Trump First Convicted Felon Former US President But 45 War Criminal US Presidents Remain Un-convicted

Donald Trump

Misogynist, sexist, racist, ultranationalist, neo-fascist, crook  and pathological liar,  former US president Donald Trump, has been convicted as a felon over a victim-less dishonesty. What is resolutely ignored  in the flood of reportage by US and US-beholden Western Mainstream media presstitutes is that Trump and 45 other US presidents remain un-convicted for deadly war crimes and other horrendous genocidal crimes committed by genocidally racist America since 1776.

The fundamental core ethos of Humanity is Kindness and Truth but these key moral  imperatives  have been grossly violated by all 46 US presidents  from genocidally racist slave owner and pathological liar George Washington to the present child mass murdering and egregiously  lying US president, child-killing geriatric Joe Biden.

The 2 unbroken themes of the United States over the last 248 years have been (1) the violent and genocidal theft of the land and resources of other peoples, and (2) egregious lying to variously whitewash this history  of  theft and mass murder as “Christian”, “civilization”, “freedom”, “liberty”, “justice”, “progress” , “democracy”, “the rule of law”, “responsibility to protect” , “the will of the people”, and “the rules-based order”.  Out of 46 US presidents, 32 US presidents had previous military experience, 9 were generals in the US Army, and  27 presidents were previously lawyers [1] i.e. in addition to all presidents exercising presidential executive authority as commander in chief, most US presidents were actively involved in the genocidal killing machine and the whitewashing of the crimes.

The 3 greatest contributions of America  to the governance of Humanity are (1) representative  parliamentary  democracy, (2) the First  Amendment to the Constitution (guaranteeing freedom of speech that is vital for an informed democracy) and (3) the proposition that  “all men are created equal and have an inalienable right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness”. However there is a huge gulf between American practice and these great American ideals as outlined below:

(1). Parliamentary democracy.

Representative parliamentary democracy for the original 13 United States colonies excluded women, African slaves and Indigenous Americans. Most African Americans only effectively got the vote in the 1960s after major activism. Today a substantial  proportion of Black Americans males have been made “felons” by the Americans Justice System and thence excluded from voting and other amenities under “democratically” legislated anti-felony laws [2]. Dr Michelle Alexander (author of “The New Jim Crow: Mass Incarceration in the Age of Colorblindness” [3]: “If you take into account prisoners, a large majority of African American men in some urban areas have been labeled felons for life. (In the Chicago area, the figure is nearly 80 percent.) These men are part of a growing undercaste—not class, caste—permanently relegated by law to a second-class status. They can be denied the right to vote, automatically excluded from juries, and legally discriminated against in employment, housing, access to education, and public benefits, much as their grandparents and great-grandparents were during the Jim Crow era” [2, 4].

The original US democracy excluded women until in 1920 the 19th amendment granted women the right to vote (Black women in the Deep South would have to wait for the 1960s). For 248 years Americans have been taught that the key issue in 1776 was  “no taxation without representation” but the crucial reality was otherwise –  independence  would allow the colonies to seize Indian territories to the West and eventually effect the genocidal destruction of most of the Indigenous American inhabitants. Today American Democracy has become a Kleptocracy, Plutocracy, Murdochracy, Corporatocracy,  Lobbyocracy and Dollarocracy in which Big Money purchases public perception of reality, votes, more political power and obscenely more private wealth for the dominant One Percenters. Money is power and African American wealth is about 5 times lower  than that of  Whites [2].

(2). Freedom of speech.

Freedom of speech is great but in the US there is no effective freedom of speech. As brilliantly exposed by Professors Edward Herman and Noam Chomsky in “Manufacturing Consent”,  Mainstream media serve to uphold the interests of the Republican/Democrat duopoly Establishment. The US has great universities and more Nobel Prize winners than any other country but the Establishment-serving System means that Americans voting in November will have to choose between Donald Trump (a racist populist and blatant liar  who told 30,000 lies during his administration) [5-7] and child-killing geriatric Joe Biden (who is showing the first signs of mental deterioration, and for all his rhetoric has supplied the bombs for killing 44,000 inmates of the Gaza Concentration Camp to date, including 16,000 children and 10,000 women) [8]. Brilliant US writer Gore Vidal: “Unlike most Americans who lie all the time, I hate lying… Americans are not interested in the truth about anything. They assume everybody is lying because they go out and lie everyday about the automobile they are trying to sell you…” [9, 10].

(3). “All men are created equal and have an inalienable right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness”.

The continuing misogynist, patriarchal, sexist and remorselessly discriminatory nature of the United States was revealed in 1776 by the phrase “all men”. “All men” in 1776 not only excluded  “all women” but also excluded Indigenous people (First Nations people) and African slaves. 248 years later the US as a serial war criminal, and genocidal superpower still violently denies the “right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness” to billions of people in the Global South. The US is a horrendous serial invader of other countries. Apart from inevitable border spats, most countries in the world have not invaded other countries. Costa Rica does not even have an army. In stark contrast, the US has invaded 72 countries (52 since WW2) [11-21],  has committed 469 invasions from 1798 onwards [20, 21], committed 251 invasions since 1991 [20, 21], and has 800 military bases in over 70 countries [22]. The US actively spies on and subverts all countries, deceives and spies on its own White US Alliance allies, and as revealed by Edward Snowden comprehensively  spies on its own citizens [12, 23-26].

Domestically the US falls far short of the “all men are created equal” ideal. Thus Wade Davis presents the following shocking statistics: “Today, the base pay of those at the top is commonly 400 times that of their salaried staff, with many earning orders of magnitude more in stock options and perks. The elite one percent of Americans control $30 trillion of assets, while the bottom half have more debt than assets. The three richest Americans have more money than the poorest 160 million of their countrymen. Fully a fifth of American households have zero or negative net worth, a figure that rises to 37 percent for black families. The median wealth of black households is a tenth that of whites. The vast majority of Americans — white, black, and brown — are two paychecks removed from bankruptcy. Though living in a nation that celebrates itself as the wealthiest in history, most Americans live on a high wire, with no safety net to brace a fall. With the COVID crisis, 40 million Americans lost their jobs, and 3.3 million businesses shut down, including 41 percent of all black-owned enterprises” [27, 28]. Tellingly, African American wealth per capita is about 5 times lower  than that of  Whites [2].

Article 25 of the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) states: “(1) Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control” [29]. However, while the civil rights movement in the 1960s lead to improvement of African American circumstances through voter registration, de-Segregation of schools and greater economic possibilities, in the 21st century American Apartheid (“racism is American as apple pie”) means massive Black American de-registration through felony laws, massive wealth-based Segregation (Educational Apartheid), and race-based differential wealth (Black families have 5 times less wealth than White families and 27% of African-Americans live in poverty) [2].

However gross inequity within the US itself has a deadly impact because relative poverty, disempowerment and inequity  kill even  in rich countries like the US. Thus it is estimated that 1.7 million Americans  die preventably each year from “lifestyle choice” and “political choice” reasons  Since the US Government’s 9-11 false flag operation in 2001 (with the subsequent $6 trillion War on Terror),  some 23 years x 1.7 million per year = 39 million Americans have died preventably linked to this horrendous fiscal and moral perversion. perversion. The breakdown of the circa 1.7 million preventable Americans deaths each year is as follows (noting that there are  some category overlaps): (1) 443,000 from smoking-related causes annually, (2) 440,000 from adverse events in hospitals each year, (3) 300,000 from obesity-related causes annually, (4) 200,000 from air pollution (e.g. from coal burning, vehicle exhaust, and carbon fuel burning in general), (5) 75,000 alcohol-related deaths annually, (6) 45,000 from lack of medical insurance, (7) 38,000 drug-related deaths annually, this including  21,000 US opiate drug-related deaths annually from US restoration and protection of the Taliban-destroyed Afghan opium industry, (8) 33,000 killed by motor vehicles each year, (9) 31,000 gun-related deaths annually, (10) 30,000 suicides,  (11) 21,000 avoidable under-5 year old infant deaths, and (12) 15,000 Americans are violently murdered annually [29]. By way of comparison, only an average of about 4 Americans have died annually in America since 9-11 due to  Muslim-origin non-state terrorism, with a fortunately similarly low incidence in the UK and Australia. In contrast it was estimated in 2015 that 32 million Muslims had died from violence, 5 million, and from imposed deprivation, 27 million, in 20 countries invaded by the US Alliance since the US Government’s 9/11 false flag atrocity [31, 32]. The murderous American Establishment has spent $6 trillion on actively and passively killing over 30 million Muslims overseas instead of trying to keep nearly 40 million Americans from preventable death at home.

After this brief sketch of America’s comprehensive  denial of its own core values, it is useful to outline the role of the 46 US presidents (including the 45 un-convicted presidential felons) in all denying these key values in nearly 250 years of genocidal racism and egregious lying in gross violation of Kindness and Truth that are the fundamental moral imperatives of Humanity. From brevity considerations only a few more famous examples of  presidential war criminality and lying are presented below (presidential terms are given in brackets and an asterisk marks the un-convicted American presidential war criminals awarded the Nobel Peace Prize).

George Washington (1789-1797) is anecdotally associated with truth-telling through his mythological confession for damaging his father’s cherry tree with his hatchet. Yet this evil and genocidal slave owner  lied about the true purpose of the American Revolution – not “liberty” and “no taxation without representation” as taught to generations of American school children but freedom to invade, devastate and ethnically  cleanse  Indigenous lands to the West [13].

Thomas Jefferson (1801-1809) who penned  the “All men are created equal and have an inalienable right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness” of the American Declaration of Independence was a slave owner, misogynist, rapist and an architect of the American Indian Genocide [13].

Andrew Jackson (1829-1837) in signingthe 1830 Indian Removal Act authorized the US Army to force Cherokee, Chickasaw, Choctaw, Creek, and Seminole tribe off their lands with forced relocation to west of the Mississippi River. This was a major step in the true purpose of the American Revolution which was the ethnic cleansing  of America [13].

James Polk (1845-1849) was a racist, imperialist and warmonger and launched the Mexican-American War (1846-1848) (“excused” by “remember the Alamo”) in which the US seized a huge slab of Mexican territory including Texas and California.

Abraham Lincoln (1861-1865) launched the Civil War not to liberate slaves but to entrench Northern Establishment economic and political control of the South. Charles Dickens: “The Northern onslaught upon slavery is no more than a piece of specious humbug designed to conceal its desire for economic control of the Southern states” and Karl Marx (1861): ‘The war between the North and South is a tariff war. The war is, further, not for any principle, does not touch the question of slavery and in fact turns on Northern lust for sovereignty” [33].

William McKinley (1897-1901) presided over US victory in the Spanish–American War of 1898 (“excused” by the blowing up of the USS Maine in Havana ) which gave the US  control of Hawaii (annexed in 1898 over anti-Japan fears), Puerto Rico, the Philippines and Cuba, and  restored prosperity after a major depression. This precipitated the bloody 1899-1902 American-Philippines War in which 20,000 Filipino combatants and 200,000 Filipino civilians were killed – the war formally occurred in 1899-1902 but major Filipino resistance continued until 1906.

*Theodore (Teddy) Roosevelt (1901-1909) was  a racist,  imperialist, colonialist and warmonger who involved the US in putting down the Boxer Rebellion in China and in suppressing the bloody Filipino rebellion. He was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize  for involvement in securing peace between Japan and Russia, the first war criminal US president to be so honoured. Under Roosevelt (who greatly admired the genocidally racist  White Australians) the US Navy’s Great White Fleet visited Australia in August 1908 to great popular acclaim (racist White Australians feared Asia and had exterminated 90% of the Indigenous population in the first century of settlement) [13, 34-37]. After his presidency and no longer able to massacre non-Europeans he went on a bloodthirsty African safari in which some 11,000 animals were slaughtered [38].

*Woodrow Wilson (1913-1921) was a serial invader and presided over the US invasion of Nicaragua, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Cuba, Panama, Honduras, Mexico, Germany and Russia. He resisted calls for entry into WW1 but then presided over decisive US intervention in WW1 that was backed by American and British Zionists. This serial invader and serial war criminal was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1919. His legacy was a crushing Versailles Agreement (that  led to the even greater atrocity of WW2) and Anglo-French rule over North Africa  and the Middle East (that led to a century of devastation of the Arab and Muslim world, including the century long and ongoing Palestinian Genocide) [13, 19, 31, 32, 39, 40].  US Major General Smedley Butler: “I spent 33 years and four months in active military service and during that period I spent most of my time as a high class muscle man for Big Business, for Wall Street and the bankers. In short, I was a racketeer, a gangster for capitalism… I helped in the raping of half a dozen Central American republics for the benefit of Wall Street. … Looking back on it, I might have given Al Capone a few hints. The best he could do was to operate his racket in three districts. I operated on three continents” [41].

Franklin Delano Roosevelt (FDR) (1933-1945) used his famous New Deal (assertedly “nice capitalism” [42, 43]) to massively expand the US army, navy, air force and military infrastructure in the 1930s [44] in keeping with that of other world powers  (the UK, France, Italy, Russia and Japan). In the same period major US corporations  (notably Ford, DuPont and Standard Oil) backed the rise of Nazism and massive German re-armament under Hitler [45]. UK policy was to get the neutral US into WW2 and finally succeeded with the relentless US squeezing of Japan that culminated in the Japanese Pearl Harbor attack of which the UK and US had foreknowledge and which brought the US into WW2 with inevitable Allied victory [37, 45]. With industry and infrastructure  untouched by enemy bombing, the US economy grew enormously during WW2.

Harry Truman (1945-1953)  presided over the nuclear bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, the end of WW2,  the 1946 commencement of the Cold War with Russia, the defeat of anti-fascists in Greece, continued support for fascist dictators  in Latin America, the 1950-1953 Korean War (all buildings destroyed and 28% of  the North Korean population killed by US bombing) [47], and US development by 1952 of thermonuclear weapons (hydrogen bombs) that existentially threaten Humanity and the Biosphere. The US Office of the Historian on the 1947 “Truman Doctrine”: “With the Truman Doctrine, President Harry S. Truman established that the United States would provide political, military and economic assistance to all democratic nations under threat from external or internal authoritarian forces. The Truman Doctrine effectively reoriented U.S. foreign policy, away from its usual stance of withdrawal from regional conflicts not directly involving the United States, to one of possible intervention in far away conflicts” [48]. This set the  stage for 8 decades  of US invading  over 52 countries  since WW2, variously with the assistance of the US Alliance, notably the UK [49] and lesser US lackeys such as genocidally racist Australia that was involved in all post-1950 US Asian wars ( associated with 40 million Asian deaths from violence and imposed deprivation) [13]. Truman backed Apartheid Israel and its ethnic cleansing of 60% of the Indigenous Palestinian population in  the 1948 Nakba. The US-beholden racist West still  refuses to recognize the State of Palestine after 76 years [13].

Dwight D. Eisenhower (Ike) (1953-1961) ended the Korean War with an armistice and stopped the UK, France and Israeli invasion of Suez but was responsible for military coups in Iran and Guatemala, invaded Lebanon, threatened Syria, Russia and China, backed the French with aircraft for dropping bombs and napalm, backed South Vietnam with arms and advisers, plotted the armed overthrow of the socialist Castro government  in Cuba, built up a huge nuclear arsenal and delivery systems, backed a military coup in Laos, killed Patrice Lumumba and commenced decades of horrific civil war in the Congo (Zaire), backed Islamist  insurgents in Indonesia,  backed a military coup in Argentina, commenced in 1960 decades of US-backed genocidal violence in Guatemala, and backed “Free China” on Taiwan with huge military assistance and protection as representing China at the UN to the exclusion of the People’s Republic of China (“Communist China”,  “Mainland China” ). The Eisenhower Doctrine threatened armed US intervention to back Middle Eastern countries threatened by “communists”. He famously warned America of the powerful US “military-industrial complex”. 30 million people died from  famine in US- and Western-sanctioned China during the 1958-1962 Great Leap Forward.

John Fitzgerald Kennedy (JFK) (1961-1963)  presided over the  failed US Bay of Pigs invasion of Cuba, brought the world to the brink of nuclear war in the Cuban missile crisis, demanded “plausible deniability” for CIA plots to kill Fidel Castro (Cuba) and Rafael Trujillo (Dominican Republic), backed South Vietnam with more US advisers and US helicopter gunship support, founded the US-Israeli military alliance, backed a Baathist coup in Iraq, backed Islamist rebels in Indonesia, and continued US support for fascist military dictatorships in Latin America and elsewhere.

Lyndon Baines Johnson (LBJ) (1963-1969) came to the presidency following the assassination of JFK (very likely by the American State) and American  killing in Vietnam escalated (the “excuse” being the alleged attack on the mighty US navy by Vietnamese torpedo boats in the 1964 Gulf of Tonkin Incident). Vietnamese deaths from violence and imposed deprivation in the 1945-1975 Vietnamese Holocaust and Vietnamese Genocide totalled 15 million [13, 19, 37, 50, 51]. After Apartheid Israeli acquisition of nuclear weapons by the mid-1960s with UK, US and French help, the US became increasingly beholden to a nuclear terrorist Apartheid Israel that in the 1967 Six Day War had attacked the unarmed USS Liberty in international waters killing 34 and wounding 171 Americans  in a cowardly 2 hour attack (the cowardly, Zionist-subverted  US administration agreed with Apartheid Israel that the attack was a “mistake”). The US backed the 1965 military coup in Indonesia in which 1 million  people were slaughtered (mainly educated people and ethnic Chinese).

Richard Nixon (Tricky Dick) (1969-1974) expanded the horrific bombing of Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos (more bombs dropped on Laos than on Europe in WW2).  With Henry Kissinger [52] Nixon subverted and delayed the Vietnam War peace process, supported the Pakistan-imposed 1971 Bengali  Holocaust and gendercide (3 million killed), and threatened India with nuclear devastation when under the weight of 10 million Bengali refugees it put an end to the Pakistani rampage [53]. In 1973  Nixon materially backed Apartheid Israel in the Yom Kippur War and backed the military coup in Chile that removed the democratically elected government of Salvador Allende [13]. Nixon was not prosecuted for these immense crimes but resigned to avoid possible impeachment over the “appalling” crime of lying about the victimless Watergate Scandal. However Nixon’s visit to China opened the way to US and Western recognition of China, home to one fifth of the world’s people.

Gerald Ford (1974-1977) succeeded the disgraced Richard Nixon.  His proposed huge support for the South Vietnamese regime in the face of the final North Vietnamese offensive was blocked by Congress and the Americans were finally defeated in 1975. US forces invaded Cambodian territory in the incident involving Khmer Rouge capture of the American merchant ship Mayaguez. The US backed the Indonesian military invasion and occupation of Timor Leste in which one third of the population perished.

*Jimmy Carter (1977-1981) presided over deep US antagonism to the Iranian Revolution that had removed the US-installed Shah, the disastrous US invasion of Iran to release American hostages, a forced 1979 peace deal between Egypt and Apartheid Israel ( Egypt recognized Apartheid Israel, and  the Egyptian Sinai was restored to Egypt but the war criminal Apartheid Israeli occupation of the West Bank and Gaza continued).  Under Carter the US opposed a progressive Afghan Government and funded armed Islamist  opposition to  Russian invasion with a consequent 4 decades of war and foreign occupation in which 13 million Afghans (mostly children) died from violence and war-imposed deprivation [13, 19]. In an astonishing  act of honesty  he published “Palestine: Peace Not Apartheid” in 2007 [54] . Carter was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2002.

Ronald Reagan (1981-1989) began his infamous political life in 1947 by giving names to the FBI of fellow actors suspected of communist sympathies. Reagan presided over the 1983 invasion of Grenada, despicably soft policies on South African and Israeli Apartheid,  the bombing of Libya from UK bases, the Iran-Contra Affair (selling arms to Iran in order  to illegally fund fascist rebels in Nicaragua), and the CIA mining of Nicaraguan harbors. Reagan’s greatest crime was mercilessly neoliberal Reaganomics  (Thatcherism in the UK) that brought to an end several decades of greatly improved conditions for ordinary Americans and Westerners after the privations of WW2. Ordinary incomes remained static for 3 decades and the wealth inequity gap is still increasing: globally, the top 1% have 50% of the wealth and the bottom 50% have 1% of the wealth [42, 43, 55-57]. Reagan won the “Space Wars”  (notoriously joking “We start bombing Russia in five minutes”) and thereby  brought down communism in Eastern Europe and Russia with its replacement by corrupt capitalist oligarchies. Poverty kills, and presently about 1.7 million Americans die preventably each year from “life-style choice” and “political choice” reasons [30].

George Herbert Walker Bush (1989-1993) presided over the 1989 invasion of Panama (despite the deposed leader Manuel Noriega having a long record of drug smuggling in collaboration with the CIA, notably when it was directed by George Bush), the Gulf War and deadly Sanctions against Iraq (in the period 1990-2003 there were 1.7 million Iraqi deaths from violence, 0.2 million, and imposed deprivation, 1.5 million [13, 19]), and the invasion of impoverished Somalia in 1992 (still occupied by foreign forces).

Bill Clinton (1993-2001) presided over continued US violence in impoverished Occupied Somalia, the failure to act to stop the Rwandan Genocide (1 million killed), deadly sanctions against Iran, Iraq, and North Korea in addition to the 1959  onwards sanctions against Cuba (in 1996 US UN Ambassador Madeline Albright admitted to 0.5 million Iraqi children dying under sanctions but notoriously stated that  “It was worth it”), the US, UK and Apartheid Israeli bombing  that devastated Iraq, the bombing of a key Sudan pharmaceutical factory (it was estimated that 10,000 Sudanese died subsequently from lack of crucial medicines), the bombing of Serbia, and the unilateral US detachment of Kosovo  from Serbia. Bill Clinton has not been punished for any of these immense, child-killing  crimes but was unsuccessfully impeached for the “oh so shocking crime” of lying to Congress about his sexual liaison with intern Monica Lewinski ( “I did not have sexual relations with that woman”) – he was acquitted of course.

George W Bush (Dubya) (2002-2009) presided over the 2003 invasion of Iraq (2.7 million deaths from violence and deprivation  in the  2003-2011 Iraqi Holocaust and Iraqi Genocide) and US military operations  against Libya, Somalia, Yemen, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan in the post-9/11 US War on Terror that in horrible reality was a “US War on Muslims”.  In 2015 it was estimated that 32 million Muslims had died from violence, 5 million, and imposed deprivation, 27 million, in 20 countries invaded by the US Alliance since the US Government’s 9/11 false flag atrocity that killed 3,000 innocent Americans [31, 32]. Both former President Donald Trump and former Vice President Al Gore have strongly condemned the massive intelligence failure that enabled  9/11 to happen. Numerous science, engineering, architecture, demolition, aviation, military, and intelligence experts have concluded from compelling evidence that elements of the US Government were responsible  for the 9/11 atrocity with likely Apartheid Israeli and Saudi Arabian involvement [32]. The US Center for Public Integrity  estimated that the Bush Administration had told 935 lies about Iraq between 9/11 and the 2003 invasion

*Barack Obama (2009-2017) presided over the targeted bombing of Yemen and backed Saudi attacks on Yemen, continued violent occupation of Iraq and the supposed conclusion of the Iraq War in October 2011 (some US forces are still there), expansion of the Afghan War (7 million Afghan  deaths from violence and deprivation in the 2011-2021 Afghan Holocaust), drone attacks in Pakistan, support for Apartheid Israeli atrocities in Gaza and $38 billion in military aid to Zionazi Israel over 10 years, the France, UK and US (FUKUS) Alliance destruction of Libya (formerly the richest country in Africa), the attempted destruction of  Syria (1 million dead, 11 million refugees,  parts now occupied by Apartheid Israel, the US, Turkey, Indigenous Kurds and Turkey-backed rebels), defeat of the violent Sunni Muslim ISIS (Fallujah, the City of Mosques, destroyed by the US for the second time; Western Mosul was destroyed by US and US Alliance bombing with 40,000 inhabitants killed), and US-backed US Alliance invasions of 20 countries resulting in 32 million Muslim deaths from violence, 5 million, and imposed deprivation, 27 million [31, 32]. Barack Obama, a genocidal racist, serial invader and serial war criminal, was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2009. A pathological liar, Obama claimed to have extra-judicially killed Osama Bin Laden (but genetic proof was avoided by immediately dumping the body at sea, Pakistani leader Benazir Bhutto declared that Osama had been killed years before, and famed Pulitzer Prize-winning US journalist  Seymour Hersh demolished nearly every aspect of the Obama “official story”).

Donald Trump (2017-2021) presided over bombing attacks in Syria and Iraq, continued US presence in Syria and Iraq against the wishes of the respective governments, and continued sanctions against Yemen, Iran, Afghanistan, Cuba and Venezuela. Despite obvious major character flaws (racism, misogyny, ultranationalism, bellicosity, neofascism,  and extraordinary mendacity (telling an astonishing  30,000 lies during his administration) he signed a peace agreement with the Taliban and has declared that he will stop the Ukraine War  within 24 hours of being re-elected. He is facing numerous charges for victim-less crimes and is already a convicted felon for victimless crimes relating to hush payments to a porn star.

Joe Biden (2021- ) presided over  sanctions against Cuba, Venezuela, Iran, Yemen, North Korea, Russia and  Afghanistan, withdrew all US forces from Afghanistan, formed the anti-China Australia, UK and US AUKUS Alliance (Australia, the UK and the US have invaded 85, 193 and 72 countries, respectively [15, 16]) and fervently  supports Apartheid Israel’s latest Gaza Massacre with huge military aid and diplomatic support (Palestinian  deaths in the first 220 days of the latest Gaza Massacre – including those buried in rubble-  have totalled 44,000, this including 16,000 children, 10,000 women, 40,000 civilians, 371 healthcare professionals, 45 civil defence workers and 141 journalists [8]). Biden can be fairly described as a geriatric child killer.

Final comments and conclusions.

The above analysis provides just a sketch of the bloodier achievements  of the  46 presidents of the United States who have all been variously involved in horrific violence against Indigenous Americans and  peoples of other countries. Many other US violations have not been mentioned here. For detailed timelines of this extraordinary violence, including US-backed atrocities, see [11, 14, 17, 20, 21]. For a detailed country-by-country record of American violations of other nations  and their deadly consequences see my book “Body Count. Global avoidable mortality since 1950” [13].  For a comprehensive documenting of US-backed coups, including the removal of numerous democratically-elected governments, see William Blum’s “Rogue State: A guide to the world’s only superpower” [12].

For the last 8 months the World has looked on while US-armed and US-backed Apartheid Israel has steadily and mercilessly reduced the ancient and densely populated city of Gaza to rubble and in the process unforgivably killing (as of Day 220)  44,000 Palestinians in Gaza including 16,000 children and 10,000 women. The US and neo-Nazi Germany have supplied 69% and 30%, respectively of Apartheid Israel’s weapons [58]. What is shocking about this latest Gaza Massacre by US- and Western-backed neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel is that the mobile phone and social media have updated the unspeakable awfulness every hour of every day. In contrast the 5 million dead from violence and imposed deprivation in the 1990 onwards Iraqi Holocaust [59] are totally ignored by Western Mainstream media and the whole matter is dismissed by the US and US Alliance perpetrators as a “mistake”. Only the reported 5 million Iraqi orphans [60] exist as continuing evidence of an atrocity similar in magnitude to the WW2 Jewish Holocaust (5-6 million Jews killed by the Nazis by through violence and imposed deprivation).

Out of 46 US presidents only one, Donald Trump, is a convicted felon, albeit in relation to procedural and victim-less crimes. Richard Nixon escaped impeachment by resignation and Bill Clinton was acquitted.  However as sketched here, all 46 are guilty of the murder and dispossession of  people of other nations. Indeed for all his mendacity and ideological awfulness Donald Trump is the least bad by far in this respect – the other 45 are all complicit in war crimes and racist mass murder.   America and Joe Biden are irrevocably stained with the blood of 16,000 murdered Palestinian children. Decent people around the World will urge and apply Boycotts, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) against child-killing Apartheid Israel, child-killing, pro-Apartheid America  and all people, parties, corporations and countries supporting these child-killing neo-Nazi states.

In my country, Australia, ruled by a Gaza Genocide-complicit, US lackey, pro-Apartheid  Israel and pro-Apartheid Labor Government, and with an even worse Coalition Opposition, decent people will (a) put Labor last  in Australia’s preferential voting system, and (b) demand that Australia leave the nuclear-armed and region- and world-destabilizing  AUKUS Alliance.
