This submission to the newly established Australian National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) describes how the Zionist-subverted and US lackey Australian Labor Government (ALG) lies egregiously and corruptly to the People and Parliament against the interests of Australia and in the interests of (a) themselves and (b) Australia-violating Apartheid Israel and its fanatical lobbyists.
Outstanding anti-racist Jewish American journalist I.F. Stone (author of “The Hidden History of the Korean War”) famously told US journalism students: “Among all the things I’m going to tell you today about being a journalist, all you have to remember is two words: governments lie” [1, 2]. Governments lie but government lying in the interests of inimical foreign governments is generally regarded as treason. When such egregious falsehood results in huge personal and collective benefit one can reasonably refer to corrupt and traitorous lying.
Lying occurs in 2 major forms: lying by commission and lying by omission. Lying by omission is far, far worse than repugnant lying by commission because the latter at least permits public refutation and public debate (subject, of course, to censorship by vigilant Mainstream media gate-keepers) [3]. In Australia about 70% of daily newspaper readership has been captured by a US corporation. Massive and obsessive government secrecy (lying by omission) is typically assertedly “justified” on the basis of “national security”, “commercial in confidence” and “personal privacy” reasons.
As a result of public hearings before an Australian state anti-corruption commission a state premier resigned over receipt of a A$3,000 bottle of wine, and another state premier resigned for not wanting to know about a partner’s dealings. Now Australia has a Federal National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) and this present submission to the newly established NACC is about vastly more serious matters involving lying of a Federal government (the Australian Labor Government or ALG) in the interests of (a) members of the government, and (b) inimical foreign governments (i.e. potentially treason, one of the very worst of crimes).
Nobody likes to be deceived, and deceit, lying and spying in the interests of foreign powers is typically regarded as treason, among the worst of crimes, and punishable by the most draconian of penalties. Thus under Queen Elizabeth I of England treason was punished by torture, hanging, drawing and quartering with the traitor’s head stuck on a pike as a public warning. In 1946 Lord Haw Haw (William Joyce), a US-born German citizen, was hanged by the British for broadcasting for Nazi Germany in WW2. In these gentle times all that one can reasonably wish for is exposure of the truth.
Governments lie. Indeed Professors Edward Herman and Noam Chomsky went further in their seminal book “Manufacturing Consent” to describe Mainstream media in the US as mendacious agents of the US political Establishment [4]. Public lying has been with us since the earliest empires to consolidate the power of the princes and the priests. Thus in the first Big Lie of recorded history, Ramses II of Egypt was defeated by the Hittites at the Battle of Kadesh (in Syria in 1274 BCE) but returned to Egypt to order his servants to lavishly record a stunning Egyptian victory [5]. Indeed we expect governments to lie in wartime as in the massive deceptions employed up to the Allied invasion of Normandy, France, on D-Day in 1944 to help liberate Europe from genocidal Nazism.
Lying on behalf of foreign countries and against the interests of one’s own country is widely regarded as treason. However lying on behalf of an allied country (e.g. by Australia for the US or the UK) has now become de rigeur in the West, and indeed government lying per se has become not just common but so massive as to swamp what used to be the common decencies of liberal societies. Thus in 1963 high-ranking Tory politician, honoured war veteran, Secretary of State for War, Privy Councillor, and possible future PM, John Profumo, resigned from Parliament because he had lied to Parliament over his affair with Christine Keeler. In 1998 President Bill Clinton was impeached (and thence acquitted) for lying on oath about his affair with intern Monica Lewinsky. However jump just several years and we have the George W. Bush administration telling 935 lies about Iraq between 9/11 and the illegal invasion of Iraq in 2003. However it gets even worse when President Donald Trump uttered 30,000 lies and falsehoods in his 4 years as president (2017-2021) [6].
In Australia a decade of conservative rule by the dishonest, corrupt, racist and Trumpist Liberal Party-National Party Coalition ended in May 2022 with the election of the Australian Labor Government (ALG). However the outrageous and crude falsehoods of the previous government (set out succinctly in the book “Lies and Falsehoods” by Bernard Keane [6, 7]) were now replaced by the ostensibly more respectable standard deceits of the ALG, including those that benefited foreign states , notably the US, UK and Apartheid Israel.
Now Australia is linked militarily and spying-wise with the US and UK via the Australia-UK-US (AUKUS Alliance), and membership of the intelligence-sharing 5-Eyes Club (the US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, with US-backed Apartheid Israel being a covert member via the Zionist-subverted US) [8-15]. However as a craven lackey of Zionist-dominated America Australia must follow the rabidly racist Zionist line, and accept the most blatant of Zionist falsehoods. For Australian, Anglosphere and Western politicians to do otherwise is to be falsely and fatally smeared as an asserted “anti-Semite” by the Israel Lobby (Zionist Lobby) and removed from political office [16-23].
Thus outstanding Labor MP and human rights lawyer, Melissa Parke, was forced out of candidature in the 2019 Federal elections by false Zionist smearing [22]. Australian academics and journalists have been variously smeared, threatened, damaged, and censored for variously criticizing US wars and/or the crimes of Apartheid Israel, the honour list including the world’s most famous journalist Julian Assange (after 10 years still imprisoned in London for truth-telling), John Pilger, Wilfred Burchett, Alan Seymour, Mike Carlton, Scott McIntyre, Dr Sandra Nasr, Yassmin Abdel Magied, Essam Al Ghalib, Stan Grant, Melissa Parke, Shaoquett Moselmane,and Dr Jake Lynch [16-23]. Indeed notwithstanding authoring hundreds of carefully researched and referenced humanitarian articles and 8 huge books, in the last dozen years I have been made virtually invisible to Mainstream Australia by false Zionist defamation and Mainstream media gate-keepers. The politically correct racist (PC racist) Australian Labor Government (ALG) will punish repugnant public display of the Nazi swastika with lengthy imprisonment and huge fines, but in so doing is attempting to obscure its appalling neo-Nazi-style conduct in 6 key areas notably (1) voting No for the UNGA Anti-Nazi Resolution, (2) fervently backing the anti-Semitic IHRA, (3) fervently supporting neo-Nazi Apartheid Israel and hence repugnant neo-Nazi Apartheid, (4) funding the ongoing Palestinian Genocide, (5) no sorry for war crimes, and (6) terracidal nuclear and climate policies [14].
Apart from the decent Greens (individually and collectively) and some decent Labor backbenchers very few Labor politicians have dared to gainsay the mendacious, traitorous and genocidally racist Zionists, the most prominent decent Labor examples being Bob Carr (former New South Wales premier and former Foreign Minister) [16-19] and Gareth Evans (former Labor Foreign Minister) [20].
Former Labor Foreign Minister Gareth Evans (2023): “None of us in any party – not least my own – is oblivious to the formidable lobbying power of the Israeli support organisations in this country, nor of their ability to characterise even the most cautiously expressed critiques of Israel as savouring of unconscionable anti-semitism… But times are changing. Israel’s brand – long gradually diminishing, as its practices in the West Bank have been ever more credibly labelled as apartheid by internationally credible observers, from Jimmy Carter to Human Rights Watch – has been badly tarnished in recent times, here as elsewhere, by the extreme, overtly racist, right-wing extremism of the Netanyahu government… What unites me and [former Labor PM Bob] Hawke and [Bob] Carr, and a legion of other Labor figures going back to [Dr Herbert] Evatt, is not a belief that Israel should not exist, but that it should fully respect the rights of Palestinians to live alongside it in peace and dignity in a state of their own, and with the rights of dispossessed Palestinians appropriately acknowledged. Maybe recognising Palestine statehood will put at risk some of our strongest traditional sources of party fundraising. But sometimes those considerations just have to take second place to decency. It is not a bad principle in politics – when in doubt – to do the right thing simply because it’s the right thing to do” [20].
Put simply, the cowardly, racist, anti-Arab anti-Semitic, anti-Jewish anti-Semitic, mendacious and unprincipled ALG is locked into fervent support for Apartheid Israel and hence for the obscenity of Apartheid because (a) it is a craven lackey of Zionist-subverted America, (b) is scared of losing a major source of election funding, and (c) it is petrified that by doing the decent thing will invoke fervent, false and destructive defamation from mendacious, traitorous and genocidally racist Zionists fervently supporting Apartheid Israel.
Set out succinctly below is a catalogue of egregious Australian Labor Government (ALG) falsehoods uttered in the interests of (a) Labor politicians, and (b) Australia-violating Apartheid Israel and its fanatical and traitorous lobbyists (details in brackets):
(a). The ALG falsely denies the awful reality of Israeli Apartheid and opposes Boycotts, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) against Apartheid Israel (despite a century of an ongoing Palestinian Genocide including 2 mass population expulsion events in 1948 and 1967, today 7.5 million Indigenous Palestinians are over 50% of Israeli Subjects and Jewish Israelis merely 47%; scholars, former US President Jimmy Carter, Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, Israeli B’Tselem, Israeli Yesh Din and numerous humanitarian scholars condemn what they describe as Israeli Apartheid; 5.5 million Occupied Palestinian Subjects are denied all UDHR-specified human rights under highly abusive Israeli military rule: 2.2 million in the blockaded and bombed Gaza Concentration Camp and 3.3 million in impoverished West Bank ghettoes are excluded from voting for the government ruling them; 2 million Israeli Palestinians can vote but are subject to 60 Nazi-style, race-based discriminatory laws; 7 million Exiled Palestinians are excluded on pain of death from the land continuously inhabited by their forebears for millennia. Israeli Apartheid is less like non-genocidal exploitative South African Apartheid and more like the mercilessly genocidal racism of the British in the 19th century Australian Aboriginal Genocide, of the Argentinians in exterminating the Indigenous Argentinians in 19th century Argentina (to the extent that genocidal psychopath Theodor Herzl thought of making Argentina a Jewish State), and of the Nazi Germans in Slavic and Jewish eastern Europe in the 1940s. In short Zionism is genocidal racism in awful theory and horrible practice. Zionism is Nazism without gas chambers but with high technology weapons and war industries together with 90 nuclear weapons plus submarine-based, missile and bomber delivery systems [21-34]. Indeed famed anti-racist Jewish Canadian writer Naomi Klein: “There is a debate among Jews – I’m a Jew by the way. The debate boils down to the question: “Never again to everyone, or never again to us?… [Some Jews] even think we get one get-away-with-genocide-free card…There is another strain in the Jewish tradition that say[s],”’Never again to anyone.””; anti-racist Jewish scholar Moshe Menuhin (father of brilliant anti-racist Jewish musician Yehudi Menuhin): “Jews should be Jews – not Nazis”; and anti-racist Jewish American scholar Professor Bertell Ollman: “Yet, the facts on the ground, when not obscured by one or another Zionist rationalization, show that the Zionists are the worst anti-Semites in the world today, oppressing a Semitic people as no nation has done since the Nazis”) [25].
(b). The ALG falsely claims that assertions of Israeli apartheid diminish heroes in the fight against South African Apartheid (Ronnie Kasrils (Jewish anti-Apartheid hero): “Like the Gaza Strip, the West Bank is effectively a hermetically sealed prison. It is shocking to discover that certain roads are barred to Palestinians and reserved for Jewish settlers. I try in vain to recall anything quite as obscene in apartheid South Africa.”; Winnie Mandela: “Apartheid Israel can be defeated, just as apartheid in South Africa was defeated.” ; Nkosi Zwelivelile Mandela (South African MP and the grandson of Nelson Mandela): “On the 19th July 2018 the Knesset passed into law what we have always known to be the true character and reality of Israel: Israel is an apartheid state, period”; Nelson Mandela (anti-apartheid hero, former South African president and Nobel Peace Laureate): “Apartheid is a crime against humanity. Israel has deprived millions of Palestinians of their liberty and property. It has perpetuated a system of gross racial discrimination and inequality. It has systematically incarcerated and tortured thousands of Palestinians contrary to the rules of international law and waged war against a civilian population, in particular children”; Archbishop Desmond Tutu (South African anti-apartheid hero and Nobel Peace Laureate): “If you change the names, the description of what is happening in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank would be a description of what is happening in South Africa”; Dr Hendrik Verwoerd (South African prime minister, and the architect of South Africa’s racist apartheid policies): “Israel is not consistent in its new anti-apartheid attitude… they took Israel away from the Arabs after the Arabs lived there for a thousand years. In that, I agree with them. Israel, like South Africa, is an apartheid state” [24-26].
(c). The ALG falsely claims that Israel is a democracy (of 7.5 million Indigenous Palestinian Subjects of Apartheid Israel, 73% – the 5.5 million Occupied Palestinians – are excluded from voting for the government ruling them; 7 million Exiled Palestinians are violently excluded from the land continuously inhabited by their forebears for millennia; the Palestinian national liberation organization Hamas overwhelmingly won the 2006 Occupied Palestinian elections held under Israeli guns but was immediately declared a “terrorist organization” by the US, UK and Apartheid Israel, a declaration that the mendacious, racist, anti-Arab anti-Semitic and indeed anti-Jewish anti-Semitic ALG supports) [27].
(d). The ALG falsely refers to Israel as a “Jewish State” ( despite a century of an ongoing Palestinian Genocide including 2 mass population expulsion events in the 1948 Nakba or Catastrophe (800,000 expelled) and the1967 Naksa or Setback (400,000 expelled), today 7.5 million Indigenous Palestinians are over 50% of Israeli Subjects and Jewish Israelis merely 47%; the politically dominant Ashkenazi Jews – eastern European Jews (like me) – are not genetically related to the Jews of Palestine at the time of Jesus: they descend from non-Semitic, Turkic Khazar converts to Judaism in the 9th century in Southern Russia; the descendants of the Jews of Palestine at the time of Jesus are actually the sorely oppressed Indigenous Palestinians – the Jewish Israelis derive from Berber, Yemeni and Khazar converts to Judaism in the first millennium CE; the ALG claim is anti-Jewish anti-Semitic because decent anti-racist Jews say “not in my name” and utterly oppose and reject the genocidally racist invasion, devastation, subjugation and ethnic cleansing of the ancient land of Palestine and indeed of any other country) [27, 34].
(e). The ALG falsely claims that Israel and Australia have shared values e.g. “The Australian Labor Party’s support for Israel is as strong today as it was in 1949 when our friendship was founded on our shared democratic values and a common commitment to justice and to the rights, liberty and security of our citizens” ((i) Unlike Australia Apartheid Israel is not a one-person-one-vote democracy as set out in (c) above, and egregiously violates justice for, and the human rights, liberty and security of its presently over 50% majority Indigenous Palestinian Subjects as set out in (a) – (c) above [27, 34];
(ii) the GDP per capita is about $3,500 for Apartheid Israel’s impoverished and brutally subjugated Occupied Palestinian Subjects as compared to about $55,500 for the Apartheid Israeli Occupiers [35], evidence of gross Israeli violation of the Fourth Geneva Convention (the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War);
(iii) the life expectancy gap between Israelis and Occupied Palestinians is about 10 years [34];
(iv) Apartheid Israel grossly violates 14 major UN Conventions as well as violating numerous UNGA and UNSC resolutions [34];
(v) in relation to the Occupied Palestinian Territories Apartheid Israel leads the world in per capita killing of journalists [36] and is among world leaders in per capita killing of children [37];
(vi) 50% of Israeli children suffer physical, psychological and sexual abuse (17% for the latter as compared to 25% in Australia and 17.5% in the US )[38]; Occupied Palestinian children are traumatized by Israeli military violence, especially in the Gaza Concentration Camp;
(vii) 800,000 Palestinians have been imprisoned since 1967, including 10,000 children (presently 160 children are imprisoned) [39];
(viii) large-scale imprisonment of presently 1,100 Palestinians without charge [39];
(ix) torture, intimidation and blackmail of adult and child Palestinian prisoners [39, 40];
(x) out of about 15 million Indigenous Palestinians 8 million are refugees who represent about 10% of world refugees[41];
(xi) the WW1 onwards, century-long, and ongoing Palestinian Genocide has been associated with 2.2 million Palestinian deaths from violence, 0.1 million, and imposed deprivation, 2.1 million [27, 28, 34];
(xii) each year in the last 2 decades Israelis have violently killed about 500 Occupied Palestinians and a further 4,000 have died from imposed deprivation [27];
(xiii) property ownership is the core of our “common” political system but the Zionists destroyed 530 villages in the 1948 Nakba and since then 120 Palestinian mosques and 110.000 homes have been destroyed with home demolitions remorselessly continuing [34];
(xiv) the 2.2 million Occupied Palestinians in the Gaza Concentration Camp are subject to carefully calibrated bare survival under Israeli blockade and bombing [27, 34];
(xv) the Israelis are now ramping up even more deadly violence and destruction in the West Bank, notably in Al Quds (Jerusalem) and Jenin [42];
(xvi) the Occupied Palestinians are excluded from the human rights specified in all 30 Articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) [43, 44];
(xvii) the “lucky” Israeli Palestinians can vote (unlike their Occupied Palestinian brethren) but exist as Third Class citizens subject to 60 Nazi-style, racist and discriminatory laws [45, 46].
(f). The ALG falsely and endlessly claims to support the “international rules-based order” (Australia has supported all post-1950 US Asian wars, atrocities associated with 40 million Asian deaths from violence and war-imposed deprivation, and with Labor supporting all but the Vietnam War and the Iraq War; the ALG is second only to the US Government as a supporter of Apartheid Israel notwithstanding Israel violation of 14 major international conventions and numerous UNGA and UNSC Resolutions [27]; the major International Laws and Conventions grossly violated by Apartheid Israel include the following: the UN Charter, the UN Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide (UN Genocide Convention), the Rights of the Child Convention (United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child ), the UN Refugee Convention ( UN Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees), the Geneva Conventions, the International Criminal Court, the Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People, the International Convention on the Suppression and Punishment of the Crime of Apartheid, the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW), the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, numerous UNGA and UNSC Resolutions, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, the 1926 Slavery Convention or the Convention to Suppress the Slave Trade and Slavery, and the 2015 Paris Climate Agreement [27].
(g). The ALG egregiously deceived the Australian electorate by not implementing when elected Labor Party Policy to recognize Palestinian Statehood and to sign and ratify the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW) (the Labor Party has repeatedly in recent years supported recognition of Palestinian Statehood as official Labor Party policy but the cowardly, immoral, racist and Zionist-subverted ALG refuses to adopt this implicit election promise in deference to Apartheid Israel, the traitorous and ferocious Israel Lobby, and the Zionist-subverted US and UK; likewise the ALG has declined to meet a further implicit election promise and sign the TPNW, presumably because ratification would compromise intimate Australian military ties with the Zionist-subverted and nuclear terrorist states of the US, UK, France and Apartheid Israel; the Melbourne-founded International Campaign Against Nuclear Weapons (ICAN) brought great honour to Australia by being awarded the 2017 Nobel Peace Prize whereas the lying ALG deceit over the TPNW trashes Australia’s international reputation [47].
(h). ALG members and associates have been dishonestly complicit in the Zionist- and Israeli-backed political destruction of several leading Australian Labor politicians for supporting Palestinian human rights (outstanding Labor MP and human rights lawyer Melissa Parke, winner of the 2022 Jerusalem (Al Quds) Peace Prize, was forced to abandon her candidature in the 2019 elections due to Zionist defamation [22]; eminent MP Shaoquett Chaher Moselmane, the first Muslim member of the New South Wales Parliament, was persecuted, suspended, raided by security services, and eventually forced out of politics due in part to his support for Palestinian human rights [48]; Labor complicity in the political destruction of eminent Australian MPs by agents of Australia-violating Apartheid Israel is totally unacceptable violation of the 2018 Foreign Interference Legislation which criminalises foreign interference, and which strengthens Australia’s ability to successfully prosecute acts of espionage and covert and deceptive or threatening activities by persons intending to interfere with Australia’s democratic systems and processes, or support the intelligence activities of a foreign government [49].
(i). The ALG falsely refers to the WW2 Jewish Holocaust as “The Holocaust”, and ignores all other WW2 holocausts and indeed some 70 holocausts and genocides (deaths from violence and imposed deprivation are as follows for the major WW2 holocausts: WW2 Jewish Holocaust (5-6 million), WW2 Polish Holocaust (6 million), WW2 Roma Holocaust (1 million), WW2 European Holocaust (30 million Slavs, Jews and Roma killed), WW2 Soviet Holocaust (27 million), WW2 Chinese Holocaust (35-40 million, 1937-1945), WW2 Bengali Holocaust ( WW2 Indian Holocaust, WW2 Bengal Famine, 6-7 million Indians deliberately starved to death for strategic reasons in 1942-1945 by the British with food-denying Australian complicity) [50-53].
(j). The ALG falsely and obscenely supports Australian membership of the all-European, racist, and pro-Apartheid International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) (the ALG supports the all-European, racist, largely nuclear terrorism-complicit, anti-Jewish anti-Semitic, anti-Arab anti-Semitic, holocaust-ignoring, holocaust-denying, genocide-ignoring, genocide-denying, fervently pro-Apartheid Israel and hence pro-Apartheid International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA); the pro-Apartheid Israel IHRA has been used to falsely defame anti-racist Jewish and non-Jewish critics of Apartheid Israel, a notable victim being former UK Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn, the most anti-racist UK Labour leader ever; the IHRA has been condemned by over 40 anti-racist Jewish organizations; the IHRA is anti-Jewish anti-Semitic and anti-Arab anti-Semitic (by falsely defaming anti-racist Jewish, Palestinian, Arab and Muslim critics of Israeli Apartheid as “anti-Semitic”), and holocaust-ignoring and genocide-ignoring (by ignoring all genocides and holocausts other than the WW2 Jewish Holocaust); of the 35 members of the IHRA: (1) all are European; (2) the 5 located outside Europe (Argentina, Australia, ,Canada, Apartheid Israel, and the US) were all created based on genocide of the Indigenous People; (3) 9 members were part of the genocidal WW2 Nazi Germany Alliance; (4) 4 (the US, UK, France and Apartheid Israel) are nuclear terrorist states; (5) 28 belong to the 30-member nuclear-armed NATO that accepts mass incineration of billions of men, women and children as an acceptable military strategy; (6) 14 were notably involved in the brutal conquest and genocide of Indigenous non-European people over 5 centuries; (7) only 2 (Austria and Ireland) have had the moral decency to sign and ratify the Treaty for the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW); and (8) all but 3 shockingly voted No to the annual UNGA Anti-Nazi Resolution in 2022 that condemned Nazism, neo-Nazism and related racist obscenities [54].
(k). The UN and most countries correctly refer to the “Occupied Palestinian Territories” but the Orwellian ALG falsely refers to the “Palestinian Territories” (since 1967 – for 56 years – the UN and most countries refer to the horrendous reality of the Israeli-occupied West Bank, East Jerusalem and Gaza as the “Occupied Palestinian Territories” but the Zionist-subverted and US lackey ALG falsely refers to the “Palestinian Territories”, thus subtly removing any mention of the war criminal Occupation by Apartheid Israel in order to curry favour with traitorous domestic Zionists, Apartheid Israel and Zionist-subverted America (one third of Biden’s Cabinet are Jewish Zionists and the remainder are Christian Zionists) [55, 56]; the US Government, the US State Department, the ALG and thence the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) all refer to the “Palestinian Territories” in an utterly dishonest perversion of the brutal and war criminal reality).
(l). While fervently supporting war criminal Apartheid Israel, not least with egregious lying, the ALG pretends “balance” by espousing a now-impossible “2 state solution” to the “conflict” (over 90% of the land of Palestine has been ethnically cleansed of Indigenous Palestinians with a residuum including the Gaza Concentration Camp and ever-dwindling West Bank ghettoes or “Bantustans” separated by armed Israeli checkpoints; the home demolitions, land seizures, and ethnic cleansing are continuing; the genocidal racism of Zionism has been apparent in the genocidally racist public statements of Zionist leaders from Zionism founder Theodor Herzl “We shall try to spirit the penniless population across the border by procuring employment for it in the transit countries, while denying it employment in our country. The ALG while paying disingenuous lip-service to Indigenous Australians (who nevertheless remain horribly disadvantaged of course) has displayed racist double standards in dishonestly betraying Indigenous Palestinian human rights and Humanity in 85 ways (for a detailed analysis see Gideon Polya, “85 Ways Zionist Australian Labor Government Betrays Palestinian Human Rights & Humanity” [58]; by way of example, the ALG rightly condemns the war criminal Russian invasion of Ukraine but ignores Zionist occupation of Palestine and the territory of other countries, and condemns Palestinian self-defence as “terrorism” while supporting horrendously disproportionate Israeli violence as “Israel’s right to defend itself”; the ALG supports Australia-complicit high technology Israeli militarism and surveillance that is vilely pre-tested on 7.5 million Indigenous Palestinian Israeli Subjects [59]; the ALG disingenuously supports the rights of women and children while ignoring horrendous abuse of Australian women and children (subject to massive violence, sexual abuse and intellectual child abuse, the latter most notably of Jewish children in racist Zionist schools hugely backed by the ALG) [38], of Indigenous Australian women and children, and of horribly oppressed Indigenous Palestinians (about 50% are children, and about 75% women and children).
(n). The cowardly and US- and Zionist-subverted ALG traitorously and mendaciously ignores violation of Australians, Australian institutions, Australia and Australia’s neighbours by Apartheid Israel and the Zionist-subverted US and UK (the ALG ignores US sharing raw intelligence on Australians with Apartheid Israel, this acutely threatening the Israeli-subjugated relatives of Palestinian Australians in particular [60]; while repeatedly informed of these matters, the ALG resolutely ignores Australian involvement in 8 successful US-backed Coups, namely Laos (1960), Indonesia (1960-1965), Cambodia (1970), Chile (1973), Australia (1975), Fiji (1987), Fiji (2000), and Australia (2010), with Apartheid Israel involved in the last 3 [10, 11]; Israelis and their traitorous Zionists agents – including dual Australian and Israeli citizens – have variously been involved in threatening, intimidating, blackmailing, deceiving, bribing, censoring, defaming, tasering, shooting, mangling, bombing, killing, kidnapping, imprisoning, robbing, and forging the passports of Australians for terrorism purposes [27, 31, 32]; the ALG supports violation of academic and student free speech in Australian universities via the anti-Semitic IHRA (when Adelaide University politely declined to adopt the false IHRA definition of anti-Semitism, a Zionist organization described the wonderful and progressive city of Adelaide as a hotbed of neo-Nazism); Zionist Australians stand to benefit enormously financially from Israeli inside information in advance about war threat escalations in the Middle East (perhaps the Australian Federal Police could investigate this); conversely, when the ALG phoned to congratulate the new Israeli Government in 2022 was it told about the massive Israeli bombing of the Gaza Concentration Camp the next day, and if so did it warn Australian citizens in Palestine of the danger?)
(o). The US-, UK- and Zionist-subverted ALG is locked into a role as a mendacious and racist lackey of Apartheid Israel and of the Zionist-subverted US and UK (the Zionist-subverted ALG violates the spirit of Section 44 of the Australian Constitution that states: “44. Any person who – (i.) Is under any acknowledgement of allegiance, obedience, or adherence to a foreign power, or is a subject or a citizen or entitled to the rights or privileges of a subject or citizen of a foreign power: or…shall be incapable of being chosen or of sitting as a senator or a member of the House of Representatives” [61]; the ALG struts the international state as America’s Deputy Sheriff, and – notwithstanding China being Australia’s biggest trading partner and having invaded only 2 entities, (Tibet and Xinjiang) in the last 800 years as compared to Australians 85 in the last 200 years [50, 51] – the ALG (in keeping with 2 centuries of Australian Sinophobia) endlessly warns of the “threat” from China (although not as crudely and offensively as the previous Coalition Government) [62]; the real threat to Australia and the world comes from US-backed, nuclear terrorist and serial war criminal Apartheid Israel; Palestinian Ambassador Ali Kazak: “There is nothing ASIO suggests any Chinese lobby of doing that the Israeli lobby has not been doing for over 30 years. Any Chinese lobby is child’s play in contrast to the well-established Israeli lobby. No country has more interfered, spied and endangered Australia’s security, sovereignty and the integrity of its national institutions than Israel and its powerful lobby. By their own admission, the lobby receives funds from Israeli institutions, coordinates and cooperates with the Israeli government and embassy, and has ‘established a long tradition of strong public advocacy on behalf of Israel to shape the opinion of members of the Australian public, media organisations and government officials in order to advance Israel’s own political objectives. Consecutive Liberal and Labor governments have been selling Australia’s foreign policy to Israel for decades, with huge campaign donations and free trips for MPs, officials, staffers and union officials” [63]; in contrast a former Israeli ambassador to Australia opined: “Israel and Australia are like sisters in Asia. We are in Asia without the characteristics of Asians. We don’t have yellow skin and slanted eyes. Asia is basically the yellow race. Australia and Israel are not – we are basically the white race. We are on the western side of Asia and they are on the southeastern side. Israel has not fully acknowledged the value of working together with Australia in Asia. It’s a way for us to cooperate with and enhance our position in the countries neighbouring Australia” [57].
Conclusions.
The ALG could act otherwise: it could follow the advice of former Coalition PM Malcolm Fraser and former Labor PM Paul Keating and develop an independent foreign policy. Instead the Zionist-subverted ALG has chosen to alienate 2 billion Muslims from Africa to South East Asia in its ugly and violent anti-Arab anti-Semitism (indeed in the last 80 years Australia has variously violated all Indo-Pacific countries [10, 11]). As a lackey of Zionist-subverted America the ALG has chosen to threaten our biggest trading partner, engender Sinophobia here and abroad, and make Australia a prime nuclear target in any escalating nuclear conflict involving Australia-based US and UK nuclear terrorism [63]. As a first step the ALG should follow Australian Labor Party policy.
Eminent physicist Professor Stephen Hawking has stated: “We see great peril if governments and societies do not take action now to render nuclear weapons obsolete and to prevent further climate change” [64]. Unfortunately a cowardly, nuclear terrorism-complicit and climate criminal ALG is comprehensively acting contrary to this expert advice [65]. Similarly, in relation to Australia-violating Apartheid Israel the ALG could take the advice of eminent anti-racist and hence anti-Zionist Jewish Australians from Sir Isaac Isaacs (the first Australian-born Governor General) to world famous Professors Peter Singer and Dennis Altman today, but has chosen to ignore Foreign Interference Legislation, and against the national interest cravenly obeys the orders of mendacious, traitorous and virulently racist Zionist nobodies who fervently support a nuclear terrorist and genocidally racist Apartheid Israel to the detriment of Australia.
This Submission to the Australian National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) sets out how a cowardly, corrupt, traitorous, Zionist-subverted and US lackey Australian Labor Government (ALG) lies egregiously and corruptly to the People and Parliament against the interests of Australia but in the interests of (a) themselves and (b) Australia-violating Apartheid Israel and its fanatical lobbyists. One notes that the Liberal Party-National Party Coalition (presently in Opposition) is worse than the ALG. One hopes that the NACC will expose these horrendous realities that are vastly more important than a A$3,000 bottle of wine, and go to the very survival of Australia as a sovereign and human rights-observant democracy, and indeed to the very survival of Australia in a world existentially threatened by nuclear weapons and climate change.
