The huge city of Gaza has been reduced to rubble but the killing continues with US-backed Apartheid Israel now bombing Lebanon. Perhaps the only thing that will stop the Zionazis and their backers is exposure of the shocking disproportionality between the deaths of the Occupied and defenceless victims (186,000 in Gaza) and those of the Occupiers and perpetrators (perhaps 600 Israeli deaths on 7 October 2023). An eye for an eye? All people are created equal? We are all the same?
This shocking disproportionality can be expressed as an Occupied/Occupier Reprisals Death Ratio or Death Ratio for short. Thus in 1944 the Nazi German mass murderer Adolph Hitler was informed about the killing of 30 German soldiers in an Italian Partisan ambush. Hitler immediately ordered reprisals and a Reprisals Death Ratio of 10 and his order was immediately executed with 335 Italian men and boys rounded up and killed in the Ardeatine Caves Massacre in Rome [1].
Civilized people are shocked by the arbitrariness, unfairness, injustice, wrongness, racism and pure evil of such disproportionate killings as well as by the absolute magnitude of the killings. Thus the 6th Commandment of the Ten Commandments states “Thou shalt not kill” (Holy Bible, King James version) [2]. However an alternative translation from the Hebrew is the more legalistic “Thou shalt do no murder” [3]. The genocidally racist Jewish Israelis (and their fervent US, UK, Australian, Canadian, US Alliance and Western supporters) evidently regard the horrific killing they are doing in Gaza, Lebanon, Syria, Iran and Yemen as “not murder” but as legal, warranted and highly desirable killing. Indeed as written in the Old Testament “the Lord” of the Israelites repeatedly and shockingly demanded total extermination of the non-Israelite inhabitants of Canaan (Palestine) [4, 5].
As for utterly repellent racism (to whom we are born and by whom we are raised is beyond our control), war is the penultimate in racism and genocide the ultimate. Indeed while a “holocaust” involves the deaths of a huge number of people, “genocide” is precisely defined by Article 2 of the Convention on the Punishment and Prevention of the Crime of Genocide as “acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group ” [6]. Thus the ongoing Gaza Massacre inflicted on the defenceless Palestinians can be described as the Gaza Holocaust and the Gaza Genocide. Likewise the British- and Zionist-imposed and century-long Palestinian Genocide involving 2.35 million killed by violence (0.1 million) and by imposed deprivation (2.25 million) is similar in magnitude to the horrific WW2 Jewish Holocaust (5-6 million killed by violence and imposed deprivation [7-9]) and accordingly merits description as a Palestinian Holocaust.
While the core ethos of Humanity is Kindness and Truth, this is grossly violated by genocidally racist and egregiously mendacious Western Mainstream journalist, editor, politician, academic and commentariat presstitutes who routinely talk of a “Hamas-Israel war” with routine false qualifications of the Palestinian national resistance organization Hamas such as “Hamas militants”, “Hamas terrorists” and “Hamas is designated as terrorist organization by the US and allied countries”. Ditto the false Western descriptions of the Lebanese national resistance organization Hezbollah. Put simply, for the serial war criminal, mass murdering and child-killing US, UK, Australian, US Alliance and Apartheid Israeli state terrorists false application of descriptive “terrorist” is used to justify US Alliance wars and genocides.
Terrorism is as terrorism does. The US has invaded 72 countries (52 since WW2), has committed 469 invasions from 1798 onwards, committed 251 invasions since 1991, and has 800 military bases in over 70 countries [10-16]. It is estimated that 40 million Asians died from violence and imposed deprivation in post-1950 US Asian Wars (my country, US lackey Australia, was involved in all of these atrocities) [16-21]. It is estimated that 32 million Muslims have been killed through violence (5 million) and imposed deprivation (27 million) in 20 countries invaded by the US Alliance since the US Government’s 9/11 false flag atrocity that killed about 3,000 Americans [22, 23]. I have estimated about 5 million deaths from violence and imposed deprivation in the Iraq War (1990-2011) and about 7 million such deaths in the Afghan War (2001-2021) (for summaries of these and some 70 other genocides and the associated deaths see [24-28]). 35 scholars from prestigious Brown University have determined that up to 4.7 million Muslims were killed in the Iraq War and the Afghan War as compared to 7,050 US soldiers [29]. Indeed it is estimated that there are 5 million Iraqi orphans [30] and assuming an average of 5 children per Iraqi family this implies the deaths of 2.0 million parents alone, noting that 70% of avoidable deaths from imposed deprivation are under-5 year old children [16].
In stark contrast, Occupier/Invader deaths that could be loosely attributed to Hamas and Hezbollah are of the order of about 1,000 each, noting that under International Law (specifically the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and Article 51 of the UN Charter) Indigenous people under repressive Occupation have a right to violently resist the criminal Occupier whereas the Occupier has no right of self-defence in a belligerently occupied territory [31-33]. Hamas is resisting Apartheid Israeli Occupation (ruled as illegal by the International Criminal Court) and Hezbollah resists repeated and war criminal Apartheid Israeli invasions of Lebanon (notably in 2006 and now in 2024), with the top Israeli general declaring that Lebanon will be bombed “back to the Stone Age”. Serial war criminal and neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel occupied a big part of Lebanon in 1982-2000. The Apartheid Israeli-complicit Sabra and Shatila Massacres in Beirut in 1982 killed 3,000 Palestinians [16].
That said, for decades my endless mantra has been “Peace is the only way but silence kills and silence is complicity”. Indeed the worst atrocity of real jihadi terrorists and indeed the major fault of national liberation organizations like Hamas and Hezbollah (and indeed of all national liberation organizations such as the WW2 French resistance, other resistance groups in Nazi-occupied Europe and in the de-colonizing era after WW2) is that any actions they take (even symbolic like firing rockets that are destroyed by the US-supplied Zionazi Iron Dome system) will elicit horrific and disproportionate responses from the genocidally racist US Alliance.
While “thou shalt not kill children” is not specifically mentioned in the Ten Commandments, it is perhaps the most fundamental prohibition for decent Humanity. Not so for the morally degenerate, genocide-complicit and child killing -complicit US, US Alliance and Australia that fervently back neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel in its ongoing Gaza Genocide. The leading medical journal The Lancet estimates 186,000 Gazan deaths from violence and imposed deprivation [34] with this including 136,000 children, 17,000 women and 33,000 men [35-38].
Worried by electoral backlash the mendacious, fervently pro-Apartheid Israel and hence pro-Apartheid Joe Biden/ Kamala Harris Administration now dishonestly talks of a temporary Ceasefire but continues to supply the child-killing Zionazis with the bombs devastating Gaza, Lebanon, Syria, and Yemen. Under a US lackey Labor Government Australia is second only to the US as a supporter of Apartheid Israel and hence of the utterly vile crime of Apartheid, and the cravenly US lackey Australian Labor Government is complicit in the Gaza Genocide in 20 ways [39], and lies in 35 ways for genocidal Apartheid Israel [40, 41], but dishonestly follows bomb-supplying Genocide Joe’s call for a temporary Ceasefire. The Australian law firm Birchgrove Legal (5 March 2024): “Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has been referred to the International Criminal Court as an accessory to genocide in Gaza, making him the first leader of a Western nation to be referred to the ICC under Article 15 of the Rome Statute. A team of Australian lawyers from Birchgrove Legal, led by King’s Counsel Sheryn Omeri, have spent months documenting the alleged complicity and outlining the individual criminal responsibility of Mr Albanese in respect to the situation in Palestine. The 92-page document, which has been endorsed by more than one hundred Australian lawyers and barristers, was yesterday submitted to the Office of ICC Prosecutor, Karim Khan KC” [42].
Set out below are some examples of horrific disproportionality in Occupied/Occupier Reprisals Death Ratios:
(A). Nazi Germany.

(B). Australia.
(i) Australian Aboriginal Genocide in just the 1788-1888 first century of the genocide (300). Death ratio for about 900,000 Indigenous deaths from violence and deprivation/ 3,000 White deaths = 300 [24-28, 45, 46].

Final comments and conclusions
On 3 October 2024 I sent the following Letter individually to the editors of major Australian Mainstream media (casting pearls after swine), noting that in Australia the largely US-owned Mainstream media and the US lackey Labor Government-Coalition Opposition duopoly fervently support Apartheid Israel and hence the utterly vile crime of Apartheid (indeed the same Zionist perversion of Mainstream media and politicians is apparent in the US Democrat-Republican duopoly, the UK Labour-Conservative duopoly, and in the other US-dominated Western duopolies).
LETTER. The Old Testament (Exodus 21.24) declared “Eye for eye, tooth for tooth” although in the New Testament (Matthew 18.6) Jesus angrily demanded extreme reprisals: “But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea”. Nazi leader Hitler ordered and achieved unforgivable Occupied/Occupier Reprisals Death Ratios (RDRs) of 11 (1944 Ardeatine Massacre in Rome) and 342 (the Lidice Atrocity in Czechoslovakia). Jump to the 21st century for RDRs of 609 (Iraq/US) and 1,970 (Afghanistan/US). However for 7 October 2023 onwards the RDRs are 67 (Mainstream estimates, Gazans/Israel), 310 (as estimated in The Lancet, Gazans/Israel), and 205 (Lebanon/Israel). The dead victims are overwhelmingly children. Nazi is as Nazi does. Terrorism is as terrorism does. Decent anti-racist Australians will continue to protest this utterly disproportionate carnage by US-backed Apartheid Israel and will utterly reject the fervently pro-Apartheid Israel, pro-Apartheid, Gaza Genocide-complicit and US lackey Labor-Coalition duopoly by putting them last at all elections. Those complicit in the mass abuse, mass injuring and mass murder of children are utterly unforgivable. Silence is complicity. END LETTER
A great contribution of America to human civilization was the statement in the preamble to the American Declaration of Independence that “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men [these days, “all people”] are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness” [69]. However America and its fellow settler-colonialism-based allies like Australia have failed horribly to live up to these noble sentiments. as exampled by the appalling Occupied/Occupier Reprisals Death Ratios for Iraq/US (609), Afghanistan /US (1,970), Gaza/US-backed Apartheid Israel (310), and Lebanon/ US-backed Apartheid Israel (205). Indeed in 1901 Racist White Australia’s first PM Edmund Barton defended what subsequently became known as the White Australia Policy thus (1901):“The doctrine of the equality of man was never intended to apply to the equality of an Englishman and the Chinaman” [25]. However present-day genocidal US, US Alliance, Australian and Apartheid Israeli racists can put numbers to their Nazi-style racist prejudices.
As summarized in this article, Occupier-imposed inequality can be quantified by Occupied/Occupier Reprisals Death Ratios. However another measure is GDP per capita that is a deadly $3,396 for Occupied Palestine ($1,000 for the pre-7 October 2023 besieged and blockaded Gaza Concentration Camp) and $53,372 for Occupier Israel [70]. Indeed in 2020 “under-5 infant mortality as a percentage of population” for Occupied Palestine was 0.0538% , about 10 times higher than that for Occupier Apartheid Israel (0.0052%) [24]. Articles 55 and 56 of the Fourth Geneva Convention (the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War) unequivocally demand that an Occupier must provide its Occupied Subjects with life-sustaining food, medical and other requisites “to the fullest extent of the means available to it ” [71]. However according to the leading medical journal The Lancet in the last year Occupier Apartheid Israel has killed what is approaching 10% of the population of the Gaza Concentration Camp through violence and violently-imposed conditions of bare survival involving siege, bombing and huge and deadly deprivation of proper food, water, shelter, sanitation, medicine and medical care.
Based on GDP per capita, genocidally racist, neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel values an Israeli as $53,732/$3,396 = 15.8 or about 16 times more than an Occupied Palestinian, and about 54 times more than a Gazan.
Based on under-5 infant mortality, genocidally racist, neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel values an Israeli as 10 times more than an Occupied Palestinian.
Based on Occupied/Occupier Reprisals Death Ratios, genocidally racist, neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel values an Israeli as 300 times more than an Occupied Palestinian.
Based on Occupied/Occupier Reprisals Death Ratios, genocidally racist, neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel values an Israeli as 200 times more than a Lebanese.
On 10 July 2024 the leading medical journal The Lancet estimated at least 186,000 Gazan deaths from violence and imposed deprivation [34] with this estimated by expert analysis [16] to include 136,000 children, 17,000 women, 33,000 men, 500 health professionals and 150 journalists [35-38]. However the Mainstream-reported “confirmed deaths” have been stuck on about 40,000 (with 16,000 child deaths) for 3 months in a Gaza now literally bombed back to the Stone Age and incapable of proper epidemiological analysis. Further, some prize-winning Western journalists report that (i) the Israelis knew of the plans for the Gaza Breakout a year in advance, (ii) the Israelis permitted the Palestinian Breakout to occur, (iii) many (and possible most) of the Israeli deaths on 7 October 2023 were caused by the massive firepower of the responding IDF, and (iv) 97% of the 1,200 Israelis killed on 7 October 2023 were past or present IDF soldiers and child deaths totalled 30 [65, 66]. However in the Zionist-subverted West the “reality” reported by Mainstream journalist, editor, politician, academic and commentariat presstitutes is what the Zionist-perverted establishment chooses it to be. Indeed genocidally racist and egregiously mendacious Apartheid Israel censors foreign journalists and has banned Al Jazeera.
The only way the world will know the full extent of the Gaza Genocide and the deaths in the Occupied Palestinian Territory as a whole is if the World forces the Zionazi perpetrators out of Gaza and the West Bank to permit the entry of (a) life-sustaining requisites of proper food, water, shelter, sanitation, medicine and medical care, and (b) expert forensic teams to determine exactly the identity of the some 200,000 people who were killed, exactly how many were killed, and how they were killed.
I have published a huge book entitled “Free Palestine. End Apartheid Israel, Human Rights Denial, Gaza Massacre, Child Killing, Occupation and Palestinian Genocide [72, 73]. The sub-title summarizes the key things that have to be done to “Free Palestine”. Of these the simplest is that the World immediately orders the granting of equal and all human rights to all Indigenous Palestinians – it can be done today at the stroke of a pen, is utterly unexceptional for decent Humanity but would be fiercely opposed by genocidally racist, neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel that wants all of the land of Palestine (plus territory of its neighbours from the Nile to the Euphrates) but does not want the Indigenous inhabitants.
Facing an election in several months’ time, Kid-Killing Karmala (KKK) and Genocide Joe have made ostensibly humane noises about temporary cessation of the killing while supplying Apartheid Israel with the bombs, $17 billion in arms aid and approval for $20 billion in arms sales. They merit extreme disgust.
What can decent people and the World do? Decent folk and the World must (a) inform everyone they can to counter a mountain of Zionist lies [40], and (b) urge and apply Boycotts, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) against Apartheid Israel and all people, politicians and parties, collectives, companies and countries supporting Apartheid Israel, and (c) prevent weapons and strategic materials entering Apartheid Israel that must be subject to severe international sanctions as a genocidal rogue state.
In US lackey Australia the racist, mendacious, Zionist-perverted and US lackey Labor-Coalition duopoly must be consigned to the sewer of history. Decent anti-racist Australians will continue to protest this utterly disproportionate carnage by US-backed Apartheid Israel and will utterly reject the fervently pro-Apartheid Israel, pro-Apartheid, Gaza Genocide-complicit and US lackey Labor-Coalition duopoly by putting them last at all elections in Australia’s compulsory and preferential voting system. LETTER.Apart from minor border spats and several horrific border conflicts (e.g. Iran/Iraq) countries of the global South have not invaded other countries in living memory except as US allies. However according to the US Congressional Research Service the US has launched 251 military interventions since 1991 alone. US lackey Australia has been involved in all post-1950 US wars, atrocities associated with 40 million Asian deaths from violence and imposed deprivation. However in 2024 alone US-, US Alliance- and Australia -backed Apartheid Israel has violently attacked 5 countries namely Palestine, Syria, Iran, Lebanon and Yemen, Gaza has been reduced to rubble, and 186,000 Gazans (mostly children) have been killed (The Lancet). Now Lebanon faces the same fate.
