Based on expert UK epidemiology, an estimated 366,000 Gazans (266,000 of them children) have died from violence and imposed deprivation in the first year of the Jewish Israeli-imposed Gaza Massacre. However the race-based parliament or Knesset of democracy-by-genocide and genocidally racist Apartheid Israel has now condemned UNRWA as a terrorist organization to be excluded from doing its crucial, life-saving work in Palestine: prospective total genocide as the World looks on.
The Racist Western Alliance (RWA), the Racist White Anglosphere (RWA), Racist White America (RWA) and Racist White Australia (RWA) have condemned this latest genocidal Jewish Israeli outrage against UNRWA (the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees) but won’t take any action (e.g. sanctions) and fervently back Racist White Apartheid (RWA) of genocidally racist Apartheid Israel.
Before considering the horrific consequences of the Jewish Israeli-imposed UNRWA ban and Western and global responses, it is important to define Genocide and Total Genocide under the UN Genocide Convention, the obligations of Occupying powers to their conquered Subjects under the Fourth Geneva Convention, and the nature of the crucially life-saving and distress-mitigating UNRWA.
(A). Genocide and Total Genocide.
Article 2 of the Convention on the Punishment and Prevention of the Crime of Genocide defines Genocide thus: “In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such: (a) Killing members of the group; (b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group; (c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part; (d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group; (e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group” [1]. Article 3 of the Genocide Convention defines the punishable crimes of genocide: “The following acts shall be punishable: (a) Genocide; (b) Conspiracy to commit genocide; (c) Direct and public incitement to commit genocide; (d) Attempt to commit genocide; (e) Complicity in genocide” [1].
International law and genocide expert Professor Francis Boyle (University of Illinois) re the Palestinian Genocide (2013): “The Palestinians have been the victims of genocide as defined by the 1948 Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, under which a government can be guilty of genocide even if it intends to destroy a mere “part” of the group”[2, 3].
“Total genocide” refers to the attempted total destruction of a group. Thus Michelle G. Latham (2024): “The twentieth century witnessed an intensification of mass interethnic killings that gave rise to a new term, genocide. “Total genocide” is a state policy to exterminate most or all of a collective group, and destroy its cultural identity. Scholars have tended to focus on ideological explanations to explain the extreme violence of genocide. This study suggests, however, that economic incentives are a motive for total genocide and play a more significant role. A comparative analysis of three cases reveals hardening ethnic and economic minority identities – particularly perceptions of “unjust” wealth and disproportionate representation in lucrative occupations – generates antagonism between minority and majority groups. During periods of crisis, the state enriches itself and supporters by systematically manipulating these identities to justify the minority’s extermination and the expropriation of their wealth” [4].
R.J. Rummel (an expert on genocide and democide, the extermination of a defenceless people): “The infamy of executing this century’s first full scale ethnic cleansing belongs to Turkey’s Young Turk government during World War I. In their highest councils Turkish leaders decided to exterminate every Armenian in the country, whether a front-line soldier or pregnant woman, famous professor or high bishop, important businessman or ardent patriot. All 2,000,000 of them. Democide had preceded the Young Turk’s rule and with their collapse at the end of World War I, the successor Nationalist government carried out its own democide against the Greeks and remaining or returning Armenians. From 1900 to 1923, various Turkish regimes killed from 3,500,000 to over 4,300,000 Armenians, Greeks, Nestorians, and other Christians” [5].
Professor Devi Sridhar (chair, global health, University of Edinburgh) has estimated that 335,500 Gazans had been killed by violence and imposed deprivation in the first 11 months of the Gaza Massacre. Thus Professor Devi Sridhar (5 September 2024): “For several decades, methods have been developed to build up datasets in situations with poor or damaged health and monitoring systems…Using the method, the total deaths since the conflict began would be estimated at about 335,500 in total” [6]. This has been ignored by racist Western Mainstream media but led Francesca Albanese (UN Special Rapporteur for Palestine) to state (2024): “Reading the health experts, I am starting to think with horror that if it’s not stopped, Israel’s assault could end up exterminating almost the entire population in Gaza over the next couple of years… Once the dust settles, I can’t imagine how the world will go on after having allowed that. Again” [7-9].
Likewise Joyce Msuya (Acting Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator) commenting on total genocide in North Gaza by (2024): “What Israeli forces are doing in besieged North Gaza cannot be allowed to continue. Hospitals have been hit and health workers have been detained. Shelters have been emptied and burned down. First responders have been prevented from saving people from under the rubble. Families have been separated and men and boys are being taken away by the truckload.Hundreds of Palestinians have reportedly been killed. Tens of thousands have been forced to flee yet again. The entire population of North Gaza is at risk of dying.Such blatant disregard for basic humanity and for the laws of war must stop” [10].
(B). Genocidally racist, child killing and utterly unforgivable neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel to block the absolutely crucial life-saving role of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA).
UNRWA was approved by the UNGA in 1949 to deal with the humanitarian crisis arising from the 1948 Nakba and the Zionist expulsion of 800,000 Indigenous Palestinians (60% of the Palestinian population) from their land and homes. 15,000 Palestinians were killed and 530 villages emptied [11]. UNWRA commenced operations in 1950. UNRWA presently also deals with the consequences of a further 400,000 Arabs expelled from Palestine and the Syrian Golan Heights by genocidal Apartheid Israel in 1967. UNRWA provides food, medical care, schooling and housing for the 6 million destitute Palestinians in Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, the Occupied West Bank and Occupied Gaza. UNRWA is funded almost entirely by voluntary contributions from UN Member States. UNRWA employs over 30,000 people, most of them Palestinian refugees, and a small number of international staff. UNRWA has 13,000 personnel in Palestine [12-14].
The Jewish Israeli declaration of UNWRA as a terrorist organization to be banned from entry into Palestine threatens the lives of the 1.9 million survivors from the 2.3 million pre-war Gaza population still suffering bombing, deprivation, disease and famine. It will also seriously impact 3.3 million severely impoverished Occupied Palestinians suffering violence and deprivation in the West Bank [12].
The magnitude of the escalating humanitarian catastrophe in Palestine can be succinctly stated as follows. Of the 15 million mostly utterly impoverished Indigenous Palestinians, 7 million are exiled Palestinians (violently and illegally excluded from the land continuously inhabited by their Semitic forebears for over 3 millennia to the dawn of agrarian civilization), 5.6 million Occupied Palestinians (3.3 million highly abusively confined without human rights and under brutal, 1967 onwards Jewish Israeli military rule to West Bank ghettoes and Bantustans, 2.3 million thus confined to the Gaza Concentration Camp, and none of them able to vote for the government ruling them), and 2.1 million Israeli Palestinians (able to vote albeit as Third Class citizens under 65 race-based, Nazi-style discriminatory laws and under constant threat of further dispossession and expulsion by the Zionazis) [15].
Before the 7 October 2023 Breakout from the Gaza Concentration Camp the GDP per capita was $55,000 (for Israelis), $3,500 (for the Occupied Palestinian Territory), and a deadly $1,000 for the Gaza Concentration Camp (subject to periodic bombing episodes and deadly blockade for 16 years). In 2020 avoidable deaths from deprivation totalled 3,800 in the Occupied Palestinian Territory and totalled about 100,000 from 2000 to 7 October 2023 [15, 16]. Professor Devi Sridhar (chair, global health, University of Edinburgh) has estimated 335,500 Gaza deaths from violence and deprivation in the first 11 months of the Gaza Massacre [17]. Because Global South under-5 year old infant deaths are 70% of deaths from deprivation [16] this translates to deaths in the first year of the Gaza Massacre totalling 366,000 (16% of the pre-war Gaza population), including 267,000 children, 31,000 women and 71,000 men. The presently surviving 1.9 million Gazans are substantially deprived of the life-sustaining necessities of water, food, shelter, sanitation, electricity, medicine and medical care.
Articles 55 and 56 of the Fourth Geneva Convention (the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War) state unequivocally that an Occupier must provide its conquered Subjects with life-sustaining food and medical services “to the fullest extent of the means available to it” [18]. Article 55: “ To the fullest extent of the means available to it the Occupying Power has the duty of ensuring the food and medical supplies of the population; it should, in particular, bring in the necessary foodstuffs, medical stores and other articles if the resources of the occupied territory are inadequate…” Article 56:“ To the fullest extent of the means available to it, the Occupying Power has the duty of ensuring and maintaining, with the cooperation of national and local authorities, the medical and hospital establishments and services, public health and hygiene in the occupied territory, with particular reference to the adoption and application of the prophylactic and preventive measures necessary to combat the spread of contagious diseases and epidemics. Medical personnel of all categories shall be allowed to carry out their duties…” [18].
Before 7 October 2023 Apartheid Israel was flagrantly violating the Fourth Geneva Convention. Indeed UNRWA was doing what the genocidally racist and war criminal Occupying power (Apartheid Israel) should have been doing under Articles 55 and 56 of the Fourth Geneva Convention. . In the period 2000 to 7 October 2023 Apartheid Israel was responsible for about 10,000 violent deaths and about 100,000 avoidable deaths from deprivation in the Occupied Palestinian Territory. But for UNRWA the death toll would have been much greater.
However in the 1 year alone from 7 October 2023 to 7 October 2024 Gazan deaths from violence and deprivation totalled 366,000 with about 55,000 being due to Jewish Israeli violence (bombing and shooting) with remainder killed due to imposed deprivation [19-21]. North Gaza is facing total genocide from total siege for 4 weeks and no functioning hospitals due to bombing and mass arrest of hospital staff [22].
Doctors Without Borders (October 2024): “As medical needs are growing exponentially, people’s options for care are shrinking. Israeli forces have committed widespread and systematic attacks on Gaza’s health care system and other vital civilian infrastructure. The health care system is now on the edge of collapse. Today, only 17 out of 36 hospitals are partially functional. Warring parties have conducted hostilities near medical facilities, endangering patients, caretakers, and medical staff. Six MSF colleagues have been killed. From October 2023, staff and patients from MSF have had to leave 14 different health structures, due to serious incidents and ongoing fighting. Each time a medical facility is evacuated, thousands of people lose access to lifesaving medical care. This will have consequences on people’s health, not just in the immediate term, but in the weeks and months to come.” [23]. According to the Palestinian health ministry Jewish Israelis have killed 1,151 Palestinian health workers [24]. UNWRA: “As of 20 October, thetotal number of UNRWA team members killed since 7 October 2023 is 233” [25]. As of 28 October 2024 Jewish Israeli Zionazis have killed 182 journalists in what are clearly targeted attacks [26]. Apartheid Israel further attacks reportage of the Gaza Genocide by prohibiting journalists from entering Gaza and censoring reports from within Israel. While the core ethos of Humanity is Kindness and Truth the Jewish Israeli Zionazis have perverted this to genocidal racism and egregious mendacity.
(C). The Racist White America (RWA), Racist Western Alliance (RWA), Racist White Anglosphere (RWA), Racist White Australia (RWA) and Racist White Apartheid (RWA) response to the UNRWA ban imposed by genocidal Jewish Israelis.
(1). Before the Knesset vote, the Racist Western Anglosphere (RWA) of Canada, Australia and the UK , and the Racist Western Alliance (RWA) of Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Japan, Republic of Korea and the UK expressed “grave concern”.
Leading countries of the US Alliance namely Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Japan, Republic of Korea and the United Kingdom issued the following statement of “grave concern” before the Apartheid Israeli Knesset voted overwhelmingly to exclude life-saving UNRWA (United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees) from horribly oppressed and subjugated Occupied Palestine: “We, the Foreign Ministers of Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Japan, Republic of Korea and the United Kingdom, express our grave concern over legislation currently under consideration by the Israeli Knesset, aimed at revoking the privileges and immunities of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), forbidding any contact between Israeli state entities, officials and UNRWA, and prohibiting any UNRWA presence within Israel. UNRWA provides essential and life-saving humanitarian aid and basic services to Palestinian refugees in Gaza, East Jerusalem, the West Bank and throughout the region. Without its work, the provision of such assistance and services, including education, health care, and fuel distribution in Gaza and the West Bank would be severely hampered if not impossible, with devastating consequences on an already critical and rapidly deteriorating humanitarian situation, particularly in northern Gaza. It is crucial that UNRWA and other UN organizations and agencies be fully able to deliver humanitarian aid and their assistance to those who need it most, fulfilling their mandates effectively. We urge the Israeli Government to abide by its international obligations, keep the reserve privileges and immunities of UNRWA untouched and live up to its responsibility to facilitate full, rapid, safe and unhindered humanitarian assistance in all its forms as well as the provision of sorely needed basic services to the civilian population. We once again condemn in the strongest possible terms the brutal and unjustified terror attacks by Hamas on Israel on October 7, 2023. UNRWA has taken steps to address allegations regarding individual employees’ support for terrorist organizations and demonstrated its willingness to pursue and implement reform of internal processes in line with the independent review of April 2024, led by Ms. Catherine Colonna, on UNRWA neutrality. We call on UNRWA to continue its path of reform as a priority, demonstrating its commitment to the principle of neutrality, and ensure that its activities remain entirely in line with its mandate. We will continue to actively monitor and support this process” [27].
Comment: While expressing “grave concern” over a Jewish Israeli move that would plunge an already devastated and starving Gaza population into potential total genocide, these US lackeys had to repeat the US and Israeli Big Lie: “We once again condemn in the strongest possible terms the brutal and unjustified terror attacks by Hamas on Israel on October 7, 2023.”. The ostensible reason for the Jewish Israeli-imposed Gaza Massacre and Gaza Genocide is that it was by way of reprisals for the 1,139 Israelis who died on 7 October 2023 due to the Palestinian Breakout from the Gaza Concentration Camp to collect hostages to exchange for (presently) 10,000 Palestinian hostages in Israeli military prisons). This yields an Occupied/Occupier Reprisals Death Ratio for just the first year alone of 366,000/1,139 = 321 (32 times greater than the Reprisals Death Ratio of 10 ordered by Nazi mass murderer Adolph Hitler in 1944 immediately after the ambush killing of 30 German soldiers by Italian Partisans and promptly effected by the murder of 335 Italian men and boys in the Ardeatine Cave Massacre in Rome)[28]. However some eminent and prize-winning Western writers have concluded that many of the dead Israelis were killed by the responding IDF under its “Hannibal Directive” designed to prevent any Israeli hostages being taken even if it means killing the hostages. Further, deaths in a fire zone are proportional to the firepower involved and the high explosive tank shelling and helicopter-launched missiles of the responding IDF versus the light arms of the Gazans suggests that most of the dead Israelis were killed by the IDF [29, 30]. Indeed if we assume that 50% of the dead Israelis were actually killed by the IDF then the Reprisals Death Ratio is 366,000/570 = 642, 64 times greater than the 10 ordered by Nazi leader Hitler. Nazi is as Nazi does, Terrorist is as terrorist does.
On 7 October 2023 about 2.5% of the Israeli dead were children and 97.5% were adults and hence mostly former or present soldiers subjugating Occupied Palestinians in the illegal and brutal 57 year Occupation. While Occupied people (such as the Occupied Palestinians) have a right to defend themselves, the war criminal Occupiers (such as the genocidally racist Jewish Israelis) do not. The New York Times and Pulitzer Prize winning US journalist Seymour Hersh reported that the US and Apartheid Israel were aware of the Breakout plans a year before it happened. Endlessly mendacious Apartheid Israel allowed the Breakout to happen – 2 IDF battalions were withdrawn prior to the Breakout and the IDF response was tardy and deadly for Israelis. It is glaringly obvious that 7 October was planned to provide a 9/11-style excuse for the Gaza Genocide and wider bombing of the West Bank, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Iran and Yemen [28].
Neo-Nazi Germany has supplied 30% of the weapons imported by genocidal Apartheid Israel for the Racist White Apartheid (RWA) system that is dominated politically by non-Semitic Eastern European Ashkenazi Jews (descendants of non-Semitic Khazar converts to Judaism in circa 800 CE). Racist White America (RWA) has supplied 69% and the remainder are supplied by Racist White Australia (RWA) and by the UK, progenitor of the White Racist Anglosphere (WRA) [31]. The US continues to supply the bombs destroying Gaza. Like the US and Apartheid Israel, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Japan, and the UK have appalling records of genocidal imperialism and colonialism [16].
(2). The Knesset vote banning life-saving UNRWA from Palestine as a terrorist organization elicited the following responses from the Racist Western Alliance (RWA).
(a). Racist White Australia (RWA) has an appalling racist record:
(i). the 1788 onwards Australian Aboriginal Genocide ( 2 million Indigenous Australian deaths from violence, disease, dispossession and imposed deprivation) [32];
(ii). key role in the “forgotten” WW2 Bengali Holocaust (WW2 Indian Holocaust, 1942-1945 Bengal Famine (6-7 million Indians deliberately starved to death for strategic reasons in Bengal, Bihar, Assam and Odisha by the British with food-denying Australian complicity) [33];
(iii) participation in all 1950 onwards US Asian wars (40 million Asian deaths from violence and deprivation) [16];
(iv) fervent support for the post-9/11 US War on Muslims (32 million deaths from violence and deprivation, including 4.7 – 9.5 million Iraqi and Afghan deaths) [16, 34];
(v). after 76 years of recognizing neo-Nazi and genocidally racist Apartheid Israel but not Palestine, Australia under a pro-Apartheid Australian Labor Government still does not recognize Palestine but finally voted to for a UNGA motion to refer full Palestinian Statehood to the UNSC – but still does not have proper diplomatic relations with the State of Palestine i.e. Racist White Australia (RWA) fervently backs the genocidal perpetrator but not the victim [34];
(vi). Australia lists the South African National Congress (ANC) equivalents of Hamas and Hezbollah as terrorist organizations;
(vii). voted No to the annual UNGA anti-Nazism Resolution in 2022 [35-37];
(viii). variously as a UK or US ally and as a leading climate criminal country Australia has violated all 80 Indo-Pacific countries [38, 39];
(ix). variously as a UK or US ally Australia was involved in 8 coups, namely Laos (1960), Indonesia (1965), Cambodia (1970), Chile (1973), Australia (1975), Fiji (1987), Fiji (2000), and Australia (2010) [38, 39]; and
(x). Australia is second only to the US as a fervent supporter of Apartheid Israel and hence the vile crime of Apartheid.
Domestically, Racist White Australia ( RWA):
(i). practised a non-White-excluding White Australia Policy from 1901 to 1974 [16, 33];
(ii). only counted Indigenous Australians as voting citizens with equal rights by Referendum in 1967 [16, 33];
(iii). only stopped massacring Indigenous Australian in about 1930 [16, 33];
(iv). the long-standing, 2-century genocidal and ethnocidal policy of removing Indigenous children from their mothers (the Stolen Generations) continues at a record rate [16, 33];
(v). from 2013 onwards it has indefinitely and abusively incarcerated boat-borne refugees without charge or trial in remote concentration camps in Australia and abroad;
(vi). has visa policies discriminating against non-Europeans;
(vii). lavishly funds obscene Zionist brain-washing of innocent Jewish children in Zionist schools into fervently believing in the invasion, occupation and ethnic cleansing of another country (intellectual child abuse);
(viii). ignores horrific non-institutional sexual abuse of 25% of Australian children [40];
(ix) effective rural slavery of Indigenous people into the 1970s;
(x). the pro-Apartheid Australian Labor Government on false Apartheid Israeli advice temporarily suspended aid to UNRWA that is desperately trying to save Palestinian lives [35];
(xi) tolerates horrific Indigenous disadvantage re health, education, employment, housing, life expectancy and incarceration of children, women and men [32];
(xii). while Whites are 76% of the populations and non-Whites 24% , Whites have 95% of executive positions in government, business and universities, and non-Whites 5% [41, 42];
(xiii). pro-Apartheid Israel and hence pro-Apartheid Australia lies for Apartheid Israel in numerous ways [33, 43-46]; and
(xiv). the cowardly, corrupt and traitorous Australian Labor-Coalition duopoly ignores horrific abuse, subversion and perversion of Australians, Australian institutions and Australia by traitorous Zionists and Apartheid Israel [47-49].
In relation to the Jewish Israeli-imposed UNRWA ban, the Zionist-perverted and US lackey Labor Government of Racist White Australia (RWA) issued the following pathetic statement on X: “UNRWA does life-saving work. Australia opposes the Israeli Knesset’s decision to severely restrict UNRWA’s work. On Sunday, Australia joined Canada, France, Germany, Japan, South Korea and the UK to urge Israel’s Knesset not to proceed with this legislation”, [50].
In stark contrast, the principled and humanitarian Senator Mehreen Faruqi (Greens Deputy Leader and International Aid Spokesperson) demands sanctions against Apartheid Israel: “Israel just keeps reaching new levels of depravity while the Australian government watches on. If committing a genocide wasn’t enough, now they want to effectively block the main UN agency from providing relief to desperate Palestinians. Undermining and stopping UNRWA from providing aid to Palestinians has been a long term goal of Israel and it’s outrageous that now they are even closer to achieving this because the world has refused to take action to stop them. Israel is only proving to the world that it is a rogue, genocidal state that has no regard for international law or institutions. The Labor government has been ‘urging’ Israel to abide by international law for a year, and all we’ve seen is its war crimes and genocide escalating. Enough with the weasel words. It’s time for Albanese and Wong to impose sanctions and expel the Israeli ambassador” [51].
Similarly the Australian Palestinian Advocacy Network (APAN) demands sanctions against Apartheid Israel: “Demand Australia sanctions Israel now.On Tuesday 29 October, Israel announced a ban on the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) from operating in Gaza and the occupied West Bank. This signifies a possible death sentence for the millions of Palestinians who are relying on UNRWA for the basic essentials for their survival, amidst the genocide and illegal blockade of Gaza. This is yet another example of Israel’s contempt for the international community and its determination to eradicate Palestinians by targeting the very structures designed to protect and support them. Israel is committing genocide in Gaza – bombing Palestinians, incinerating refugees in their tents, starving families, and destroying essential infrastructure. Over 186,000 Palestinians have been killed, yet the Australian Government refuses to sanction Israel. In fact, it seems to have committed itself to shielding this genocidal, apartheid regime from accountability. Instead, Australia has sanctioned Iranian individuals, blatantly ignoring Israel’s ongoing war crimes and atrocities. This double standard is an outrage and a clear message that Palestinian lives are seen as expendable. Enough is enough!”[52].

(i). 1 November 2024. For over a year the 2.3 million inmates of the Gaza Concentration Camp (over 74% women and children) have been subject to Jewish Israeli-imposed bombing (over 70,000 tons of US-supplied bombs), war criminal siege and deadly deprivation. Unreported in pro-Apartheid Israel and hence pro-Apartheid Australia, Professor Devi Sridhar (chair, global health, University of Edinburgh) has estimated 335,500 Gaza deaths from violence and deprivation in 11 months. Francesca Albanese (UN Special Rapporteur for Palestine) has stated that Gaza is facing near-total genocide in coming years. Now UNRWA, absolutely crucial for Gazan survival, has been branded by Apartheid Israel as a terrorist organization to be excluded from Palestine, but the unforgivably Gaza Genocide-complicit Australian Labor Government has merely stated that it “opposes” this move. The decent Greens demand sanctions and expulsion of the Israeli ambassador.
(ii). 30 October 2024. The Australian Labor Government is complicit in the Gaza Genocide in 20 ways, flagrantly lies in the interests of Apartheid Israel in 35 ways, and in the middle of this carnage signed a $0.9 billion deal with the biggest Israeli arms manufacturer, Elbit. UNWRA with 13,000 personnel in Palestine is crucial for addressing the present humanitarian catastrophe but has been declared a terrorist organization by the undemocratically constituted Apartheid Israeli Knesset, and will be excluded from Palestine. Hundreds of thousands will perish. However Foreign Minister Wong merely says: “Australia opposes the Israeli Knesset’s decision to severely restrict UNRWA’s work”. In contrast Senator Mehreen Faruqi (Greens Deputy Leader): “Enough with the weasel words. It’s time for Albanese and Wong to impose sanctions and expel the Israeli ambassador”. US-backed and Labor-, Coalition- and non-Green others-backed Apartheid Israel grossly violates Articles 55 and 56 of the Fourth Geneva Convention that demand that an Occupier must supply its conquered Subjects with life-sustaining food and medical services “to the fullest extent of the means available to it”. 47.3% of Gazans are children and 74.2% women and children. Professor Sridhar (University of Edinburgh): 335,500 Gazans have died. 90% of Australian voters are complicit.
(iii). 17 October 2024. Unreported by the ABC, on 5 September 2024 Professor Devi Sridhar (chair, global health, University of Edinburgh) reported re Gaza: “Total deaths since the conflict began would be estimated at about 335,500 in total” or 30,500 per month and 366,000 per year. Of these “first year” deaths about 55,000 were violent (from “bullets and bombs”) and 311,000 from horrific imposed deprivation. Because Global South under-5 year old infant deaths are 70% of deaths from deprivation this can be translated (based on reported violent death proportions) to deaths in the first year of the Gaza Massacre of 267,000 children, 31,000 women and 71,000 men. Some key WW2 comparisons can be made. (a) Rate of killing of children: 267,000 per year (Gaza) versus 250,000 per year (Jewish children killed by Nazis). (b) % of pre-war population killed: 15.9% (Gaza) versus 21.7% (French Jews) and 28.2% (Hungarian Jews, my people). (c) Occupied/Occupier Reprisals Death Ratio: 366,000/1,200 = 305 (Gaza) versus 10 (ordered by Hitler and effected in the 1944 Ardeatine Massacre in Rome). Mass murder of children, women and mothers is utterly unforgivable. Numbers matter. Nazi is as Nazi does. Intolerable lying by omission by the taxpayer-funded ABC.
(b). Racist White America (RWA) was built on slavery and the extermination of the Indigenous Americans. War is the penultimate in racism and genocide the ultimate. The serial war criminal US has invaded 72 countries – terrorism is as terrorism does. The US has invaded 72 countries (52 since WW2), has committed 469 invasions from 1798 onwards, committed 251 invasions since 1991, has 800 military bases in over 70 countries, and subverts all countries [16, 53-60]. Racist White America (RWA) indeed.
In mid-October 2024 the serial war criminal, child-killing and pathologically mendacious Biden/Harris Administration gave child-killing Apartheid Israel 30 days to provide humanitarian supplies to starving Gaza or face military aid constraints. Specifically, the Joe Biden/Kamala Harris Administration via a formal Letter from .Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Defence Secretary Lloyd Austin to their Israeli counterparts told Apartheid Israel to increase the amount of humanitarian aid it is allowing into Gaza within 30 days or risk weapons funding. The White House national security spokesman John Kirby: “The letter was not meant as a threat, The letter was simply meant to reiterate the sense of urgency we feel and the seriousness with which we feel it, about the need for an increase, a dramatic increase in humanitarian assistance” [61].
The Knesset vote on 29 October 2024 to implement the UNRWA ban in 3 months was a slap in the face of the Gaza Genocide-complicit Americans. US military aid to Israel in the year since the 7 October 2023 Breakout has exceeded $17.9 billion [62]. US state department spokesperson Matthew Miller: “[it was] deeply concerned… UNRWA plays a critical, important role in delivering humanitarian assistance to civilians that need it in Gaza. There’s nobody that can replace them right now in the middle of the crisis” [63].
Racist White America (RWA) like the rest of the West supported Apartheid Israel from its inception, but became a fervent supporter after Apartheid Israel with US, UK and French help acquired nuclear weapons by 1967. John Kennedy and Robert Kennedy unsuccessfully tried to get the Zionists listed as agents of a foreign power but with their deaths by assassination the battle for America was lost. As reported by Dr Kevin Barrett “The BBC announcer reported [3 October 2001] on an Israeli cabinet meeting: Shimon Peres [the Butcher of Qana, Lebanon in 1996 ] had been pressuring Ariel Sharon [the Butcher of Beirut in 1982] to respect American calls for a ceasefire, lest the Americans turn against Israel. According to the BBC, a furious Sharon turned toward Peres, saying: “Every time we do something you tell me America will do this and will do that. I want to tell you something very clear: Don’t worry about American pressure on Israel. We, the Jewish people, control America, and the Americans know it” [64, 65]. Come 2020 and one third of the Joe Biden Cabinet were Jewish Zionists with the remainder being “moderate” Christian Zionists [66] (as opposed to the fanatical and Biblical literalist “extreme” Christian Zionists who support Donald Trump) [66].
Zionism is genocidal racism and basically Nazism without gas chambers but with Apartheid Israel committed to gross human rights abuse [15, 67, 68], concentration camps [69], a world leading high technology military industry [70, 71], one of the world’s top high technology militaries [72], nuclear weapons (90) [73], and invasion of other countries. Thus Apartheid Israel has variously invaded the territory of 14 other countries (Palestine, Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, Iraq, Iraq, Sudan, Yemen, Tunisia, Libya, Uganda, the US and Turkiye) and presently illegally occupies the territory of 4 countries (Jordan, Lebanon, Syria and Palestine) [16]. Not content with devastating the Middle East, the Arab world and the Muslim world, the Zionazi militarists have been variously involved in civil wars in Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Sudan, South Sudan, Cote D’Ivoire, Yemen, Columbia and Guatemala [74]. 1950-2005 avoidable deaths from deprivation in neighbouring countries subject to Apartheid Israeli occupation total 23 million [16].
This appalling state of affairs has culminated in the US-backed and Apartheid Israel-imposed Gaza Genocide. The US supplied the over 70,000 tons of bombs that have largely reduced the huge and ancient city of Gaza to rubble and in the first year alone killed 366,000 people – mostly children and representing 16% of the pre-war population. Yet the Biden/Harris Administration while critically involved in the Gaza Genocide dishonestly pretends otherwise (blatant lying) and urges temporary ”peace” to enable a “2-state solution”. However ethnic cleansing of over 90% of Palestine means that a 2-state solution has been dead for years. Indeed the Apartheid Israeli Government led by war criminal and child killer Netanyahu rejects both a 1-state solution and a 2-state solution – it wants all the land of Palestine (plus more from its neighbours) but not the Indigenous inhabitants who will be killed, exiled or confined to Gaza-like concentration camps with a bare survival per capita GDP of about $1,000 or about 2% of that of Apartheid Israel ($55,500).
Indeed Tom Pickering (a former US Ambassador to Apartheid Israel and the UN) adumbrating total genocide by expulsion of Occupied Palestinians when asked by the Australian ABC interviewer about the future of Palestine-Israel and the 2-state solution (2021): “The Palestinians who clearly suffered a 20 to 1 death rate and who clearly are vastly overwhelmed by the Israelis in terms of military power… I think it is an extremely high mountain to cross… It doesn’t appear there is a 1 state solution to this problem and there is no multiple state outcome to this problem… Israel for a very long period of time under Netanyahu has kind of narrowed down the goal for the Palestinians to something like 20% of what is currently believed to have been the Palestinian state under the 2 state solution [i.e. to 4.4% of Palestine] … And if in fact there is no agreement and the status quo is continued with interruptions for violence as we have seen, it is quite possible that over years – and I am talking about a long time – you will see a removal of Palestinians from the West Bank and quite possibly Gaza to other parts of the world and a no-state solution if I can put it that way. Israel triumphant covering it all” [75-77].
Except for Arab and Muslim American voters (notably those in the key state of Michigan) the Gaza Genocide is off the agenda of the 2024 US presidential election., except for decent pro-Palestinian human rights candidates Dr Jill Stein (Greens) and Dr Cornel West(African American theologian) who want the killing and occupation to end. Donald Trump wants Apartheid Israel to “finish the job” but thinks that too much rubble and too much killing “looks bad”. Bombs-supplying Kid-Killing Kamala (KKK) Harris dishonestly declares that “too many have died”, thus implying that “many” Palestinians should have been killed [19-21, 78]. The horrendous and looming possibility is US-enabled total genocide in the Occupied Palestinian Territory as adumbrated by US diplomat Tom Pickering [75-77] and warned of by Francesca Albanese [7-9]. War is the penultimate in racism and genocide the ultimate – Racist White America (RWA) indeed. This nightmare is enabled by Zionist-owned, Zionist-subverted and Zionist–perverted Mainstream media. While numerous anti-racist Jewish intellectuals are resolutely critical of the ongoing Palestinian Genocide, Western Mainstream Media variously censor or white-wash the nuclear terrorist, genocidally racist, and grossly human rights-abusing conduct of Apartheid Israel. A part explanation for this huge moral discrepancy is that the American 60% of the world’s 30 biggest media companies have a disproportionately high Jewish Board membership. Jews and females represent 2% and 51%, respectively, of the US population but average 33% and 19%, respectively, of Board members of the top 18 US media companies [79].
(c). Countries of the Racist Western Alliance (RWA) including the Racist White Anglosphere (RWA) (the US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand) fervently support Apartheid Israel and hence utterly vile and criminal Racist White Apartheid (RWA) and are fervently allied to nuclear terrorist, serial war criminal, serial invader, Zionist-subverted and Zionist-perverted America.
The Racist Western Alliance (RWA) includes members of the 35-member, all-European, anti-Arab anti-Semitic, anti-Jewish anti-Semitic and holocaust-denying International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA). The IHRA is anti-Arab anti-Semitic and anti-Jewish anti-Semitic (by falsely defaming anti-racist Jewish, Palestinian, Arab and Muslim critics of Apartheid Israeli crimes as assertedly anti-Semitic) and holocaust denying by ignoring all WW2 holocausts other than the WW2 Jewish Holocaust (5-6 million killed by violence and imposed deprivation), notably (such deaths in brackets) the WW2 Sinti and Roma Holocaust (1 million), WW2 Polish Holocaust (6 million), WW2 Soviet Holocaust (23 million), WW2 European Holocaust (30 million), WW2 Chinese Holocaust (35-40 million), and the “forgotten” WW2 Bengali Holocaust (WW2 Indian Holocaust, WW2 Bengal Famine; 6-7 million Indian deliberately starved to death for strategic reasons in Bengal, Bihar, Assam and Odisha by the British with food-denying Australian complicity). Most of the Western European and Anglosphere IHRA members were involved in 5 centuries of genocidal colonialism and slavery [16, 16, 80-84]. Over 40 anti-racist Jewish organizations have condemned the IHRA [84]. Countries of the Racist Western Alliance (RWA) have rightly condemned the war criminal Russian invasion of Ukraine and applied sanctions against Russia. However because they are beholden to Zionist-perverted and Zionist-subverted America, these Racist Western Alliance (RWA) countries fervently support Apartheid Israel and will not apply sanctions on Apartheid Israel for its invasion of Palestine and 57 years of brutal Occupation [85]. These countries fervently support Apartheid Israel and hence the utterly vile crime of neo-Nazi Apartheid that is condemned by International Law, specifically by the “International Convention on the Suppression and Punishment of the Crime of Apartheid” [86, 87].
Racist Western Alliance (RWA) members have variously condemned the UNRWA ban indicating the severe humanitarian consequences [88]. However none have proposed sanctions or expulsion of Apartheid Israel from the UN. As reported by the UN these Racist Western Alliance (RWA) countries/entities include (key response in brackets) the EU (exhorted), the UK (gravely concerned), France (deplored), Belgium (violation of international law), Norway (serious decision), Denmark (deeply troubling), Sweden (humanitarian disaster), Apartheid Israel-arming neo-Nazi Germany (criticized, would make humanitarian aid impossible), Portugal (condemned), Iceland (condemned), and Luxembourg (deplored) [88].
Like Apartheid Israel, the UK, France, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, and Portugal have an appalling record of genocidal settler colonialism [16]. Germany has an awful genocide history including the Black Dearth pogroms against Jews, the genocidal persecution of Jews, Poles and Gypsies in the 18th – 19th centuries, the horrendous extermination Herero and Nama people of South West Africa in the early 19th century, complicity in the WW1 Armenian Genocide, and the horrific mass murder of 30 million Slavs, Jews and Gypsies in WW2. However post-WW2 an evidently unrepentant neo- Nazi Germany supplied 30% of the arms enabling the continuing Zionazi ethnic cleansing of over 90% of Palestine [89].
UN Secretary-General António Guterres has expressed his deep concern thus: “UNRWA is the principal means by which essential assistance is supplied to Palestine refugees in the Occupied Palestinian Territory… unacceptable… There is no alternative to UNRWA. I call on Israel to act consistently with its obligations under the Charter of the United Nations and its other obligations under international law, including under international humanitarian law and those concerning privileges and immunities of the United Nations. National legislation cannot alter those obligations” [90]. Many UN officials have joined him in this condemnation [90].
Final comments and conclusions.
Civilized people are utterly appalled by the ongoing Gaza Genocide that is rapidly transmuting into total genocide via violence and imposed deprivation – while the World simply looks on.
The International Court of Justice (ICJ) ruled after application by South Africa (26 January 2024): “The State of Israel shall, in accordance with its obligations under the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, in relation to Palestinians in Gaza, take all measures within its power to prevent the commission of all acts within the scope of Article II of this [Genocide] Convention” [91].
The International Court of Justice (ICJ) has rendered judgement on what it regards as illegal occupation and apartheid by Israel. The UN (30 July 2024): “Israel and other UN Member States must immediately comply with the authoritative determination by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) on Israel’s presence in the occupied Palestinian territory, independent human rights experts said today. The landmark ruling of 19 July 2024 declared that Israel’s occupation of the Gaza strip and the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, is unlawful, along with the associated settlement regime, annexation and use of natural resources. The Court added that Israel’s legislation and measures violate the international prohibition on racial segregation and apartheid. The ICJ mandated Israel to end its occupation, dismantle its settlements, provide full reparations to Palestinian victims and facilitate the return of displaced people” [92].
Francesca Albanese (UN Special Rapporteur for Palestine) (1 October 2024): “In the present report, the Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Palestinian territories occupied since 1967, Francesca Albanese, examines the unfolding horrors in the occupied Palestinian territory. While the wholesale destruction of Gaza continues unabated, other parts of the land have not been spared. The violence that Israel has unleashed against the Palestinians post-7 October is not happening in a vacuum, but is part of a long-term intentional, systematic, State-organized forced displacement and replacement of the Palestinians. This trajectory risks causing irreparable prejudice to the very existence of the Palestinian people in Palestine. Member States must intervene now to prevent new atrocities that will further scar human history… In March 2024, the Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Palestinian territory occupied since 1967, Francesca Albanese, concluded that there were reasonable grounds to believe that Israel had committed acts of genocide in Gaza. In the present report, the Special Rapporteur expands the analysis of the post-7 October 2023 violence against Gaza, which has spread to the West Bank, including East Jerusalem. She focuses on genocidal intent, contextualising the situation within a decades-long process of territorial expansion and ethnic cleansing aimed at liquidating the Palestinian presence in Palestine. She suggests that genocide should be seen as integral and instrumental to the aim of full Israeli colonization of Palestinian land while removing as many Palestinians as possible” [93].
The killing continues and the Jewish Israeli state terrorists have now falsely declared life-saving UNRWA a “terrorist organization” to prevent it from saving Palestinian lives in Gaza and elsewhere. 2 days before the presidential election Kid-Killing Kamala (KKK) Harris swore (in a last-ditch attempt to get Arab and Muslim votes) that as president (i.e. in January 2025 if elected) she would stop the killing: “I will do everything in my power to end the war in Gaza”. However the geriatric child killer, genocide Joe Biden / Kid-Killing Kamala (KKK) Harris Administration has had 13 months to stop the killing but instead has supplied over 70,000 tonnes of bombs plus enormous additional support to the genocidal Jewish Israeli killers.
The World acted with comprehensive sanctions to eventually stop neo-Nazi Apartheid in South Africa after 69 Africans were shot in the 1960 Sharpeville Massacre. In the first year after the 7 October 2023 Breakout from the Gaza Concentration Camp an estimated 366,000 Gazans have been killed by violence and imposed deprivation, 16% of the pre-war Gaza population, and including 267,000 children, 31,000 women and 71,000 men. The World must act by (a) informing everyone it can, and (b) applying rigorous Sanctions, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) against neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel and all people, politicians, parties, collectives, companies and countries supporting this genocidally racist and neo-Nazi rogue state, these criminal countries including Racist White America (RWA), Racist White Australia (RWA and those of the Racist Western Alliance (RWA) and the Racist White Anglosphere (RWA).
People buying goods and services from these neo-Nazi pro-Apartheid Israel and hence pro-Apartheid countries are making themselves complicit in total genocide.
