Nothing came of it.

All those — All those — yearnings, heartfelt longings,

Those torrents of tears, searing pain, heartache.

Finding no peace in my mind,

Nor could I seize my heart’s deepest desire.

I loved, found love in return, and

I keep on loving — yet remain empty (and searching).
