Germany has a shocking 8-century history of involvement in pogroms and genocides that culminated in the Nazi Germany- imposed WW2 European Holocaust (30 million Jews, Slavs and Gypsies killed). Post-WW2 Germany was supposedly de-Nazified and repented of its horrific WW2 crimes. However in reality a neo-Nazi Germany became intimately involved in horrific US Alliance crimes, from the Afghan Holocaust to the ongoing Palestinian Genocide in Gaza.
These German crimes are systematically summarized below for the following periods: (A) pre-WW2 and WW2 crimes, (B) post-WW2 crimes (8 May 1944-6 October 2023) , and (C) the current genocide in Gaza (7 October 2023 onwards).
(A). Pre-WW2 German involvement in genocide and the WW2 European Holocaust.
In the 20th century a genocidally racist Germany was involved in horrendous genocidal colonial atrocities, namely (deaths from violence and imposed deprivation in brackets) the 1900s Namibian Genocide (0.1 million Namas and Hereros killed in German Southwest Africa in the first major genocide of the 20th century), the WW1 Armenian Genocide by German ally Turkey (1.5 million killed by being driven into the desert as in the Namibian Genocide, and leading Nazi leader Hitler to state: “Who remembers the Armenians?”), and the 1939-1945 lebensraum colonial genocides of Nazi Germany in Eastern Europe, notably the Jewish Holocaust (5-6 million killed), Polish Holocaust (6 million), Soviet Holocaust (27 million), and the European Holocaust (30 million Slavs, Jews and Roma killed). By initiating WW2 with the invasion of Poland, Germany was indirectly complicit in the horrendous deaths in the Eastern Theatre of WW2 involving 35-40 million Chinese deaths in the WW2 Chinese Holocaust under the Japanese in 1937-1945 (Japan being allied with Nazi Germany in the period 1941-1945) and the “forgotten” WW2 Bengali Holocaust (WW2 Indian Holocaust, WW2 Bengal Famine; 6-7 million Indians deliberately starved to death for strategic reasons in Bengal, Assam, Bihar and Odisha in 1942-1945 by the British with food-denying Australian complicity) [1-6]. Of these horrendous events only the WW2 Jewish Holocaust (5.6 million Jews killed by violence and imposed deprivation) [7-9] is prominent in public perception in the holocaust-ignoring West.
The horrendous and genocidal 20th century German anti-Jewish anti-Semitism (5-6 million Jews killed in the Nazi Germany-imposed WW2 Jewish Holocaust) [7-9] was not an isolated German aberration – it had its roots in horrific earlier German atrocities. Thus when the Black Death struck Europe in the 14th century, killing about 25 million people or about half the population (in Eurasia in general some 75-200 million people died) [2], Germans and other West Europeans blamed the Jewish minority for this catastrophe that had wiped out about half of the population. Nico Voigtländer and Hans-Joachim Voth: “In 320 towns that had Jewish settlements during the 14th century, nearly three quarter (73%) saw pogroms; 88 did not… In one case, we know more about what tipped the balance: Strasbourg. The city council originally refused to give credence to letters received, warning them of the danger of Jews poisoning the wells. A mob led by the tanner’s guild then deposed the ruling council. Its successor’s first act in office was to order the burning of Strasbourg’s Jews, over 2,000, on St. Valentine’s Day 1349. Here, it is clear what made the crucial difference — the willingness of a violent mob to effectively overthrow the established authorities in order to attack the Jewish minority” [10].
In the 18th century Frederick the Great (much admired by Hitler and the Nazis) had a hatred for Jews, Slavs and Gypsies, and under this proto-Nazi Jews were severely physically and economically persecuted in many ways [11], his violent hatred of subjugated Slavs predated the ethnic cleansing of Eastern Europe by the Nazis, and Gypsies were regarded as “vermin” to be killed. The West has elevated Frederick the Great as a lover of music and philosophy [12].
En passant, my Jewish Hungarian forebears fled to Hungary from the brutalities of Prussian-occupied Poland in circa 1800. They were given the surname “Pollak” (meaning “from Poland”) by the Austro-Hungarian border officials but my great grandfather Hungarified this to Pólya (pronounced poy-yah in Hungarian as compared to poy-yack for Pollak) to evade massive anti-Jewish exclusion) but nevertheless our wider family was decimated by the Nazis in the Jewish Holocaust in Hungary in 1944-1945. I was born in 1944 in Australia but have not received Acknowledgement, Apology or Amends from the neo-Nazi Germans and 2 large family homes in Budapest and their contents have not been returned [13].
It should be noted that Zionists in Europe and Zionist terrorists in Palestine collaborated with Nazi Germany before and during WW2. Nazi Germany and the genocidal Zionists had a common objective of removing Jews from Europe. Zionists contributed to the death toll of Jews by opposing Jewish refugees going anywhere other than Palestine.
(B). Post-WW2 neo-Nazi German complicity in genocide and the Palestinian Genocide (8 May 1945-6 October 2023).
Notwithstanding well-publicized post-WW2 German repentance and reparations for WW2 atrocities, a neo-Nazi Germany was complicit in (1) US war crimes and genocide in the post-WW2 era, and (2) war crimes and genocide by neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel against the Indigenous Palestinians.
(i). Neo-Nazi German complicity in US Alliance crimes.
For 2 decades I described a repentant Germany as following a post-WW2 CAAAA (C4A) protocol involving Cessation of the crimes, Acknowledgement of the crimes, Apology and Amends for the crimes and Assertion “never again to anyone”. I argued that the Western imperial powers should adopt the same protocol in relation to all their colonial crimes and indeed to their post-WW2 crimes as allies of a rampant US that used Germany as a major military base for its global military operations.
War is the penultimate in racism and genocide the ultimate racist atrocity. In the 21st century direct German involvement as a part of NATO in the Afghan Holocaust and Afghan Genocide (7million Afghan deaths from violence and imposed deprivation) and less direct but nevertheless significant involvement in the Iraqi Holocaust and Iraqi Genocide as a key ally of neo-Nazi America (5 million deaths from violence and deprivation) made it clear that a renewed neo-Nazi Germany had discarded the C4A protocol, reverting to a war-making and war criminal modus operandi as part of a serial war criminal and genocidal US Alliance. One notes that since WW2 the US has invaded 52 countries [1-6, 14, 15]. As recently as 2019 Germany (as well as the US, UK, Canada and Australia) refused the Iraqi Parliament’s demand that it remove its forces from Iraq [16].
(ii). Neo-Nazi German complicity in neo-Nazi Apartheid Israeli crimes.
(1). German reparations helped establish Apartheid Israel. After WW2 Germany was subject to de-Nazification by the victorious Allies. German guilt over the WW2 Jewish Holocaust (if not over other WW2 Holocausts) led to massive reparations to Jewish survivors with large sums also used to help establish the highly militarized, race-based settler colonial state of Israel. Thus German payments to Apartheid Israel until 1987 amounted to about 14 billion dollars (equivalent to $36.5 billion in 2022 dollars) [17]. US, UK, French and German assistance led to Israel becoming a nuclear-armed, highly militarized, genocidally racist, serial war criminal and grossly human rights–abusing, neo-Nazi Apartheid rogue state.
(2). German commitment to Israeli security as Germany’s Staatsräson ( “reason of state”, “raison d’être”). However with hindsight it is now apparent that West Germany had adopted a neo-Nazi stance in the years following the end of WW2 by fervent support for the race- and genocide-based settler-colonial state of neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel. German guilt over the WW2 Jewish Holocaust (5-6 million Jews killed through violence and imposed deprivation [7-9]) led to West German commitment to Israeli security as Germany’s Staatsräson ( “reason of state”) and a cornerstone of German foreign policy i.e. Germany regards Israeli security as crucially linked to German national interest. Former Chancellor Angela Merkel used the term Staatsräson when addressing the Knesset, the Apartheid Israeli parliament, in 2008 [18, 19].
(3). German non-recognition of the State of Palestine. Despite this appallingly genocidal German record, in 1965 West Germany recognised the State of Israel, the state of the genocidally racist colonizers and based on the Nazi-style ethnic cleansing of Palestine, but still refuses to recognize the State of Palestine, the State of the Indigenous Palestinians [20]. The foundation of Israel in 1948 was associated with the mass expulsion of 800,000 Indigenous Palestinians (60% of the Indigenous Palestinian population) in the Nakba (Catastrophe). After Israeli acquisition of nuclear weapons by the middle 1960s (another reason for the neo-Nazi Germans to fervently support neo-Nazi Israel) in 1967 Israel seized all of Palestine plus bits of Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and Egypt, with the lebensraum mass expulsion of a further 400,000 Arabs in the Naksa, or Setback. In the last 6 months neo-Nazi Germany-backed, neo-Nazi, Jewish Israeli-run Apartheid Israel has displaced 2 million Palestinians from their homes in the ongoing Gaza Genocide – the third mass Palestinian population transfer by neo-Nazi Germany-backed Apartheid Israel.
(4). Holocaust-inflicting Germany is complicit in the century-long and Zionist-imposed Palestinian Genocide and Palestinian Holocaust. Nazi Germany was responsible for the WW2 European Holocaust (30 million Slavs, Jews and Gypsies killed). However through its massive and fervent support for neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel Germany is deeply complicit in the century-long Palestinian Genocide and Palestinian Holocaust (2 million killed through violence, 0.1 million, and imposed deprivation, the remainder). The deaths from violence and imposed deprivation in the Palestinian Holocaust ( 2 million) [21-27] are of the same order of magnitude as Jewish deaths from deaths from violence and imposed deprivation in the WW2 Jewish Holocaust ( 5-6 million [7-9]. It should be noted that “holocaust” implies a huge number of deaths, whereas “genocide” is defined by Article 2 of the UN Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Genocide thus: “In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such: (a) Killing members of the group; (b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group; (c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part; (d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group; (e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.” Article 3 states: “The following acts shall be punishable:(a) Genocide; (b) Conspiracy to commit genocide; (c) Direct and public incitement to commit genocide; (d) Attempt to commit genocide; (e) Complicity in genocide” [28, 29]. Despite overwhelming support for Apartheid Israel among Mainstream media and politicians in Zionist-perverted America, a recent poll found that 35% of Americans believe Israel is committing genocide in Gaza [30].
(5). Apartheid Israel backed neo-Nazi and pro-Nazi Germany Apartheid South Africa. Apartheid Israel had supported explicitly neo-Nazi Apartheid South Africa to the extent of enabling it to acquire nuclear weapons. Indeed many Afrikaaner Apartheiders were imprisoned as Nazi sympathisers during WW2. Politicians, corporations and countries (like Germany) that support Apartheid Israel are inescapably supporting the evil crime of Apartheid and are thus racist pariahs unfit for dealings with decent Humanity. After the 1960 Sharpeville Massacre by Apartheid South Africa (69 killed, 189 wounded) an indignant World applied comprehensive commercial, cultural and sporting bans and sanctions on Apartheid South Africa and its supporters until the final fall of Apartheid in South Africa by 1994 [2].
(6). Neo-Nazi Germany voted No to the annual UN General Assembly (UNGA) Anti-Nazi Resolution. Germany firmly established its neo-Nazi credentials in disgracing itself by Abstaining from the annual UNGA Anti-Nazi Resolution in 2021 and then joining the US, Ukraine and most US Alliance countries in voting No to the UNGA Anti-Nazi Resolution in 2022 [31-33]. Of course neo-Nazi Germany was not alone in voting No to the annual UNGA Anti-Nazi Resolution in 2022 – most of the US Alliance also voted No, notably the US, Ukraine, UK, Canada, New Zealand, and neo-Nazi, new Vichy France [33]. Apartheid Israel voted Yes for about 6 million obvious reasons. Nazi is as Nazi does, and neo-Nazi is as neo-Nazi does.
(7). Neo-Nazi Germany fervently supported neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel at the UN. Neo-Nazi Germany has been complicit in the Palestinian Genocide in numerous ways as set out in this essay, not least by supporting Apartheid Israel at the UN and on UN committees. Out of 76 years of neo-Nazi German support for neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel, numerous examples can be given. Thus, after over 40,000 Palestinians were killed by Jewish Israelis in Gaza including over 15,000 children, the UN Human Rights Council recently voted for an international arms embargo on Apartheid Israel; this was of course opposed by neo-Nazi America and neo-Nazi Germany who are the main arms supplier to this genocidally racist state [34].
(8). Germany supports Apartheid Israel despite 52 Zionism- and Apartheid Israel-Nazi Germany points of comparison. The cruel and genocidal oppression of the Indigenous Palestinians by nuclear terrorist, racist Zionist-run and genocidally racist Apartheid Israel invites comparison with the cruelties of Nazi Germany. However such comparisons made by anti-racist Jewish and non-Jewish humanitarians invite false and defamatory Zionist assertions of racism and anti-Semitism. To counter this, I published a detailed and documented list of 52 Zionist- and Apartheid Israeli-Nazi Germany comparisons. This 52-item list of appalling abuses and human rights violations by genocidally racist, Nazi-style and neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel, its leaders and its supporters compels qualitative and quantitative comparisons with the conduct of genocidally racist Nazi Germany before and during WW2, and with racist fascists, fascoids, and neo-Nazis in general [35].
(9). Germany supplied Apartheid Israel with 5 submarines to carry Israeli nuclear-armed missiles. Germany supplied submarines to carry Israeli nuclear weapons. Even though Germany was a pre-WW2 leader in physics, fortunately Nazi Germany did not win the race to develop nuclear weapons (the theme of the recent, award-winning film “Oppenheimer” ). However after Apartheid Israel developed nuclear weapons by the middle 1960s (and helped neo-Nazi Apartheid South Africa to do likewise) the US became increasingly subordinate to a nuclear terrorist Apartheid Israel. Victor Gilinsky (a physicist and formerly a commissioner of the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission during the Ford, Carter, and Reagan administrations) in the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists (2017): “But the real scandal is that Germany supplies the submarines at all, and does so through a loophole in the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT). Everyone who pays attention to the subject understands that the [5] submarines are built to carry long-range Israeli cruise missiles armed with nuclear weapons… By providing Israel with strategic submarines, Germany has given that non-NPT member an essentially invulnerable capacity to strike anywhere in Europe, North Africa, or the Middle East with nuclear weapons” [36].
(10). A terracidal Germany threatens Humanity and supports neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel by rejecting the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW). Neo-Nazi Germany, not content with killing 30 million people in the WW2 European Holocaust, is intimately involved in US as well as Apartheid Israeli nuclear terrorism that existentially threatens all of Humanity. Thus according to the Nobel Prize-winning ICAN (International Campaign Against Nuclear Weapons) Germany has not yet signed or ratified the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW). Germany is one of five NATO members to host US nuclear weapons on its territory as part of a nuclear-sharing agreement. The German air force is assigned approximately 15 B61 nuclear bombs, which are deployed at the Büchel air base” [37]. According to ICAN Germany-armed and genocidally racist Apartheid Israel has 90 nuclear weapons, has not signed up to the TPNW, and in 2022 spent $1.2 billion on its nuclear forces [38]. Neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel collaborated with neo-Nazi Apartheid South Africa in development of nuclear weapons; South Africa disposed of its weapons with the fall of Apartheid. Thus ICAN: “In 1994, the International Atomic Energy Agency confirmed that South Africa had dismantled one partially completed nuclear weapon and six completed weapons” [39]. One of the world’s greatest minds, theoretical physicist Stephen Hawking, on the existential; threat from nuclear weapons: “We see great peril if governments and societies do not take action now to render nuclear weapons obsolete and to prevent further climate change” [40].
(11). Germany is a major arms supplier to neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel. As of 2 November 2023, Germany had approved the export of $323 million worth of defence equipment to Israel in 2023. By way of comparison, $34 million in defence exports to Israel were approved in 2022, with 185 out of 218 export permits granted after the 7 October Breakout from the Gaza Concentration Camp. Total German defence exports totalled $9.3 billion in the first 9 months of 2023 [41]. The US and Germany supply about 99% of all arms imported into Israel, according to the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI), with neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel importing 69% from the US and 30% from Germany in 2019-2023 [34, 41].
(l2). Nazi is as Nazi does: Despite neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel’s appalling human rights abuses, international law violations and war criminal record it is fervently supported by neo-Nazi Germany and the neo-Nazi US Alliance. This is what neo-Nazi Germany and the serial war criminal neo-Nazi US Alliance fervently support: The 15 million mostly impoverished and sorely oppressed Indigenous Palestinians include 7 million Exiled Palestinians (forbidden from returning to the homeland continuously inhabited by their forebears for millennia), 5.6 million Occupied Palestinians (highly abusively imprisoned without human rights, including the right to vote for the government ruling them, for 56 years in West Bank ghettoes and the blockaded and bombed Gaza Concentration Camp), and the 2.1 million Israeli Palestinians ( able to vote for the government ruling them but subject to 65 Nazi-style, race-based discriminatory laws). Poverty kills and the per capita GDP is $1,000 for Gazans, $3,500 for Occupied Palestinians, and $55,500 for Israelis. Neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel rejects International law, violating a dozen major International Laws and Conventions, in particular the UN Genocide Convention, the Fourth Geneva Convention, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). 2 million Palestinians have died from violence (0.1 million) and imposed deprivation in the century-long Palestinian Genocide as compared to about 5,000 Zionist invaders killed by Palestinians over the same period, an Indigenous/Invader Death Ratio of 2,000,000/5,000 = 400. Nazi leader and mass murderer Adolph Hitler ordered an Occupied/Occupier Reprisals Death Ratio of 10 that was effected in the Ardeatine Massacre in Rome in 1944. In the 15 years prior to the 7 October Breakout the Reprisals Death Ratio in Gaza was 21. Nazi is as Nazi does [27].
(C). Neo-Nazi Germany complicity in the Jewish Israeli-imposed Palestinian Genocide in Gaza, 7 October 2023 onwards.
(1). German diplomatic support for neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel. After the Palestinian Outbreak from the Gaza Concentration Camp on 7 October 2023, neo-Nazi Germany was second only to neo-Nazi America in diplomatic support for genocidally racist, neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel. Thus, for example, Chancellor Olaf Scholz in a speech to the Bundestag, Germany’s lower house of parliament (8 December 2023): “We condemn the terrorists and we say very clearly, Israel has the right under international law to defend its citizens against such acts of barbarism. The safety in Israel and for Israel must be restored, and that is why Israel must have the capacity to defend itself. At the moment there is only one place for Germany, the place, side by side with Israel. This is what we mean when we say the security of Israel is Germany’s raison d’être [Staatsräson]… [to Palestinian Authority leader Mahmoud Abbas] I say, your silence is a disgrace and all our development cooperation with Palestinians will be re-examined, and we will see how our projects can support peace in the region and support the security of Israel. Until this review is completed, we will not provide any new development cooperation funds” [42].
(2). Germany blindly accepts the manifestly false Jewish Israeli “official version” of 7 October involving an alleged “Hamas massacre”. Yet prize-winning Western writers Chis Hedges, Jonathan Cook and John Meersheimer and many others have disputed this version and adduced evidence that the Israelis knew of the Outbreak plan 12 months before it happened, despite world-leading Israeli intelligence and incarceration and surveillance technology that it sells to the World [43, 44]. The Jewish Israelis claim to have killed 1,500 Palestinian fighters in Israel on 7 October but that 1,200 Israeli were killed by Palestinians. However the Israelis (properly Jewish Israelis because 99% of the Israeli Defence Force (IDF) are Jewish Israelis under Apartheid Israel’s Nazi-style, Nuremberg-style, race-based laws) responded to the Outbreak with tank shelling and hell-fire missiles from helicopter gunships, and there is considerable evidence that the destruction and incineration of vehicles, buildings and of people (Israeli and Palestinian) occurred due to such high explosive firepower and not due to Palestinian small arms fire. Indeed deaths in a fire-zone are proportional to fire-power, and on that account most Israeli deaths on 7 October would have been caused by the 99% Jewish IDF [45]. The Zionists are genocidally racist and pathologically mendacious. It is very likely that the 7 October event was deliberately planned by Apartheid Israel and used to justify the subsequent horrendous genocide and the destruction of an urban area for 2.3 million people, and one of the oldest cities in the world. Gaza joins a list of cities largely destroyed in living memory that includes Hamburg, Berlin, Dresden (Germany), Warsaw (Poland), Stalingrad (Russia), Caen (France), Nanjing (China), Tokyo, Hiroshima, Nagasaki (Japan), Haiphong (Vietnam, 1946), Hue (Vietnam, 1968), Ch’osan, Hoeryong, Huich’o, Kanggye , Kointong, Manp’ochin , Namsi , Sakchu (Korea), Fallujah, Mosul (Iraq). If one considers that major US corporations had a key role in the rise of Nazism and militarism in pre-WW2 Germany, then the American Establishment (post-WW2, the US “military-industrial complex”) was complicit in nearly all of these atrocities.
(3). Germany supplies arms for Apartheid Israel’s Gaza Genocide. As reported by the Washington Post (5 April 2024): “The United States and Germany supply roughly 99 percent of all arms imported to Israel, according to an analysis published in March by the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI). By SIPRI’s estimates, Israel imported 69 percent of its arms from the United States and 30 percent from Germany from 2019 to 2023… Both President Biden and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz expedited arms shipments for Israel after the Oct. 7 attacks on the country that left 1,200 dead…. The United States has been the most significant supporter of Israel’s military by far, providing [3.8] billions of dollars of aid annually. Most of it falls under the Foreign Military Financing program, which provides grants to purchase U.S. military goods and services. German arms exports to Israel surged tenfold last year compared with 2022, hitting $354 million. Of that, roughly $22 million was offensive weapons, including 3,000 portable antitank weapons and 500,000 rounds of ammunition for machine guns, submachine guns, or other fully automatic or semiautomatic firearms. Most exports were approved after Oct. 7. The German government’s unflinching support is based on the notion that Israel’s security and right to exist are part of Germany’s historical responsibility and “reason of state,” a formulation first used by Angela Merkel in 2008” [34].
(4). Neo-Nazi Germany opposed repeated South African complaints to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) over Apartheid Israeli-imposed Genocide in Gaza. South Africa had experienced neo-Nazi Apartheid for 56 Years (1948-1994) . Indeed the worst colonial atrocity in Southern Africa was the proto-Nazi Germany-imposed Namibian Genocide in the 1900s [2]. South Africa made a formal complaint tothe ICJ over Apartheid Israeli genocide in Gaza. The ICJ has not yet ruled on whether Israel has breached international law in Gaza, but in January 2024 it ordered Israel to “take all measures” to prevent genocide in Gaza. South Africa thence made a further formal complaint to the ICJ accusing Israel of committing genocide in Gaza and warning of a dire famine emergency: “The threat of all-out famine has now materialised. The court needs to act now to stop the imminent tragedy by immediately and effectively ensuring that the rights it has found are threatened under the Genocide Convention are protected” [46, 47]. Neo-Nazi Germany opposed South Africa’s formal complaint about Israeli genocide in Gaza to the ICJ and further opposed South Africa’s subsequent submission for the ICJ to stop ongoing Jewish Israeli-imposed genocide in Gaza.Neo-Nazi Germany has gone out of its way to weigh in against South Africa at the ICJ. Stefan Tolman (15 January 2024): “On 29 December 2023, South Africa instituted proceedings against Israel in the International Court of Justice (ICJ) accusing Israel of breaches of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide (Genocide Convention) in the Gaza Strip. In particular, it accused Israel of failing to prevent genocide and committing genocide in manifest violation of the Genocide Convention. South Africa also applied to the ICJ for the indication of provisional measures, asking the Court, inter alia, to order Israel to ‘immediately suspend its military operations in and against Gaza.’ On 3 January 2024, the Court scheduled hearings on the request for provisional measures, set to take place on 11 and 12 January 2024. Germany rejected the genocide charges brought against Israel by South Africa… Irrespective of whether Germany will succeed in its legal endeavour to support Israel in this case, the political fallout from and the political cost of this intervention are already immense. Many States, especially in the global south, will see the German intervention as yet another example of double standards in international law” [48].
(5). Nicaragua has complained to the International Court of Justice ICJ) over Germany complicity in genocide in Gaza through supplying arms to genocidal Apartheid Israel. Neo-Nazi Germany is addressing the Nicaraguan ICJ complaint by defending its supply of arms to Apartheid Israel during the genocidal Israeli assault on Gaza. Carlos Jose Francisco Arguello Gomez (Nicaraguan Ambassador to The Netherlands and leader of Nicaragua’s delegation: “Serious breaches of international humanitarian law…including genocide, are taking place in Palestine… being committed openly… The case before us involves momentous events affecting the lives and wellbeing of hundreds of thousands of people, and even the destruction of an entire people” [49].
(6). German lawyers have filed a complaint with the federal prosecutor against senior German politicians over complicity in the Gaza Genocide. German lawyers representing families of two Palestinians with roots in the Gaza Strip, including that of Palestinian-German migration scholar Nora Ragab, have filed a criminal complaint with the German federal prosecutor against members of the weapons export-approving Federal Security Council including Chancellor Olaf Scholz, Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock, Economics Minister Robert Habeck, and Finance Minister Christian Lindner, accusing them of aiding and abetting Israel’s Gaza Genocide. The European Legal Support Center, the Palestine Institute for Public Diplomacy and the UK-based Law for Palestine are among the civil society organisations backing the filing of this criminal. complaint with the German federal prosecutor [50].
(7). Neo-Nazi Germany suppresses pro-Palestinian human rights activists. The neo-Nazi German “Besondere Aufbauorganisation” (BAO) task force, which is part of the Landeskriminalamt (LKA) (the police intelligence centre) conducts surveillance on “left-wingers” and “foreign ideologies”, including communist groups and pro-Palestine groups. Anti-racist Jewish Germans have been arrested and Palestinians beaten by these neo-Nazi government thugs. The phrase “From the river to the sea Palestine will be free” (i.e. human rights for all in Palestine) has been banned by neo-Nazi Germany [51].
(8). In support of US, UK, France and Apartheid Israeli nuclear terrorism Germany still rejects the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW). Notwithstanding its appalling record of mass destruction in WW2, neo-Nazi Germany hosts weapons of mass destruction and still rejects the TPNW that prohibits States Parties from supporting the manufacture, deployment and use of nuclear weapons “in any way” [52, 53]. The sheer moral degeneracy and genocidal racism of Apartheid Israel makes it likely that it will follow the example of neo-Nazi America and actually use nuclear weapons. Thus Itzhak Yaakov was an Israeli engineer and brigadier general in charge of development of an Israeli nuclear bomb that was to be detonated in the Egyptian Sinai Peninsular as a demonstration if the 1967 War did not go as planned. He was later punished when he revealed this secret. Itzhak Yaakov: “Doomsday operation… Look, it was so natural. You’ve got an enemy, and he says he’s going to throw you to the sea. You believe him. How can you stop him?” You scare him. If you’ve got something you can scare him with, you scare him… [the plan] was to create a new situation on the ground, a situation which would force the great powers to intervene, or a situation which would force the Egyptians to stop and say, ‘Wait a minute, we didn’t prepare for that.’ The objective was to change the picture” [54, 55]
(9). Neo-Nazi Germany heavily influences Western inaction over the Gaza Genocide as a key member of the pro-Apartheid Israel, holocaust-ignoring and anti-Semitic International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA). The all-European IHRA is a Zionist entity that is designed to support neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel by falsely defaming its anti-racist critics. Thus the IHRA Definition of Anti-Semitism is anti-Jewish anti-Semitic and anti-Arab anti-Semitic (by falsely defaming anti-racist Jewish, Palestinian, Arab, and Muslim critics of the crimes of racist Zionism and Apartheid Israel) and holocaust-denying (by ignoring all WW2 holocausts other than the WW2 Jewish Holocaust (5-6 million killed), namely (deaths from violence and imposed deprivation in brackets) the WW2 Polish Holocaust (6 million), WW2 Soviet Holocaust (27 million), WW2 European Holocaust (30 million Slavs, Jews and Roma killed), WW2 Chinese Holocaust (35-40 million killed under the Japanese, 1937-1945), and the WW2 Bengali Holocaust (WW2 Indian Holocaust, WW2 Bengal Famine; 6-7 million Indians deliberately starved to death for strategic reasons by the British with food-denying Australian complicity) [2]. All Nazi Germany’s WW2 allies are members of the all-European IHRA as are all the Western European countries involved in centuries of slavery and genocidal colonialism, nearly all members of nuclear terrorist NATO, all 4 Western nuclear powers (UK, France, US and Apartheid Israel), and genocide- and holocaust-complicit Australia. Over 40 anti-racist Jewish organizations have condemned the IHRA Definition of Anti-Semitism [56, 57].
(10). 8 decades after the end of WW2 neo-Nazi Germany is still intimately involved in appalling anti-Semitic crimes, this time in Palestine and the Arab Middle East against Semitic Arabs. The Jewish Israelis running Apartheid Israel (and also having a disproportionately huge political influence in the West) are mostly non-Semitic Ashkenazi Jews (like myself). Ashkenazi Jews descend from non-Semitic Turkic Khazar converts to Judaism in Khazaria (southern Russia) in the 9th century CE [58-63]. Indeed I come from a very famous Ashkenazi Jewish Hungarian family (ask any mathematician or surgeon) and had my DNA tested: I was 57% Ashkenazi Jewish with zero Middle Eastern contribution (another family member had very similar results). In contrast, the sorely oppressed Indigenous Palestinians are indubitably Semitic. The Jewish Israelis mostly descend from Arab, Yemeni, Berber and Khazar converts to Judaism, whereas the descendants of the Jewish and non-Jewish Palestinians at the time of Jesus are the sorely oppressed Indigenous Palestinians [61].
Outstanding anti-racist Jewish American scholar Professor Bertell Ollman (NYU): “An all out struggle against Zionism by Jews, therefore, is also the most effective way to fight against real anti-Semitism. Furthermore, if Zionism is indeed a particularly virulent form of nationalism and, increasingly, of racism and if Israel is acting toward its captive minority in ways that resemble more and more how the Nazis treated their Jews, then we must also say so. For obvious reasons, the Zionists are very sensitive about being compared to the Nazis (not so sensitive that it has restrained them in their actions but enough to bellow “unfair” and to charge “anti-Semitism” when it happens). Yet, the facts on the ground, when not obscured by one or another Zionist rationalization, show that the Zionists are the worst anti-Semites in the world today, oppressing a Semitic people as no nation has done since the Nazis” [64, 65]. Moshe Menuhin (father of famed Yehudi Menuhin): “Jews should be Jews – not Nazis” [65]. Likewise famed anti-racist Jewish Canadian writer Naomi Klein: “There is a debate among Jews – I’m a Jew by the way. The debate boils down to the question: “Never again to everyone, or never again to us?”… [Some Jews] even think we get one get-away-with-genocide-free card…There is another strain in the Jewish tradition that say[s], “Never again to anyone”” [65]. Naomi Klein signed a letter together with famed writers Tariq Ali, John Berger, Noam Chomsky, Eduardo Galeano, Harold Pinter, Arundhati Roy, José Saramago, and Howard Zinn on the occasion of the 2006 devastation of Gaza and Lebanon by the Apartheid Israeli military machine and that stated in part: “Each provocation and counter-provocation is contested and preached over. But the subsequent arguments, accusations and vows, all serve as a distraction in order to divert world attention from a long-term military, economic and geographic practice whose political aim is nothing less than the liquidation of the Palestinian nation” [65]. The genocidally racist, neo-Nazi Zionists want the land of Palestine and then some, but don’t want the Indigenous inhabitants.
(11). Except for the Left, German politicians overwhelmingly support neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel in its Gaza Massacre. Thus The Guardian reported (October 2023): “The far-right, anti-immigration Alternative für Deutschland [AfD] has declared itself a “major all-German party” after winning its biggest ever vote share in a western German state. The AfD, once seen as a party most relevant to post-communist eastern states, won 18.4% of the vote on Sunday in the powerhouse state of Hesse, around Frankfurt, and came second only to the Christian Democratic Union (CDU). In Bavaria it came third, behind the rightwing populist Freie Wähler (Free Voters) party. Alice Weidel, the co-leader of the AfD, said the gains were a breakthrough moment, showing that “AfD is no longer an eastern phenomenon, but has become a major all-German party. So we have arrived.” The three parties that make up the coalition government of the chancellor, Olaf Scholz – his Social Democrats, the Greens and the pro-business FDP [Freie Demokratische Partei, Free Democratic Party] – received a drubbing in the two elections, with the FDP failing to get into parliament in Bavaria” [66]. Johannes Stern (10 January 2024): “The current trips to the Middle East by Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock and Economics Minister Robert Habeck (both Greens) underline two things above all: German imperialism is playing a key role in Israel’s genocide in Gaza and the preparations for a wider war against Iran and its allies in the region. And the former pacifists of the Greens are among the most aggressive warmongers” [67].
Present German voting intentions are as follows after the Jewish Israeli killing of 40,000 Palestinians, 15,000 of them children (22 March 2024): Christian Democrats (CDU/CSU, Christian Democratic Union/ Christian Social Union coalition) 31%; Alternative for Germany (AfD) 18%; Social Democrats (SPD), 16%; Greens (Die Grunne) 13%; Sahra Wagenknecht Party (Bündnis Sahra Wagenknecht party, Sahra Wagenknecht Union, BSW)) 6%; Liberals (FDP) 4%; and Left Party (Die Linke) 3% [68]. The only light in the genocidal darkness of this new Nazi Germany comes from the new Left BSW (supposedly pro-worker but anti-refugee, anti-immigrant and Islamophobic) and the Left. Thus, Sahra Wagenknecht of the ostensibly pro-worker BSW (23 October 2023): “I strongly condemn the barbaric attacks on Israel, it is a big crime. Nevertheless, there is a need to de-escalate the situation now, one cannot do this with military means… The Middle East conflict cannot be resolved militarily, and of course, this conflict has a history. Gaza has been an open-air prison for many years… The Middle East conflict is again an example that shows that weapons and military actions will not bring calm to the tensions. On the contrary, there is a danger that many people will die, making the whole Middle East into a powder keg” [69].
Peter Schwartz of the World Socialist Web Site (WSWS) is nevertheless critical of the weakness of the Left and warns: “The German government is preparing for a third imperialist world war and is arming to a degree not seen since Hitler. It is waging war against Russia, supporting the genocide of the Palestinians in Gaza and helping the US to ignite a conflagration in the Middle East and prepare for a nuclear confrontation with China” [70].Likewise Josephine Valeske condemned the weakness of the German Left on the Gaza Genocide: “In November, after [Swedish climate activist] Greta Thunberg declared her support for Palestine, the German chapter of her Fridays for Future movement distanced itself from the climate activist… Carola Rackete, a leading candidate for the upcoming European parliamentary elections with the German leftist party Die Linke, said in an interview that she could understand the criticism of Thunberg. This fits with the party line of Die Linke, which has been notably silent on Gaza, apart from a few voices. According to Die Linke politician Christine Buchholz, the party’s current positioning “is absolutely inadequate, as it tries to maintain a balance between criticism of Israel and criticism of Hamas”” [71].
(12). Like the rest of the US Alliance, Neo-Nazi Germany blindly accepts the egregiously false narrative of genocidally racist, mendacious and neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel. After defeat of Nazi Germany on 8 May 1945 (my first birthday) many Germans would say that they didn’t know what was going on. Today German politicians from Left to Right know exactly what is going on in Gaza – it is a Germany-complicit, Jewish Israeli-imposed Gaza Genocide in which as of Day 160 over 40,000 Palestinians have been killed, including 15,000 children. The only flicker of decency among German politicians comes from an intimidated and pragmatic Left. 2 of the critically important Zionist lies accepted by Neo-Nazi Germany are (i) that Hamas massacred 1,200 Israelis on 7 October (most may actually have been killed by explosive ordnance in the IDF tank and helicopter gunship response), and (ii) that Israel has “a right to defend itself” while the assertdly “terrorist” Palestinians don’t (the UDHR and the UN Charter permit Occupied people to rebel, while an Occupier has no right of self-defence in a belligerently occupied territory) [72-74]. German and Western media massively lie by omission over the Gaza Genocide. Thus, for example, not reported by German and Western presstitutes, Apartheid Israel has been killing both aid workers and journalists at the rate of 1 per day for each group (whereas the Japanese killed Australian POWs at the rate of 0.5 per day in WW2). Generously assuming that all of the 1,200 Israelis killed on 7 October were killed by Palestinians then as of Day 160 (40,000 Palestinians killed since 7 October ) [75] the Occupied/Occupier Reprisals Death Ratio = 40,000/1,200 = 33 as compared to that of 10 ordered by Nazi mass murderer Adolph Hitler and effected in the 1944 Ardeatine Massacre in Rome (335 Italians executed in reprisal for 30 German troops killed in a Partisan ambush) [76]. Terrorism is as terrorism does. Nazi is as Nazi does. Neo-Nazi is as neo-Nazi does. Neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel is a terrorist state.
Final comments and conclusions.
The new Nazi Germany – neo-Nazi Germany – has comprehensively rejected the post-WW2 CAAAA (C4A) protocol in relation to the Jewish Israeli –imposed Gaza Genocide – neo-Nazi Germany (a) refuses to Cease its active support for the Jewish Israeli-imposed Gaza Genocide, (b) refuses to Acknowledge the crimes, (c) will not Apologize for the crimes, (d) won’t insist on Amends for the crimes , and (e) will not Assert “never again to anyone”. Indeed it is clear that post-war neo-Nazi Germany was utterly disingenuous and hypocritical in its supposed adoption of the Cessation, Acknowledgment, Apology, Amends and Assertion “never again to anyone” (CAAAA, C4A) protocol. Post-war de-Nazification of Germany was clearly insufficient and the World must for its own protection expose and sanction all Germans complicit in the Gaza Genocide.
Can a leopard change its spots? In the case of neo-Nazi Germany the answer is no. Indeed, perhaps by way of intentionally or unintentionally underscoring its morally degenerate and genocidal position of pro-Apartheid “Staatsräson”, neo-Nazi Germany has over 600 Leopard tanks armed and ready to do “Blitzkrieg” (lightning war) again against Untermenschen (assertedly under people, subhumans, less than human people). Except for not actually providing front-line German soldiers to take part in the ongoing mass murder of Palestinian children, mothers, women and men, neo-Nazi Germany is an international pariah through being comprehensively complicit in the Jewish Israeli-imposed Palestinian Genocide in the Gaza Concentration Camp (40,000 Palestinians killed over 6 months, 15,000 being children [75]).
The serial war criminal and malignantly evil US relentlessly provoked Russia in Eastern Europe over the 34 years since the fall of Communism. Nevertheless the Russian invasion of Ukraine was a war crime and the Western world responded with sanctions. Indeed Russia is excluded from the Eurovision Contest and its athletes cannot compete under the Russian flag at the Olympic Games. Apartheid South Africa was subject to 3 decades of globally-imposed commercial, cultural and sporting sanctions over human rights-denying Apartheid [2, 77]. However neo-Nazi Germany-backed Apartheid Israel is untouched by such sanctions for its genocidal crimes.
Of course neo-Nazi Germany is not alone in its complicity in the Gaza Genocide. Thus neo-Nazi America resolutely backs Apartheid Israel and supplies 69% of Israel’s weaponry imports as compared to Germany’s 30%. In an Orwellian obscenity re-election-concerned, geriatric child-killer Joe Biden threatens to constrain its huge bomb supplies if Apartheid Israel doesn’t permit more food into starving Gaza. Zionist-perverted and craven US lackey Australia is deeply complicit in the Gaza Genocide in 20 ways [26]. Australian Greens Senator Jordon Steele-John (Greens spokesperson for Foreign Affairs and Peace): “Instead of helping to end the violence, this [Australian Labor] government continues to sell military equipment to Israel, cut aid to Palestinians and refuses to back an International Court of Justice investigation. These actions are making our nation complicit in a genocide” [78]. The only MPs in the Federal Australian Parliament to support an immediate and permanent Ceasefire in Gaza have been the Greens, ex-Green Lidia Thorpe and the highly principled Independents Helen Haines and Andrew Wilkie.
Genocidally racist and neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel and its unforgivable, racist Western supporters besmirch the wonderful Jewish humanitarian tradition that includes wonderful contributors such as the Ten Commandments, Jesus’ “love thy neighbour as thyself”, Baruch Spinoza (a Father of the Enlightenment), and wonderful present-era Jewish scholars from Hannah Arendt to Howard Zinn. Likewise the neo-Nazi Germans besmirch the wonderful German contributors to civilization from Gottfried Leibnitz to Albert Einstein, from Heinrich Heine and Friedrich Schiller to Franz Kafka, Bertolt Brecht and Günter Grass, from Johann Sebastian Bach, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and George Frideric Handel to Johannes Brahms, Franz Schubert, Robert Schumann, Clara Schumann, Ludwig van Beethoven, Felix Mendelssohn, Anton Bruckner, Max Bruch, Gustav Mahler, Richard Wagner and Richard Strauss…
What can decent Humanity do to help stop the Apartheid Israeli Occupation and the genocidal killing in Gaza? Decent people must (a) inform everyone they can, and (b) urge and apply Boycotts, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) against neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel and all people, parties, politicians, collectives, corporations and countries supporting genocidal Apartheid Israel and hence the evil crime of Apartheid. In particular the World must apply BDS against the genocidally racist and neo-Nazi states of Germany, US, UK and Australia that are stand-outs in Western complicity in the unforgivable, ongoing, and Jewish Israeli-imposed Occupation and Palestinian Genocide in Gaza. We are all Palestinians.
