Indian Federation of Trade Unions staged a rally in Nawarshara town in Punjab, challenging fascist dictates of the Narendra Modi led BJP imposed on the working class. Around 600 persons participated.
Aparna adressed the gathering on how it was imperative for workers and labourers to unite to confront the enstranglement of the corporates .She summarised the brutal attacks on the working class by Arvind Kejriwal and how he only wore a mask of being pro-people.Aparna dwelled into how super exploitation was now flourishing, isolating the working class as never before. She illustrated the plight of the Aanganwadi workers.
Aparna narrated how the 4 laws were in the process of being passed stripping basic rights of workers. She probed into how the BJP was designing the social structure to pave way for complete corporate monopoly, with closure of industries and retrenchment of workers, a routine affair. She projected how fascism was penetrating the social order at an unparalleled height, touching on barbaric, methods deployed to suppress workers and methods devised to break struggles. Examples were given of unemployment and price rise soaring at a level unscaled .Importance was also given to feudal rights o Punjab people against the autocratic rule of the centre.
A message was delivered to the Punjab masses how in reality Aam admi party befriended the exploiter classes.
