Apartheid Australia Backs Racist Zionist Run Apartheid Israel

Apartheid Australia is currently involved in the Iraqi Genocide (post-invasion excess deaths 2.3 million) and the Afghan Genocide (post-invasion excess deaths 3-7 million) and has special race-based, Apartheid-style laws that grossly violate the human rights of its most vulnerable Indigenous inhabitants, those of the Northern Territory (annual death rate about the same as for Australian sheep). Now a team of pro-war, pro-coal, pro-Zionist, right-wing Apartheid Australian politicians from both major political parties and led by Australian Deputy PM Julia Gillard, is visiting Apartheid Israel with a attendant expressions of “mutual admiration” between Apartheid Australia and Apartheid Israel ..
In an attempt to pre-empt the standard, false, defamatory and threatening racist Zionist (RZ) vilification of critics of Apartheid Israeli crimes as “anti-Semites”, all sources quoted in the analysis below are from outstandingly-credentialled Jewish writers and scholars (with the exception of UN Agency demographic data sources).
Anti-African, anti-Asian, anti-Indian, racist Apartheid South Africa collapsed in 1993 under pressure from the majority non-European population and from sanctions and boycotts applied around the world against the anti-African, anti-Asian, and anti-Indian régime that had been variously backed by the US, UK, White Australia and Apartheid Israel. [1].
All that remains of Apartheid South Africa today, apart from the continuing disparity in wealth and life expectancy between European and non-European South Africans, is the similarly Nazi-style, race-based, human rights-abusing state of Israel (aka Apartheid Israel) and its circa 200 nuclear bombs that it co-developed with Apartheid South Africa (but which post-Apartheid South Africa relinquished). Indeed virulent racist and neo-Nazi architect of South African Apartheid Dr Henrik Verwoerd has stated “The Jews took Israel from the Arabs after the Arabs had lived there for a thousand years. Israel like South Africa , is an apartheid state” [3, 4].
South African Government Minister and outstanding Jewish hero in the fight against racist Apartheid, Ronnie Kasrils, has commented upon Dr Verwoerd's Apartheid Israel and Apartheid South Africa comparisons as follows: “He [Verwoerd] was irked by the criticism of apartheid policy and Harold Macmillan's “Winds of Change” speech and the growing international outcry following the Sharpeville massacre, in contrast to the West's unconditional support for Zionist Israel. To be sure Verwoerd was correct. Both apartheid South Africa and Zionist Israel were colonial, settler states created on the basis of the harsh dispossession of the land and birthright of the indigenous people. This is unblushingly documented in Israel 's case from the time of Herzl through Jabotinsky, Ben Gurion, Menachem Begin, Moshe Dayan to Sharon et al. Both states preached and implemented a policy based on racial ethnicity; the sole claim of Jews in Israel and whites in South Africa to exclusive citizenship; monopolised rights in law regarding the ownership of land, property, business; superior access to education, health, social, sporting and cultural amenities, pensions and municipal services at the expense of the original indigenous population; the virtual monopoly membership of military and security forces, and privileged development along their own racial supremacist lines - even both countries marriage laws are designed to safeguard racial “purity”. The fact that the Palestinian minority within Israel is allowed to vote hardly redresses the injustice in all other matters of basic human rights. In any case those Palestinians allowed to stand for election to the Knesset do so on condition that they dare not question Israel 's existence as a Jewish state.” [4].
Ronnie Kasrils has provided the following succinct assessment of Apartheid Israel “Israel 2007: worse than Apartheid”. [5].
Other outstanding anti-racist, humanitarian Jewish leaders, intellectuals and scholars have trenchantly criticized Apartheid Israel's gross racism and gross human rights abuses, the list including Yehudi Menuhin, Nobel Laureate Harold Pinter, Gush Shalom–founder Uri Avnery, Jewish Israeli humanitarian Gilad Atzmon, Australian writer Antony Lowenstein, Stephen Lendman, leading Orthodox Jewish scholars (e.g. those of the Neturei Karta) and outstanding Jewish professors including Noam Chomsky (US), Norman Finkelstein (US), Bertell Ollman (US), Richard Falk (US), William Robinson (US), Peter Singer, (Australia), Tanya Reinhart (Israel), Shlomo Sand (Israel), Ilan Pappe (UK, Israel), Judith Lowenstein (UK, US), Steven Rose (UK) and Avi Shlaim (UK, Israel).
The reasons for the concerns of these outstanding, anti-racist Jewish intellectuals are briefly summarized as follows.
1. Thousands of years of continuous non-Jewish occupation of Palestine .
The name Palestine derives from the invasion by non-Semitic Philistines in about 1200 BC. Prior to the genocidal establishment of the race-based state of Apartheid Israel in 1948, people loosely defined as “Jews” only ruled parts of Palestine for several short periods, specifically 1000-925 BC (the genocidal Saul, David and Solomon Kingdom), 925-586 BC (smaller areas and culminating in the Babylonian capture of Jerusalem), 165-63BC (the Hellenic-dominated Hasmonean Jewish Kingdom terminated by Roman conquest) and 66-73AD (very small areas culminating in Roman victory). In contrast, Palestine was continuously occupied by Semitic non-Jewish Palestinians for millennia prior to the genocidal Jewish invasion in circa 1000 BC and right up to the present. Christian Palestinians trace continuous Christian Palestinian occupancy for 2,000 years; Muslim Palestinians trace Muslim Palestinian history for about 1,400 years. By 1880 Jews represented only about 5% of the Palestine population (with half being immigrants). [6, 7].
2. Zionism is in total opposition to the teachings of traditional Judaism.
The 2 millennium orthodox Jewish tradition rejects Zionism as heresy and blasphemy, holding that Israel (the body of Torah-observant Jews) can only return to Zion when the Moschiach (Messiah) reveals the glory of Adonai (the Lord) to all mankind. [8].
Thus “True Torah Jews against Zionism” states: “True Torah Jews is a non-profit organization founded by a group of Orthodox Jews dedicated to informing the world, and the American public and politicians in particular, that the ideology of Zionism is in total opposition to the teachings of traditional Judaism.” [9].
Here is a powerful contemporary orthodox Jewish statement from the Orthodox Jewish Neturei Karta, Jews united against Zionism: “The crux of the matter is that beyond the immorality of the Zionist treatment of the Palestinians is the ultimate fact -- the ideology of Zionism and ensuing establishment of the Zionist state conflicts with the basic teachings of Judaism. Zionism is the transformation from Judaism, a G-dliness and spirituality, into a G-dlessness, materialism with nationalistic aspirations. Theodor Herzl and his cohorts, the fathers of this relatively new ideology of Zionism (approximately 100 years), have taken the Almighty out of the equation. The ultimate establishment of the Zionist State , the fulfilment of the Zionist ideology, takes this blasphemy a step further. The Jewish people were sent into exile by Divine decree. They where then expressly commanded by the Almighty, not to attempt to leave their exilic existence through any human intervention. They were expressly forbidden to create their own state, such as the Zionist state of " Israel ". (Talmud, Tractate Kesuboth, p.111). The Jewish people are forbidden to oppress another people. The creation of the State of " Israel " came about through, the theft from, subjugation and oppression of, the Palestinian people. Torah Jewry, therefore, condemns the horrifying suffering inflicted upon both the Palestinian and Lebanese people. Because of all of the above, all attempts to achieve peace and stability for " Israel " are destined to fail. The Creator cannot be defied with impunity”. [10].
Zionism is a relatively new political perversion that substantively dates to Theodor Herzl's book in 1896:The Jewish State” in which he was of 2 minfds whether to the ethnically cleanse the remaining Argentina Indians or the Indigenous Palestinians. Thus Theodor Herzl wrote : “ Shall we choose Palestine or Argentine? We shall take what is given us, and what is selected by Jewish public opinion. The Society will determine both these points.Argentine is one of the most fertile countries in the world, extends over a vast area, has a sparse population and a mild climate. The Argentine Republic would derive considerable profit from the cession of a portion of its territory to us. The present infiltration of Jews has certainly produced some discontent, and it would be necessary to enlighten the Republic on the intrinsic difference of our new movement.Palestine is our ever-memorable historic home. The very name of Palestine would attract our people with a force of marvelous potency. If His Majesty the Sultan were to give us Palestine , we could in return undertake to regulate the whole finances of Turkey . We should there form a portion of a rampart of Europe against Asia , an outpost of civilization as opposed to barbarism. We should as a neutral State remain in contact with all Europe , which would have to guarantee our existence”. [11].
The name “Zionism” was coined by Jewish journalist Nathan Birnbaum who later argued strongly against Zionism, stating in 1919: “And is it at all possible that we, who regard Judaism as our one and only treasure, should ever be able to compete with such exoert demagogues and loud self-advertisers as they [the Zionists]? It is surely not necessary that we should. We are, after all, still the mountains and they the grain, and all we need to do is to gather all our forces in a world organization of religious Jews, and it will follow of itself, and without the application of any great political cunning on our part, that we shall have it in our power to prevent what must needs be prevented and to carry out what we have to carry out. But there is no need first to create this world organization of religious Jews. It is already in existence. The world knows its name, it is Agudas Yisroel [The Union of Israel}.” [12].
3. History of UK- , US-backed Zionist Palestinian Genocide.
In about 1880, when the racist colonial enterprise of racist Zionism was just getting underway, the population of Ottoman Empire-ruled Palestine was about 0.5 million Indigenous Arab Palestinians with about 25,000 Jews (half of them immigrants); by 1922 this had increased substantially under the British Mandate , 5 years after the 1917 British Balfour Declaration was issued in an attempt to get Zionist support for continued Russian involvement in WW1. [13].
In 1922 there were 752,000 people in the Palestine Mandate of whom 84,000 (11%) were Jews; by 1945, 1 year after pro-Zionist and racist mass murderer Churchill got the UK War Cabinet to Partition Palestine ( [14] ) there were 1.8 million people in Palestine, of whom 0.6 million (33%) were Jews; by 1947 there was a population of 1.5 million of whom 0.65 million were Jews. Racist Zionists ‘corrected” this by expelling 0.8 million Indigenous Palestinians from their land, homes, villages, towns, and cities in one of the most appalling ethnic cleanings inhuman history. [7, 14].
In collusion with the UK and France , Apartheid Israel invaded Egypt in 1956. In 1967 Apartheid Israel seized all of Palestine plus parts of Jordan, Egypt and Syria, these war criminal attacks being associated with the war criminal Apartheid Israeli attack on the defenceless USS Liberty in international waters (34 killed, 171 wounded) and cold-blooded mass murder of thousands of Egyptian prisoners of war in the Sinai. In 1982-2000 Israel occupied a substantial part of Lebanon , this being associated with the Sabra and Shatila Massacres of Palestinians (3,000 Palestinian civilians murdered in cold blood) and in 2006 devastated Lebanon again (1,100 killed, Lebanon devastated, and 1 million made homeless). [14].
Currently there are over 7 million Palestinian refugees, 5 million living in refugee camps. There are 5.5 million Jewish Israelis (with full rights and ruling all of the Holy Land plus stolen adjoining territories), 1.5 million Arab Israelis (second class citizens living under Apartheid-style laws in a race-based colonizer state with restricted employment, marriage, property and political rights); and 4 million Occupied Palestinians (50% children and 75% women and children) without any human rights – even the right to life - and abusively imprisoned in the Gaza Concentration camp (1.5 million) of the tiny, residual West Bank Bantustans.
The Gaza Strip is a self-governing Apartheid Israeli Concentration Camp ruled by the Hamas Government which won 76 out of 132 seats in the Occupied Palestinian Parliamentary elections held under Israeli guns in 2006. The Israelis responded by killing or arresting as many Hamas MPs as they could find , the remainder fleeing to Gaza. In 2006, and then again in 2008-2009, the Apartheid Israelis devastated what the Catholic Church describes as the Gaza Concentration Camp. In the 2008-2009 Gaza Massacre Apartheid Israel killed 1,400 Gazans (40% of them children) and severely wounded 5,450 (60% of them children) in reprisals for zero (0) Israeli deaths from Gaza missiles in the preceding year. [15].
The ostensible excuse for Apartheid Israel 's 2008-2009 Gaza Massacre was “ Gaza rocket terror” – but no Israelis had been killed by Gaza missiles in the preceding year. “Terror” is directly proportional to “proportion of people killed” and the actual number of Israelis killed by Gaza rockets and mortars since the start of the Second Intifada 8.25 years ago was 28, this corresponding to a 21st century “annual homicide rate” in units of persons killed per million per year of 0.5 (Israelis killed by Gaza missiles) – as compared to 0.5 (Western rapist husbands killed by raped wives), 1.0 (violent Western husbands murdered by battered wives), 15 (Israelis by Israelis), 56 (Americans), 100 (Americans by guns), 164 (Palestinians killed violently by Israelis), 200 (African-Americans), 473 (citizens of Detroit, Michigan, USA) and 902 per million per year (annual Palestinian non-violent deaths through war criminal, Geneva Convention-violating Israeli-imposed deprivation). [16].
The awful reality of Apartheid Israel is summed up in the excess mortality avoidable mortality statistics. 1950-2205 excess deaths (avoidable deaths, deaths that did not have to happen) in countries occupied by Apartheid Israel total 29 million; 1950-2005 excess deaths in countries actually attacked by the racist Zionist military total 43 million. In the Occupied Palestinian Territory post-invasion excess deaths total 0.3 million; post-invasion under-5 infant deaths total 0.2 million; refugees total 7 million; 85% of Christian Occupied Palestinians have fled; the latest UNICEF data reveal Apartheid Israel deliberately murders 3,600 occupied Palestinian under-5 year old infants each year through non-supply of life-sustaining requisites demanded by the Geneva Convention. [14].
Ms Julia Gillard, Deputy PM of Australia is currently visiting Apartheid Israel and the West Bank of the illegally Israeli-occupied Occupied Palestinian Territory (she will not be visiting what the Catholic Church describes as Israel's Gaza Concentration Camp to meet the Hamas Authority MPs whose party won 76 out of 132 . seats in the 2006 Occupied Palestinian elections held under racist Zionist guns – Gillard will only be talking to the minority Apartheid Israel-, US- and EU-backed Fatah “Prime Minister”).
Deputy PM Gillard and the extreme right wing government Apartheid Australia have been lavishly praised by the Apartheid Israelis for Australia's support over Apartheid Israeli's attack on Lebanon in 2006 (including attacks on 25,000 Australian citizens) and its attack on Gaza in 2008-2009 (50% children 75% women) in 2008-2009 in response to zero (0) Israeli deaths from Gaza missiles in the preceding year.
Ms Julia Gillard, Deputy PM of Australia : "Clearly the act of aggression was engaged in by Hamas which commenced shelling with rockets and mortars into Israel . That is what breached the ceasefire, and Israel responded. In terms of any response we would make it clear that all care should be taken to try and avoid injuring civilians, and obviously care needs to be taken by Israel in that regard. But for all of us who care about peace around the world, and peace in the Middle East , what we would be urging is for the ceasefire to start again and for all violent action to stop." [17].
However, again we have to turn to anti-racist humanitarian Jewish scholars for the reality – as opposed to the pervasive, lying, genocidal, racist Zionist (RZ) spin that dominates the Mainstream media of the pro-Zionist Western Murdochracies ..
Professor Marjorie Cohn ( professor at Thomas Jefferson School of Law; the president of the National Lawyers Guild; author of " Cowboy Republic : Six Ways the Bush Gang Has Defied the Law." ): “The targeting of civilians violates the Fourth Geneva Convention. Since the rockets fired from Gaza into Israel cannot distinguish between civilians and military targets, they are illegal. But Israel 's air and ground attack in Gaza violates Geneva in four ways. First, it constitutes collective punishment of the entire population in Gaza for the acts of a few militants. Second, it targets civilians, as evidenced by the large numbers of civilian casualties. Third, it is a disproportionate response to the rockets fired into Israel . Fourth, an occupying power has an obligation to ensure food and medical supplies to the occupied population; Israel 's blockade has created a humanitarian crisis in Gaza . Israel 's airstrikes and ground assault on the people of Gaza have little to do with the Gazan rockets, which hadn't killed any Israelis for a year before Israel 's current military operation. Israel 's leaders are bombing and attacking Gaza in order to gain an advantage in the upcoming Israeli elections in February. [18].
No doubt all extreme right wing, major party politicians in Australia have simply swallowed the standard but FALSE Anglo-American-Zionist version of history and are utterly unaware of Zionist involvement in attempts to prolong World War 1 (devastation of a whole Australian generation); the objection to Zionist settlement in Palestine by eminent Jewish former Governor General of Australia Sir Isaac Isaacs (in 1939; his point: it was detrimental to Indigenous Palestinians in violation of the Balfour Declaration; see Max Gordon's book “Sir Isaac Isaacs”); Churchill's War cabinet's 1944 approval of partition of Palestine and hence Palestinian Genocide; massive flow of Middle East refugees from racist Zionism to Australia; racist Zionist (RZ) fostering of “terror hysteria”, human rights and civil rights abuses in Australia, anti-Arab anti-Semitism and Islamophobia (life imprisonment for zakat donations to a Gaza hospital) ; how Australia barely escaped the fate of the Indigenous Palestinians, probably thanks to ASIO (see book by Jewish Australian Leon Gettler “An Unpromised Land” about the nearly-successful scheme to settle Zionists in the Kimberley region – the White and Black Australians thus escaped from ending up in perpetuity in Israeli-run Concentration Camps like the over 40-year-duration Israeli Gaza, Samaria and Judaea Concentration Camps currently holding 4 million human rights-devoid Occupied Palestinians); and, most appallingly, war criminal Australian involvement in all US Asian wars associated, so far, with the avoidable deaths of 25 million Indigenous Asians.
And as for the knee-jerk, racist Zionist (RZ) cry of “anti-Semitism”, this is what outstanding Jewish American scholar Professor Bertell Ollman had to say about the egregious anti-Semitism of the racist Zionists: “ Furthermore, if Zionism is indeed a particularly virulent form of nationalism and, increasingly, of racism and if Israel is acting toward its captive minority in ways that resemble more and more how the Nazis treated their Jews, then we must also say so. For obvious reasons, the Zionists are very sensitive about being compared to the Nazis (not so sensitive that it has restrained them in their actions but enough to bellow "unfair" and to charge "anti-Semitism" when it happens). Yet, the facts on the ground, when not obscured by one or another Zionist rationalization, show that the Zionists are the worst anti-Semites in the world today, oppressing a Semitic people as no nation has done since the Nazis. No, the Zionists are not yet quite as bad as the Nazis, not yet, but isn't the world witnessing a creeping ethnic cleansing against the Palestinians at this very moment?” [19].
And this is what outstanding Jewish Israeli, former Israeli Defence Forces member, Oxford University Professor of International Relations Avi Shlaim had to say about racist Zionist (RZ)-run nuclear terrorist, Apartheid Israel : “ Israel 's record over the past four decades makes it difficult to resist the conclusion that it has become a rogue state with "an utterly unscrupulous set of leaders". A rogue state habitually violates international law, possesses weapons of mass destruction and practises terrorism - the use of violence against civilians for political purposes. Israel fulfils all of these three criteria; the cap fits and it must wear it. Israel 's real aim is not peaceful coexistence with its Palestinian neighbours but military domination. It keeps compounding the mistakes of the past with new and more disastrous ones.” [20].
Pro-Zionist Ms Gillard and the pro-coal, pro-war, pro-Zionist , extreme right–wing, Apartheid Australian Rudd Labor Government are entitled to their pro-Zionist opinions but so are the rest of humanity – the only thing that pro-coal, pro-war, climate criminal and war criminal Apartheid Australia will understand is Sanctions as were effectively and successfully applied against anti-African, anti-Asian and anti-Indian, Apartheid Israel- and Apartheid Australia-backed Apartheid South Africa.
