About 50 others have been wounded, medical sources reported.

Bodies and the wounded were arrived at al-Ahli Arab Hospital which said it is in dire need of blood donations because it is running out of blood.

Reports have stated that the death toll is expected to reach 50. Over 100 people, mostly women, children, and the elderly, were in those homes.

The Civil Defense told Al-Arabiya TV that the Israeli occupation used a “powerful bomb in the massacre that targeted eight homes” in the Shujayea neighborhood, adding, “We have collected a pile of body parts and are trying to identify the remains from the bombing.”

Mahmoud Bassal, spokesperson for the Civil Defense in Gaza, confirmed that they can hear the voices of people trapped under the rubble, but are unable to rescue them due to a lack of resources.
