in Gaza, making him the first leader of a Western nation to be referred to the ICC under Article 15 of the Rome Statute. A team of Australian lawyers from Birchgrove Legal, led by King’s Counsel Sheryn Omeri, have spent months documenting the alleged complicity and outlining the individual criminal responsibility of Mr Albanese in respect to the situation in Palestine. The 92-page document, which has been endorsed by more than one hundred Australian lawyers and barristers, was yesterday submitted to the Office of ICC Prosecutor, Karim Khan KC” [46].

As adverted by Ralph Nader (see above [36]), the mysterious collapse of the “multitiered Israeli border security complex”enabled the Palestinian Breakout from the Gaza Concentration Camp on 7 October 2023. Some eminent and prize-winning Western writers have reported that the Breakout plan was known to the US and Apartheid Israel for a year, the IDF withdrew 2 battalions from near Gaza before the Breakout, and that the IDF responded extremely slowly to the Breakout. Most (97.5% ) of the Israelis killed were  adults and hence mostly former or present IDF members involved in the illegal and war criminal 57 year Occupation (noting that under International Law the Occupied have a right to defend themselves but the Occupiers do not).  Deaths in a fire zone are proportional to the firepower deployed and expert observers say that many of the 1,200 Israelis killed were killed by the high explosive tank shells and helicopter missiles of the finally responding IDF under the so-called IDF “Hannibal Directive” (kill the kidnappers even if it means killing Israelis). It is likely that the IDF killed many and possibly most of the Israelis killed on 7 October. It is increasingly likely that the 7 October event was planned by the US and Apartheid Israel to provide a 9-11-style “excuse” for a Gaza Genocide and the complete destruction and  ethnic cleansing of the ancient city of Gaza and its 2.3 million subjugated inhabitants [47, 48].

Zionism that underwrites neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel is genocidal racism and Nazism without gas chambers but with nuclear weapons, world-leading high technology arms and a world-leading high technology arms industry. Conservatively assuming that 50% of the Israelis killed on 7 October 2023 were killed by the IDF, then the Gaza Occupied/Zionazi Occupier Reprisals Death Ratio is presently 335,500/600 = 559 or 56 times greater than the Reprisals Death Ratio of 10 ordered in 1944 by Nazi leader Adolph Hitler after the killing of 30 German soldiers in an Italian Partisan ambush ( 335 Italian men and boys were arrested and executed in the Ardeatine Cave Massacre in Rome) [49]. Nazi is a Nazi does.

What can decent Humanity do in the face of this ongoing genocide? This year I published a huge book entitled “Free Palestine. End Apartheid Israel, Human Rights Denial, Gaza Massacre, Child Killing, Occupation and Palestinian Genocide” [9]. The only parts of this title that bombs-supplying Genocide Joe Biden and Kid-Killing Kamala (KKK)  Harris might disingenuously and duplicitously concede is “End Gaza Massacre” and “End Child Killing”. However irony is evidently lost on KKK Harris when she says “too many have been killed”, thus possibly implying that perhaps killing 335,000 Gazan is killed is OK but perhaps not killing  335,500. Similarly another senior child-killing US official opined that they didn’t want Lebanon to become another Gaza, implying that mass murder and devastation was fine for Palestinians but  not for Lebanese. The Iranian Ambassador to Racist White Australia was called in for reprimand and the Coalition Opposition demanded his expulsion when he said “End Israel” on social media. My book has been saved from banning and pulping in neo-Nazi Germany and Gaza Genocide-complicit Australia by the word “Apartheid” in saying “End Apartheid Israel” in the title of the book.

Before 7 October 2023 the century-long Palestinian Genocide was associated with 2.2 million deaths mainly from imposed deprivation [4]. The estimate of 335,500 killed in the ongoing Gaza Genocide means that the century-long Palestinian Genocide has now been associated with  2.5 million deaths from violence (0.1 million) and  imposed deprivation (2.4 million). The 2.5 million death toll in the Zionist-imposed Palestinian Genocide is similar in magnitude to the 5-6 million Jews killed by the Nazis in the WW2  Jewish Holocaust [50-52], making a compelling case that the Palestinian Genocide should be also described as a Zionist-imposed  Palestinian Holocaust [6, 7, 53, 54].

How many children have the Jewish Israelis killed in the Gaza Genocide? Of the 335,500 Gazans killed in the last year [35] let us assume that 50,000 were killed violently (including 10,000 buried in the rubble) [19] i.e. non-violent deaths from deprivation total 285,500. Under-5 year old infants are about 70% of avoidable deaths from deprivation [4] and thus total 199,850, with 85,650 non-infant avoidable deaths remaining. We can distribute the 85,650 non-infant avoidable deaths by the same proportions applying to violent deaths  this yielding 28,265 non-infant children, 17,987 women and 39,399 men suffering avoidable deaths from deprivation. Total children deaths from deprivation number 228,115. Violent deaths included 16,596 children, 10,561 women and 23,134 men [19]. Children deaths then total 244 ,711, women deaths 28,548 and men deaths 65,233, this totalling 335,792.

This essay is summarized in the following  Letter I sent individually to the editors of major Australian Mainstream media (it was not published but is reproduced on 2 websites devoted to recording what racist and mendacious Mainstream Australian media don’t want their readers to see, know about or think about [55, 56]:

LETTER: “The author of 2007 and 2021 editions of “Body Count. Global avoidable  mortality since 1950” and 7 huge related books, it  was apparent to me from 7 October 2023 onwards that in addition to deaths from bombing, huge numbers of Palestinians in Gaza would die from the Apartheid Israeli imposition of total siege. Gaza had already suffered 57 years of savage Occupation including over 16 years of merciless blockade that deliberately reduced 2.3 million people (mostly children) to bare survival. A widely-reported Mainstream estimate is of 40,000 killed in this Gaza Genocide or 50,000 including 10,000 dead under rubble. However a July 2024  report in The Lancet estimated over 186,000 deaths from violence and deprivation. In September 2024 Professor Devi Sridhar (chair of global public health, University of Edinburgh) estimated 335,500 Gaza dead from violence and imposed deprivation. Ralph Nader has exposed this immense undercount in evidence now placed on the US Congressional record. Decent Australians like the Greens and Senators Payman and Thorpe demand an end to the killing and the Occupation, but the unforgivable Labor Government is complicit in the Gaza Genocide in 20 ways and the unspeakable Coalition wants the killing to continue. Silence is complicity. END LETTER.

What can decent  people do in the face of the utterly disgusting and utterly unforgivable Jewish Israeli-imposed mass murder and genocide in Gaza in which so far 335,500 x 100/2,300,000 = 14.6 % (nearly one 6th) of the pre-7 October Gaza population has been killed? The ongoing Gaza Genocide is an utterly appalling and utterly unforgivable crime. A further crime of these child-killing Zionazis  is to horribly tarnish the 3 millennial Jewish humanitarian tradition from the Ten Commandments and Jesus’ “love they neighbour as thyself” to the present era anti-racist  Jewish  intellectual and moral giants from Hannah Arendt to Howard Zinn (see “Jews Against Racist Zionism” [57]).

Decent people around the world must (a) inform everyone they can (peace is the only way but silence kills and silence is complicity); (b) demand an immediate end to the illegal and genocidal Occupation as ordered by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) so that life-saving sustenance and medical aid can enter Gaza and the West Bank together with  forensic teams to determine who have been killed and how; and  (c) urge and apply Boycotts, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) against Apartheid Israel and against all those people, politicians , parties, collectives, companies and countries evilly supporting this  out-of-control, child-killing, genocidal, neo-Nazi, and Apartheid rogue state.
